Our stay was very nice! Check-in was simple, all the instructions were provided by the host in advance. Pool fantastic and relaxing. Close to beaches and Publix grocery store.

Awesome Clearwater property

We truly enjoyed every day of our 9 day stay!This house has everything you need to treat your family to a beautiful beach vacation. Is only 10 minute drive to the beach, if you have kids and want an amazing beach with clear waters, visit Sand Key park, very close to the property, excellent to swim and stay all day, barely any waves, it has bathrooms and changing areas. Plus plenty of parking space. For the best pizza shops visit West Shore Pizza in Belleair. We found an amazing Turkish/mediterranean restaurant called Turkish, excellent fish and babaganush. Best seafood in Clearwater at Salty Crab. Publix is also only a few minutes away. The property has three nice sized bedrooms with a pool that will give your children all the fun they need to have if you want to stay in the house all day. We took a trip to Egmont Key island and it was super fun, although crowded with lots of private boats, nevertheless my children collected lots of great seashells. Karen the owner was also super amazing with us and responded promptly. Overall 5 stars - two thumbs up!

Family vacation

We had a nice stay at this home and would recommend to others. Very nice location and close to the stores and beaches. Beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Please get plush mattresses. Current mattresses are too firm and we had body aches from discomfort. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! See you next time:) Florida is paradise on earth.

We would give it 10 stars if I could!

This is a terrific house in a quiet, awesome neighborhood. We stayed for 8 nights and had a 100% positive experience with 0 issues during our stay. The house has a great pool, big master suite, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. I could not recommend the house or Belleair more.

Great home for summer vacation

Great experience overall! Clean and spacious home with everything we needed. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Short drive away from several beaches. Pool was amazing for our kids aged 3-4. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and clean house!

Our family stayed here for 9 days and we loved it!! The home is so clean and cozy. All of us loved the screened in heated pool and the house is in the perfect location! Clearwater beach and Indian rocks beach are within minutes! We talked to a few of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and kind as well! We would recommend for anyone to stay here! We will definitely be back!

In my top 2 favs, would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding!!! It is in a very peaceful area that is 5 to 10 minutes drive from all the hustle and bustle of tourist's activities. I've stayed in condos/houses from Hawaii, to Texas, Colorado to South Dakota, Daytona beach to this area of Florida and this home is in my top 2 favorites for all that it provides. The dishes and silverware were plentiful and of good quality. An enclosed swimming pool and patio area keeps the bugs away while all your stress melts away. 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds means it REALLY does sleep 6 adults. The living room and dining room are a good size for entertaining 6 people. The kitchen was a little cramped but only if you are doing a lot of cooking with more than 2 people in it. The only problem was we had to leave. ;)

Belleaire Vacation

My spouse and I so enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough to allow family members and friends to visit during our four week stay. The outdoor space including the screened-in pool was ideal for early morning coffee and meals. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for many sightseeing trips. We found many nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would do it again.

Awesome week!

We loved this house! The kitchen was very well supplied. We loved the pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio and ate many meals outside by the pool. It was so nice to have a grill. We swam and hung out by the pool daily. There were so many extra touches such as the beach bag, towels, toys and chairs for the beach. We flew in so we couldn't bring these items for our trips to the beach. It was so handy to have a washer and dryer. We were able to park in the garage. TV's in every room though we didn't watch much TV and when we did we enjoyed the comfy furniture in the spacious living room for family TV night. Pool was a little chilly despite keeping the cover on when not in use, but the temps were mid 60's when we were there so this probably couldn't be helped and definately not something to keep us from coming back. There are so many extras the owners thought of...we would love to come back again.

Nice Location, wonderful pool!

Our stay was great, the house was as is was listed, nothing fancy, but adequate and well stocked. The beds and living room furniture are quite dated and could use an upgrade. However the pool was nice and warm, kids and adults loved it. The location was great for the beaches, nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to restaurants. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay, but a new modem showed up on our last night, so it should work now.
