Once inside the living spaces are all on the entry level and open to one another. So entertaining is easy while preparing a meal in the well stocked kitchen with comfortable dining for 8. A wood burning fireplace in the living room adds to the ambiance when the sun has set, and stories are being shared. For the movie watcher the owner provides Netflix or Hulu Live apps and wifi throughout the house.

The half bath and primary bedroom with ensuite bath is located on the entry level, with the other 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms upstairs.

Solar and Tesla battery back up in case of power outages.

Bed linens and towels are not provided with this rental, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.
No pets are allowed in the home.

Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 2-car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.
Due to safety issues, homeowner suggests guests aged 12 and older occupy this home rental.
