Let me respectfully address your concerns. 1.) I always provide my cell to guests before checking in and instruct them to message me if there are any questions/concerns. I did not receive 1 message from you during your stay NOT 1. It seems like you were just looking to be the victim and complain instead of letting us help with any of your concerns We are here to serve. We love serving and helping anyway we can 2.) a simple phone call/text to ask for clarity on directions couldve helped you. 3.) You told us there were 10 Gals. Not 16. Im not sure why you would sneak extra guests in the house and then complain about no towels or rags? We wouldve provided 32 towels/rags if you needed that. 4.) we removed the racks for additional beverage space. To leave a review complaining about no fridge racks on a 2 night stay is strange. They were simply in the cupboard next to the fridge. Just had to open a cupboard or text asking for a rack. Please message me to make sure the racks are in place if this is an issue for anyone. 5.) You are the first group to complain about a small kitchen. We've had over 50 people use that kitchen without a problem. It has everything you could possibly need in it. If you want it we have it or will get it 6.) I would really push back that you know how to rough it. The things you are nitpicking about are very strange and we've never had an issue with. Like-> 7.) You came in the middle of winter. Im sorry I could not control the weather for you. February in MT. Im sorry I didnt get on the roof and clean the ice out of the gutters for you. There were an additional two more convenient entrances you could have used if this one bothered you. One is completely covered under the deck and has no chance of ice or snow or rain or wind or whatever else you could find to be disgusted over 8.) The BBQ area is OUTSIDE. Bugs/dirt/leaves are outside. I admit It is our fault we did not clean that area. I guess I assumed as it was the middle of winter, -10 degrees outside, that you were not going to spend your time sitting outside BBQing. It wouldve been so simple to again send a message asking us to clean the dirt/bugs/leaves outside. I wouldve gladly jumped at the opportunity to serve you and clean that so you could rough it 9) you asked for a 75% discount before even stepping on property. we worked with you a little since it was our low season. You didnt get exactly what you wanted on price so I think I understand the direction of your review
