Dieses freistehende Steinhaus ist perfekt fĂŒr ein Paar mit zwei Kindern oder zwei Paare. Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort mit Blick auf die Bucht von Pagasitikos. Es hat eine FlĂ€che von 68mÂČ mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern mit Dusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die offene KĂŒche und das Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und mit allen notwendigen GerĂ€ten und Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einem schattigen Bereich fĂŒr ein langes FrĂŒhstĂŒck zum Mitnehmen.

Draußen gibt es einen kleinen Garten, in dem man sich ausruhen, essen und die Aussicht genießen kann. Die Veranda mit Garten ist ca. 100 mÂČ groß. Blick auf die Bucht. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen ĂŒberdachten Parkplatz.

WĂ€hrend der Sommermonate finden unsere GĂ€ste auch AusrĂŒstung fĂŒr den Strand. (1 Sonnenschirm, 2 Meeresmatratzen, 2 Strandmatten und 2 Strandsitze)

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Kein Auto oder LĂ€rm, da die Straße eine Sackgasse ist und nur von 5 HĂ€usern benutzt wird.
Es ist ein einzigartiger Ort fĂŒr diejenigen, die einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub mögen.

Das Haus hat einen einzigartigen Vorteil.
Seine Lage ist so, dass Sie in 15 Minuten an den StrĂ€nden des Pagasitikos Golfs und in ca. 30-45 Minuten an den schönsten StrĂ€nden Griechenlands in der ÄgĂ€is sind.

Den Dorfplatz erreichen Sie zu Fuß ĂŒber einen Weg in 5 Minuten oder mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten.

Die StrÀnde von Lambinou, Milopotamos, Fakistra, Xinovrisi (oder Potistika) Agioi Saranda usw. gehören zu den spektakulÀrsten der Region.
Auf dem RĂŒckweg können Sie Ihre Mahlzeit auf den PlĂ€tzen von Milies, Vizitsa oder Pinakates genießen.
Die StrĂ€nde in der Gegend von Gatzea sind 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Wenn Sie gerne unter den BĂ€umen vor dem Meer lesen, können Sie zur Rivera gehen, wo Sie natĂŒrlich auch schwimmen können (es ist auch ein Ort fĂŒr Kinder).

Wonderful stay at the STONE HOUSE

The STONE HOUSE was perfect for us as a family with 2 children. It is exquisitely equipped: wifi, barbecue, deckchairs, etc. etc.. Stathis is a great host who can give you many informative tips about the region and is always available for information. A small selection of local products are at the guests' disposal. Furthermore, the house has a beautiful view of the western coast. Due to the fact that it is somewhat higher, the temperatures (we were there in the middle of August) are very pleasant especially at night. A 15 - 20 minute drive will take you to the next bigger shopping and directly to the western coast road. The house is really very quiet and is perfect for the recreation. From the house you have 2 possibilities to visit the great beaches of the Pillion. Either, drive across Milies to the east coast, e.g. Ag. Ioannis, Agii Saranta or Potistika (our favorite beach further south) or you can visit the beaches of the west coast. The latter is a bit more comfortable, as you will save yourself a longer journey through the mountains with many serpentines. Nevertheless, the great mountain villages of the Pillion are definitely worth a visit. For example, Tsagarada. We can definitely recommend the house. A car is essential.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und enthĂ€lt alle Dinge, die man benötigt. Es liegt in einer Gruppe von FerienhĂ€usern etwas außerhalb vom Ort. Es gibr jedoch einen Fussweg, auf dem man in ein paar Minuten in der Ortsmitte ist. Dort gibt es mehrere Tavernen, allerdings keinen Laden. Wir haben Stathis leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber alle notwendigen Informationen per E-Mail bzw. SMS ausgetauscht. Es gibt im Haus auch Karten und Infomaterial. Man kann direkt vom Haus zu Wanderungen starten, allerdings war es schon recht heiss, so dass wir auch sehr viel Zeit auf der Terasse zugebracht haben. Alles in allem eine volle Empfehlung!

A beautiful stone house with an amazing view

Great experience. The house was well equipped and nice designed. We spent good time outside in the beautiful dehors, perfect for breakfast and aperitif with friends. The App gave us detailed suggestions to reach amazing beaches and find tipical restaurants.

Lovely home with fantastic view and superb comfort

My husband and I have traveled extensively and stayed in many places not only in Greece but also world wide. We research places carefully to find ones that include all the things we look for to have a pleasant stay. This home for us has a huge surprise in that it surpassed our expectations in every category. It was immaculately clean, well maintained and completely stocked with well thought out comforts and amenities. The owner clearly had foresight to anticipate every travelers needs. As a chef I can say the kitchen was top notch. This is the kind of home one could stay in for an extended period of time very comfortably. There is a wealth of attractions to experience from this beautiful home base. It was very nice to have true value for the money spent for our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my close friends.

Charming & peaceful!

The description of the home is accurate. The living area is small but has everything you need. it is beautiful, up to date, and clean. Stathis went out of his way to make sure our family was comfortable and taken care of. He was available and reliable. We loved our time in Stone House over Christmas and would love to visit in the summer!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful 5 days stay at Stone House. The house is beautiful and very well equipped and it was great to have all the little extras, salt, sugar, spices etc in the cupboards. Stathis was a great host and welcomed us with cold beers and a selection of food which was plenty for evening nibbles and breakfast for the first day (or two!). We loved having peaceful breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea - the view is stunning. We also enjoyed walking along the path to the village of an evening to have dinner in the restaurant in the village square. Highly recommended!

Superbes vacances dans le PĂ©lion !

Excellent location, very worm and helpful hosts, great family vacation place

The house is located in a beautiful spot, great sea view, quiet and peaceful, Immersed in green and near several picturesque villages. Our hosts (Dimitri & Stathis) were extremely helpful providing us with all the information we needed and assisting with any request we had. Our family had great time combining near by amazing beaches, local Greek restaurants and green forests short hiking. The house is equipped with allot of attention for small details and with great taste of design. Location, facility and hospitality overall score 100. Highly recommended !!!

More than perfect! Charming and complete.

The stonehouse is well equiped, though not very large. A nice sea view with a perfect terrace for the eveningsun. The owner was helpfull, provided us with good suggestions were to go/eat/swim etc. We had a good time staying in the stonehouse!

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison!

La maison est vraiment trÚs agréable et fonctionnelle, propre et bien entretenue; tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont trÚs gentils et prévenants. Un petit livret contenant des suggestions d'itinéraires à la journée nous attendait à notre arrivée, ainsi que le petit déjeuner pour la premiÚre matinée. La vue de la terrasse est splendide et relaxante. La région est verdoyante et idéale pour qui aime les petits villages typiques, la vie loin des endroits touristiques et surpeuplés.

Wunderful place to stay!!

Amazing view, very tasteful interior with love for nice details. From the first moment we felt very well. The owners are very friendly, they offered maps, drinks and first breakfast and gave us good tips for trips, restaurants and beautiful sand beaches and helped us a lot when we had problems with our car. Cause the apartment is quite high in the mountain even in Juli the temperature is not too hot. So all together we highly recommend this apartment. I my opinion Pelion is the most beautiful place in greece. Green nature, clear water from the mountains, sandy beaches with rocks and friendly, helpful and relaxed greek people. We are sure- we will come back next summer!

Great place!

We spent around 8 days there. Stathis made us feel welcome and gave us some great tips on which places to visit. The house itself is really pretty, well equipped and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. You can walk to the nearest village, but you do need a car to explore more of Pelion and to get to the house, since itÂŽs about 20-25 minutes drive from the main road. But you need a car almost everywhere in Pelion and it does pay of. The house is not too hot in the evening and the air is fantastic. Hope to go there again. Thanks for everything and-keep up the good work!

Fantastic stay at pelion!!

Very nice and cozy house , tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need !! Cleaning was perfect ! From the garden of the house there is a wonderful view of the sea and a large table to dinner watching the sunset . We had a great welcome from the owners and lots of useful informations about where to go and what to do in Pelion . Thank you very much for the personalized guide and the CD of Greek music that kept us company during the journey , and also for the delicious jams ..... !!! I suggest this house undoubtedly, it is excellent for discovering the beautiful region of pelion and its beautiful beaches , I hope to go back again !!!

Unique Nature and Perfect Place for Holidays!!!

Me and my friends spent 7 days in this newly build house and everything had been perfect!! Stathis Kataropoulos ( the owner ) was very friendly and polite and he made us fell like home! The House is located in the best spot of the mountain, from where you can contemplate one of the most beautiful landscapes of Greece. The house is warm, comfortable and it has a beautiful decoration! From the house you can go walking to nice restaurants in the village in 5 to 10 min.or go driving to restaurants in the nearby old villages of Pinakates or Vizitsa. Due to the altitude the temperature was comfortable and during the heat of the day we could cool off in the (large)paddling pool. The house was very clean and well equipped with all you could need and a lot more. There are lots of lovely mountain villages nearby with plenty of options to dine out and you can get there either on foot or by car. I would definitely recommend this property to friends who are looking for a peaceful retreat with options to explore an unspoiled corner of Greece. Dimitra

The house has a unique advantage .
Its location is such (looking south) ,that you can reach easily the beaches of Pagasitikos Gulf (RIVERA BEACH etc) and the most lovely beaches of Greece ,in the Aegean sea. Beaches of Lambinou, Milopotamos, Fakistra, Xinovrisi (or Potistika) Agioi Saranda and more. In addition, one can enjoy all seasons in this house, observe the beautiful colors of autumn, or the refreshing blooms of spring. Summer is ideal to sit out and have your breakfast or dinner, while in winter you can stay warm and cosy in front of the fireplace, baking chestnuts and reading a book.
In 5 min walking you can reach the square of the village and the restaurants.
In 15 min walking you can reach the wonderful chestnut forest.
What more one can ask but to be so close to nature while enjoying vast panoramic views of the mountains and Pagasiticos bay.
You can visit also the monasteries of the Meteora .
