Refreshing Stay!

The place was just as it looked in photos. It was nice to be a little bit away from some of the hustle & bustle but still close enough to everything. I would recommend renting a car. The sunrises were beautiful & this was a perfect place for my husband & I to reset.

Fantastic ocean view

This room was great for a couple getaway. Just what we needed. The room is perfect for ocean view. Only problems: slow drain in bathroom tub and remote control TV may need batteries. Overall, rated A!!

My wife and I drove from Illinois for a five day trip. Wow. What an amazing vacation. The facility is what it’s advertised. No surprises other than my awe at the view everyday. Thanks will definitely be back.

EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE THAN I EXPECTED

The condo was perfect for me as a single female traveler. Located in a safe community, close to all the attractions. There is easy access to the beach and a great pool, and the balcony gives an excellent view of both. The condo itself is clean and modern, decorated with a subtle beach theme without being overdone. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchenette provided everything I needed, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. I would certainly rent it again on a return trip to Myrtle Beach.

Enjoyed our weekend get away

The property was clean and looked just like the photos online! Great weekend getaway and the little kitchen had all we needed for our stay. The only negative I would say about the property was the locking mechanism on the door. It could be quite annoying getting the door to actually lock when leaving. It wasn't just making sure the door shut securely you had to make sure the lock re-engaged which took some fiddling. Other than that we were happy with our stay!

Vacation Rental

Very good trip overall. Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella which is very nice, hotel workers seemed annoyed by us when we got in. I approached desk worker and explained we booked through VRBO but just wanted to figure out what floor my room was on and she was very off putting to us. Chairs and table on patio were beginning to rust at the bottoms though to the point where the table was sitting off balance and the TV remote did not work very well at all.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 33rd wedding anniversary.We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Sand Dunes.The room was just like the picture showed and very clean.The view was priceless, and we loved the amenities restaurants putt putt & pool too.The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was the bomb.We had 1 small issue with the clothes dryer as it took my money but wouldn't turn on. I tried another dryer which kept part of the money.This will not stop us from coming back.We are already talking about coming back maybe next year.

Yearly getaway

The unit was clean and ready for us when we got there. The property was pretty centrally located, with fairly short drves to get anywhere and the beach was right out the back door. There is a small waterpark but it is only accessible if you book thru the resort directly. My only other issue is the fact that my refundable deposit was not returned due to damage to the refrigerator. I did not inspect the inside of the fridge for damage and did not notice anything while we were there. Afterwards, I received notification that there was damage and I was now responsible for it. I dopossible.

Everything else about the condo and the stay was great. The resort was well maintained and the staff was friendly. Our view from the balcony was great, it overlooked the ocean and pool both. I liked the restaurants and store on site as well as the fact it did have laundry since the condo does not have a washer/dryer. Our vacation was great with our entire family, there was three families who each rented a condo there and I believe we were all happy overall. We would rent again.

Owner Friendly

After 10 hours of driving, it is somewhat inconvenient to have to unwrap towels, sheets etc. as well as make one's own bed. Having owned a gulf front VRBO property I understand some of the challenges of an owner. However, maintenance needs to install a new towel rack over the toilet as the current one was repaired with a '"lick and a promise" and fell onto the floor after the first use. Making the mistake of forgetting slippers, my white socks were black on the soles as the floor, although appearing clean, needs to be mopped using clean water. I will hesitate to use condos that are managed by this company in the future. It is not user friendly.

The perfect couples getaway

We loved our stay and the entire process. The room had a perfect oceanfront view and was exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful family resort area and easy direct access to the beach. The parking garage was tight for trucks and SUVs but manageable and very convenient to the condo. We look forward to staying here again.

Our rooms location and view was great. However after a full day traveling via plane to arrive and not even have the bed made, walk on the floor barefoot and have black feet, no toilet paper none. I would think you could provide a little to use til we could get to the store. The building is dated and pretty gross with such a dark hallway you can’t see keypad well. Have to use your phone as a light. We loved view of the ocean but right by the pool is very noisy at night when you want to sleep. Though I received an email regarding this, I never dreamed there wouldn’t be samples to get us thru a day. Not sure what house cleaning fee is for because you are required to do most of it. Bath tub and toiled were clean just the floor was dirty. Keypad quit working and locked us out of our room for an hour….. too bad do sad attitude. The guy from maintenance was a jewel though. I would not book here ever again and am telling my friends to stay away from this complex. In spite of those things the location was perfect and we loved Myrtle beach. The beach is beautiful!

Visite de Myrtle Beach

Très beau condo ! Les images reflétaient la réalité. Le lit était très confortable et en plus avec vue sur la mer. C’était tout petit, mais il ne manquait rien. C’etait parfait pour nous pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand !
