Der perfekte Zufluchtsort für Familien, die einen erholsamen Rückzugsort an einigen der unberührtesten Strände von Topsail suchen. Dieses schöne Haus hat einen gemütlichen, komfortablen Wohnraum auf einer Ebene!

Im Inneren werden Sie mit Panoramablick auf das Meer von der 10 'breiten Glastür begrüßt, die das Wohnzimmer vollständig in die private Terrasse am Meer öffnet. Great location

Property was as described. Beautiful location, beach is amazing. Kitchen counter is a bit cramped but otherwise kitchen is wel-equipped for its size. Nice, quiet, comfortable space.

Lovely Stay

Perfect location for quiet relaxation. Overall the property is nice, but the furniture could use an update as it felt quite rickety and flimsy--the outdoor table was broken. Also, the king memory foam mattress has a lot of memories! Aside from those little annoyances, we loved our stay.

Great location, good kitchen

The location couldn't be better. All of the basics were top notch, meaning HVAC, appliances, parking, kitchen, TVs/entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, and I am a cook. The rest of this review is informational only, not critical, as I would stay here again for sure. The town is small and sleepy, and a supermarket is a good 20 minutes away. One of the bathrooms is really too small to do much in, like grooming. So if you are going to fill all of the beds, just know there may be competition for the bathroom at certain times of day. The management company was very responsive to details upon moving in - we were delighted with them.

I was disappointed in this duplex! The place really needs some updates! Dishes, outside chairs, furniture inside. The door to the back stuck so bad and it did not open as explained online. Make sure you bring paper towels, TP, dish soap and garbage bags because they did not have any extra!! The chairs outside are old and rusty and my daughters boyfriend cracked one just sitting on it. The linens that were delivered were wrong, no sheets for a king bed!! We have stayed in other ones before and were so disappointed in this one. We won’t be back!

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments. We are disheartened to hear your stay wasn’t quite the vacation you are accustom to. We were not made aware of any of your concerns or we would have been happy to address them. Unfortunately, Do to the Covid Pandemic - we were unable to provide our guests with detergents for laundry, dishes, soap, paper towels and any toilet rolls, as we have in the past. However, this information is sent to the guest prior to checking in, so you would have the opportunity to bring them with you. We are delighted to let you know the owner has ordered new indoor/outdoor furniture and arrives at the end of the month! We have addressed your concerns and do hope for the opportunity to welcome you back again for an improved experience.

lot of issues

Key code we were given didn't work never got fixed. One Bathroom was extremely small, the other had mold on tub where it met wall tile and it had the smell of cat urine probably on sub flooring before renovation. Kitchen was poorly stocked with cookware no saucepans, Teflon pans rusted, lids didn't match, battery in twin bedroom that controlled overhead light was not working. Rent was way too high, Laundry room was to be shared with other half of building not good.at all One washer and one dryer.. The covered deck was great, beach access great. King bed very comfortable. Outdoor shower had to be turned on. Appliances were new and all worked well except no ice machine on fridge and only 2 small ice trays were provided not good. Overall a lt of issues but we managed to have a wonderful time despite them..

Great location- needs some work inside

Overall, we had a great stay. The location and beach were amazing! You can’t get any closer to the beach! However, the place needs some addressing: - pots and pans need updating. Only one small baking dish, many pots/frying pans were flaking Teflon - cleaning supplies need updating. We were only given a small broom, that was broken and only about 2 feet tall. We had family bring their Dyson which really helped with sand control. There was no mat in front of the glass door (Inside and outside) so there was a ton of sand getting inside. - the glass beach front door is incredibly hard to open and close. Needs major adjusting. Sand also gets inside from the corner of the stationary side - while I know we are at the beach, there was a ton of condensation that would drip from the ceiling vents throughout the house. There also looked to be mold near them since there was water all of the time. We never put the ac lower than 72 and kept the doors shut. - the small (twin bed) bedroom did get hot and would have been nice to have a window ac unit in there, like the other bedrooms

We agree this property has the best access to the beach! We are so happy you enjoyed it. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Although, each of our properties are equipped with basic kitchen supplies, through the summer these items do start to show wear and tear and replacements are needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The humidity in the area does cause condensation more so than normal, unfortunately this is not something we can prevent. Suggested updates are shared with the property owners to encourage property updates at the end of the season. We hope you visit with us again next year!

You enter the property & you are on the beach

Perfect location. On ocean Avenue. On the beach. Again perfect. ❤️ Note: property is a duplex dividing the deck in half by wooden slats. Only one bathroom is usable. The other has the better shower but your legs don’t fit facing front for toilet needs. So full bathrooms is a bit if a stretch. It was great for 4 people who really like one another. 😊

Excellent Location

The location was perfect! Exactly as described. You walk off the deck and right onto the beach! The house had all the necessities. Seacoast rentals were great to deal with! Quick response with any inquiry and very easy check in and out! Would definitely recommend this rental!
