I’m really glad to hear Blue Heron lived up to the 'big and clean' standard—with a house that size, our housekeeping team takes a lot of pride in hitting that mark. I’ll be honest, I’m a little bummed to see that one star went AWOL instead of hanging out with its buddies! 😉 My goal is always to hit that 'exuberant 5' mark, so I’ve been thinking a lot about our conversation regarding the 'starter kits' for supplies. I totally hear you on the 'time is essence' factor. Most large homes on the Gulf take the starter supply approach—which is why we mention it in our listings and FAQs—but one thing I hadn't considered was explicitly suggesting delivery services. That way, a crew can have exactly the brands and amounts they want, when they want them, without losing a single second of beach time. I'm actually going to start including a list of my own favorite local delivery spots in our check-in info because of your feedback! I also have to give you a shout-out for the VP-level assist on flagging that flush handle during your stay—it let us jump on it immediately so it didn't get in the way of the fun! 🛠️😉 Most importantly, I’m thrilled your granddaughters had such a blast. At the end of the day, that’s the part that really matters. Please do reach out to me directly when the family is ready for a return trip—I’d love to hear your suggestions on how we can turn that 'overall fine' into an 'absolutely perfect' and get that missing
