We had a great time cooking great meals in the fully equipped kitchen even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. Very useful info for enjoying Pacific City and area. Ann was very responsive to any questions Our dogs loved it.

Splendid property

Ann's home has been a true treasure, and we appreciated the convenient location to the beach. As kayakers, we especially enjoyed the access point to the river, which was directly across the street. The home was warm and inviting, and it easily accommodated our small family gathering. We do hope to stay here again when we return to the area!

Easy to find and get out to go places in the area. Other than the cleaning people coming to clean, when we were checking. That was at 4. Very enjoyable.

Great place to stay

It was a great place in an ideal location. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen. It was a comfortable place to relax. The 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean. We especially loved the balcony patio with the very comfy furniture. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay in Pacific city

Our stay at Treehouse Townhouse was great. The house was welcoming, comfortable beds, great kitchen and nice deck. Ann was responsive to our questions and checked up on us during our visit. Ann sends great instructions for items in the house and great adivce on things to do in the area. We had no issues during our stay. The townhouse is in a good location, we were able to walk the neighborhood and walk to the beach. We bought fresh fish just down the street. We also enjoyed watching the deer watch us each evening. :) We traveled with our dog and the house and neighborhood are dog friendly. We had been doing a lot of traveling and needed some downtime, Treehouse Townhouse and Pacific City was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

This property was a great fit for our family. It was quiet and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host provided very helpful information on area offerings. The kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay.

Small group get away

Room to spread out for a group of 3 to 4 with a super well equipped kitchen, comfy living room and deck gathering areas. Close walking to kayaking, grocery/liquor store, bakery and restaurants. Short driving distance to antiquing in Cloverdale or beach exploring at Pacific City or Tierra Del Mar. Drive a bit further to Netarts, Oceanside or Cape Meares for a change of pace. Nice view of river from dining area. Great centralized location with modern, clean accommodations. Host is prompt with communications and helpful suggestions.

Awesome!!!

Came into town to try out the famous Dory fishing and WOW! This town is a well kept secret. We loved staying at the Treehouse because it was easily walkable to downtown and could accommodate the 4 adults' without at problem. All around A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Experience.

Memorial Day Getaway

The Treehouse Townhouse was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to cook in - and the grocery story is right next door! Beds and rooms all very clean and comfortable, bathrooms too. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful and communicative- Will definitely stay again.

Great location, well-stocked house

We had a great stay and loved taking the trolley to the beach. The few issues we had (broken plunger, smoke detector going off) were not the owner's fault and we had no problems with loud delivery trucks or anything. We'd recommend staying.

Great 3 bedroom unit in Pacific City

We liked the condo a lot. Awesome lay out, big kitchen, nice deck with tree view. Convenient to Chester's grocery store and the paddle launch on the Nestucca River. Great communication with owners.

A great beach stay

This property was clean, super comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything, games, and a boat/kayak launch across the street. We’ve stayed in PC many times and I wish it were closer to the beach but knew where it was when I made reservations. The price point per night was great!

Very comfortable townhome

Wonderful host with detailed info about the house, the town and things to do. Lots of room to spread out for games or food or whatever. Plenty of dishes and towels and such. Quirky decor may not work for everyone. One in our group did not care for the taxidermy. We had a fun visit, hiked at nearby natural areas, and walked to store and restaurants. The early bird deliveries to grocery store woke folks up before they wanted. So the location has ups and downs, the taxidermy might be a bit much for some, the house is well equipped and the info from the host is more than you would ever expect.

Ann was a great communicator and accommodating. The townhouse was big with ample room for all. It comfy, clean and well stocked. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve rented. We had a great time in Pacific City!
