Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung am Strand befindet sich am Sandstrand von South Mission Bay. Treten Sie durch ein tropisches Gericht ein, 1 Flug aufwärts und ein brillanter Blick auf den ausgedehnten weißen Sandstrand und das blaue Wasser erwartet Sie. Der offene Grundriss von der voll ausgestatteten Küche zum Wohnzimmer gipfelt in einer Eckterrasse mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Wasser den Strand hinauf und hinunter. Ein Flur trennt den Wohnbereich von den King- und Queen-Size-Schlafzimmern und bietet ausreichend Privatsphäre. Das Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten eine herrliche Meeresbrise und Flachbildfernseher mit Vollkabel- und Smart-TV-Funktion. Wifi im gesamten Gerät und sogar auf einem Teil des Strandes. Ihr eigener Garagenplatz für ein mittelgroßes Auto sowie jede Menge Spielzeug für Spaß am Strand sind inbegriffen. Waschküche ist im ersten Stock zur Verfügung. Ein paar hundert Schritte zur Meerseite für atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und vielleicht sogar einen grünen Blitz! Märkte, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Es gibt nur 6 Einheiten in diesem ruhigen privaten Gebäude, so dass Ruhe und Frieden die Lebensweise hier sind. Dies ist eine Nichtraucher-Einheit. Vielen Dank!

Amazing!

This home was perfect for us during our stay in San Diego. It was clean, beautifully decorated and close to everything. We took long walks on the beach each morning. There are plenty of shops close and a bunch of places to get food. And we sat on the balcony every night watching the fireworks at SeaWorld. Joe was a great host and very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

Great location for some R&R! Nice view of the bay and very peaceful. Joe was very communicative about access and once there, we had no need to contact him because everything was very well/explained within the unit. Many walkable things to do/see in the area and it was easy for us to get to Old Town, the zoo, Little Italy, the harbor, etc by Uber. The Old Town Trolly was one of the best we've experienced to get to know the area. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and beautiful property

This property is perfect for a fun trip to the beach. Nice and quiet location on the bay side with a very quick walk to the ocean. Super clean and the host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and peaceful. For us, it was so much better staying bayside, away from the crowds of the beach. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night watching the fireworks at night and kids loved the recliners, watching Netflix at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Joe was friendly and helpful and check in was very straightforward. The parking space was a little tight but still manageable (we had a Ford Edge hire car). We would definitely recommend this lovely condo and would love to return.

What an awesome place to stay! Gives you a real sense of the beach life - the bay is quieter than the pacific side. The apartment was clean and so relaxing!

Outstanding South Mission Beach Location

Fantastic place and location. Walking distance to everything you need or want to do. We didn’t get in our car the entire stay. You have the bay outside your window and then the beach on the other side is just a 5 minute walk. Belmont Park is 10 min walk away. The block where there are a few eateries, coffee shops and market is a 2 min walk. The place has plenty of room for a family, with everything you would need including beach gear. My family and I plan to stay there again.

Nice family getaway

Beautiful location and property. Worked really well for our family. The access to the beach was perfect. Close enough to thw attractions in mission beach but far enough away for a quiet amd peaceful atmosphere 😀 the beds were super comfortable. Very clean and great beach toys for the kids. Would rent here again!

Sister retreat.

This condo is a convenient location to all the things we came to see. LaJolla Beach was fabulous. A spectacular viewing of sea lions, momma seals and pups. Old Town Trolley Tours gave a nice sampling of what the area has to offer. Balboa Park museums are lovely and informative. This place is so peaceful and quiet. A lovely retreat or as much action as you want. Ralphs is a nice grocery store.

Location! Location! Location!

This was the absolute best location for us with kids! Belmont Park a short walk away, beautiful playground just down the sidewalk, and last but certainly not least - the view of the bay!!! Kids could run out and play on the beach while we sipped our coffee watching the sail boats! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Bay side is Peaceful!

Beautiful property located on the bay side. Great location as the bay side is peaceful, full of boats, and the ocean side is a 3 minute walk. Property is clean, beds are comfortable, beach towels were provided! Excellent quick communication with Joe with whatever questions we had.

Disappointing

This was not the quality of VRBO‘s that we are used to staying in. However, the real problem was that we couldn’t find the parking place that was supposed to be designated for us and we had a hard time getting the door open when we arrived. I called the owner/property manager and left a message for him. Five days later when we checked out, he still had not returned my call. Obviously, we did eventually get in, but the information on the parking spot was inside the unit. Also, we were instructed to put our trash in a certain receptacle, which didn’t exist. Not a good experience.

Awesome location

Awesome location on the calm side of the bay with a short walk to the ocean. Easy walk to restaurants, parks, public beach. Market, coffee shop and taco stand a minute away! Unit was clean and as advertised. Lots of beach items to use, including chairs, towels, and toys. Two bedrooms with two baths worked perfectly. Would stay here again.

Wonderful, relaxing retreat!

You cannot beat the location! The condo is right on Mission Bay, which is a nice, much quieter place when compared to the beach. It's a short walk to all of the activities at Belmont Park and Mission Beach. There are local stores and places to eat within walking distance. Short driving distance to all things San Diego (Petco Park, downtown, Coronado Island, etc.) Place was very clean and comfortable. I look forward to returning.

Convenient Family Paradise

Property was clean and well appointed. Property owner, Joe, was extremely communicative and checked in often to ensure we had the best stay possible. This location is ideal, situated on the quieter bay side but a 2 block stroll from Mission Beach and Belmont Park. Restaurants and local shops abound, so no car would even be necessary for you to have everything you need to get around! We could not be happier and look forward to staying here again!
