A short drive from everywhere

We were there for shelling. Went out with Reel Kind. It was great. House was close to lots of shops and restaurants. We also drove to Sanibel one day.

Great stay at a great house!

Had fun swimming in the pool, which was very big, and the water temp was great for March! Easy drive to the main strip. Kendall Drive was not a busy road, since it ends at a private resort entry. The furniture was comfortable and the house was cozy.

My husband enjoyed running every morning and loved getting In a walk to the coffee shop. Everyday we biked to Tigertail Beach with the bikes that were supplied. We took beach chairs with us that were also available. We enjoyed a daily swim in the heated pool and enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor living space. The house was supplied with everything you’d need and was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back.

It has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation with your family. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool area is fantastic to hang out at after a day of exploring. The location to Tigertail Beach was great and the shelling was also fantastic. The parking fee for the beach is $10 a day but well worth it. We walked across the marsh which is a shorter walk. Would stay here again.

However, I did not give a 5 star due to the home not being cleaned properly, prior to my arrival. I had to call maintenance upon arrival due to the restrooms being noticeably dirty. Within an hour someone was called to the property and cleaned the bathrooms properly.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful home..tons of space..amazing patio with pool, games, etc. The only downside is the house is listed (.1) mile from Tigertail Beach. That is not the case. It's about (.8) mile to the beach h entrance and then about a 20 min walk to the beach. Once there, it's beautiful! If it wasnt the summer, the walk to the beach would have been fine. There is alot of parking available..The shower in the master bathroom does not get warm..we all just used the other shower. So aside from not knowing Tigertail Beach is further than what is advertised, no complaints. Beautiful island and wonderful memories

Excellent Vacation Home!

Our stay at this vacation rental was fantastic. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meal prep easy, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. We read one of the other reviews about how the pool is much larger than a typical house pool and definitely agree. One of the highlights of our stay was having access to bikes and beach gear. It made it so easy to explore the neighborhood, which was perfect for both walking and biking. We loved riding around the area and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Being so close to Tigertail Beach was a huge bonus—it was just a short bike ride away, and having beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear provided made our trips there even better.The location was convenient—close to attractions but still quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was great to have a variety of spaces to spend time in while at the house - the living room with the high ceiling was very comfortable, the Florida room was a great place to be tucked in with a book, the kitchen and dining room are centrally located making for a nice hub, then having multiple outdoor spaces was wonderful.The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This house has a nice covered lanai under the house by the pool, ping pong table, outdoor tv. We spent a lot of time down there due to Covid 19 and the beaches closing after out first few days. That was really a let down and we paid $145 to access the beach. Home is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Could use a better large fry pan that’s not warped though. Also the kitchen sink has granite that runs down the middle so if you move the faucet from one side to the other you get wet. That was hard to get used to. Overall and with the awful Covid 19 we had a nice stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The street in front of the house is a major road, but the house is only a few houses from the end of the road, so surprisingly quiet. We took walks in the neighborhood and rode bicycles (that were in the garage) to Tiger tail beach.The house is spacious and well stocked with paper products and kitchen utensils. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and there were 3 tvs in the house. The living spaces were perfect for the 5 of us.The garage door opener quit working and a screen door handle broke but the property management people took care of these things right away. The description of the property made it sound like we could walk to Hideaway Beach in 2 minutes. This in not entirely accurate. There is a resort on the end of the block that would not let us walk through their property to the beach unless we could give them a "member number". This was somewhat disappointing.It had a screened in lanai with a heated pool, large tv, seating area, table & grill. Sadly, the weather was too cool the week we were there to really enjoy this area.I can't say enough good things about this house. We will definitely rent this again if we go back to Marco Island.

Living my Best Life At 870 Kendall Drive

Reviewer Comments: the experience with the real estate agency handling the property was seamless! they responded immediately to inquiries via text and sent reminders for trash removal etc. the house was fantastic!!! the pool was sufficiently warm, the decor was inviting and beach themed. my favorite amenity was the beach bike that i rode 4 times a week (i stayed fora month) to the south end for beach yoga and around town for shopping, breakfast and happy hour. We Dined outside by the pool in a very comfortable outside area with ceiling fans, tv, and dining area. the only downside was the no-serums mosquitos which ate me alive until i ordered some mosquito lanterns and applied bug spray and then it was fine. i think this is an issue anywhere on the island. Loved my month here and was sad to leave!!!!!

We really enjoyed staying here during our week vacation. Most of the previous reviews I've read hit everything spot on. The pool/downstairs area was where we spent the majority of our time. Never could get master shower to get warm water, so we all used the same shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Great get away

I will say that I will recommend this house to everyone, it was exceptionally clean it had all the amenities lots of television’s , my favorite was that it had aTV out on the patio by pool, pool was awesome it had a wagon with all the beach necessities they even had board games I can go on and on . I emailed them about the barbecue and they immediately came by to make sure everything was ok . I definitely will be back to stay at your beautiful house we had the best summer:)

Great outdoor area/pool

Outside living room & pool is where we spent most of our time. Getting to the beach was a little inconvenient if you have a lot of stuff to haul. Local restaurants were great with friendly atmosphere. Beach equipment, bikes, ping pong, corn hole & pool toys in the garage for extra convenience. Towels & beach towels available for use. We had to buy some wash rags because there were only 3 when we arrived.
