Dear Stevan, I’m delighted to know you enjoyed your stay at our property. We strive to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for all of our guests. I must bring up a few concerns, though. My neighbors reported some issues regarding trash disposal. As we are located in the mountains, we have a deep respect and care for our wildlife and neighborhood. Incorrect disposal can harm the animals and detract from the natural beauty of our surroundings. I did try to contact you before, during and after your stay, to ensure everything was going well, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. We highly value open communication with our guests, which helps us solve any potential issues promptly. I also learned of a discrepancy in the number of guests reported during your stay. It’s essential to us that the initial reservation accurately reflects the actual number of guests to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Our tight-knit Yosemite West community pays great attention to maintaining a harmonious neighborhood. As we move forward, I kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules and guidelines.
