Our sweet summer home located in the family friendly and quiet neighborhood of Briggs Farm that's perfect for relaxing, beach going and visiting Rhode Island's top tourist spots. The very center of numerous things to do and places to see.

A few minutes drive to 4 of the best beaches in the Ocean state: 3 min to Scarborough, 4 min to Roger Wheeler, 8 min to Narraganset Pier , and 3 min to Salty Brine. Each offers a different experience.

A four mile drive to Galilee/Point Judith where you can catch the ferry to Block Island.

You have to bring your linens, blankets, pillows bath & beach towels. Linens can be rented from Vacation house linens.(A local rental company).

OUTDOORS: Hot/cold enclosed shower. Easy access from the kitchen to the huge tree lined back yard. The backyard has a picnic table and the patio has another seating area with furniture and umbrella. Large BBQ grill- Propane Provided.

Ample room for parking (4-6) cars in the driveway and on the gravel in front of the house.*** No boats/trailers or jet skis are allowed on the property*****
Enjoy nearby amusement rides, miniature golf, ice cream stores and great shopping. Diners, shops, seafood restaurants and nightlife. The balloon races in August on URI campus are 8 miles away.
Mystic CT. 20 mi. Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun Casinos are 30 mi. away.
