Muddy Feet Retreat - Eine gemütliche Hütte am Loyalsock Creek

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen vom Alltag. Unsere Creekside-Hütte ist perfekt für Familien, die das Ambiente des Loyalsock Creek genießen möchten.

Das Anwesen bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche; mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeekanne, Töpfen und Pfannen usw. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vor Ort.

Herzstück der unteren Etage ist ein Butternuttisch für 10 Personen mit Blick auf den Bach. perfekt für Familienessen, Karten oder Spiele und Erinnerungen. Genießen Sie morgens und abends den Blick auf den Loyalsock von unserer abgeschirmten Veranda aus, am Pub-Tisch oder auf den Adirondack-Stühlen.

Kabine enthält zwei Schlafzimmer; Schlafzimmer 1 hat ein Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer 2 hat zwei Doppel-Lofts über zwei Doppelbetten, 8 Personen. Eigentum hat ein halbes Bad im Erdgeschoss und ein Dreiviertel-Bad im Obergeschoss.

WLAN ist verfügbar, während der Mobilfunkdienst begrenzt ist.

** Unsere Hütte ist erhöht, um außerhalb der Auen zu sein. Der Zugang zum ersten Stock erfolgt über eine Treppe.

Wir sind innerhalb von 1 Meile von Pier 87 Restaurant und Consolidated Sportsmen von Lycoming County. Kurze Fahrt zu State Game Lands, Ryder Park, Sullivan County oder der Innenstadt von Williamsport.

Um Ihre Zeit am Bach zu genießen, bieten wir Adirondack-Stühle, eine Feuerstelle, Gas- und Holzkohlegrills, einen Tisch und Stühle im Freien sowie ein Schaukelbett mit Blick auf den Bach. Fordern Sie Ihre Freunde am Cornhole oder Hufeisen. Beautiful Cabin

The Muddy Feet Retreat is a great place to unplug and spend quality time with family and friends. Our stay had some bad, potentially dangerous weather and Dana was wonderful! Kept in touch daily due to the weather. We will return!

Nelson Father Son Fishing Trip

Wonderful as always. Enjoy the welcoming coffee and sticky buns. Interior and exterior amenities are fantastic. Always like reading the signs on the walls. Many of the places we have been "Moab, Awesome Town". Stayed at a variety of places during our out west adventures. The Muddy Feat Retreat still takes my top award. Appreciate all the work our host, Dana, does to make it so nice.

Don’t Hesitate

Better than I expected. Very nice property with a nice size yard and right along the river. Easy to cook anything you want and a lot of nice outdoor seating. So many cool things to try in the area as well. Definitely will be coming back.

Little League World Series Trip

Good location to stay for little league World Series. Easy 20 min drive to the complex. Screen porch over looking the creek is a great spot. Coffee for the full stay was provided along with some welcome pastries, juice and bottled water. As the listing and other reviewers mention, the driveway down to the property from the road is quite steep/rough. Pulling out onto the main road is a bit scary as it’s difficult to see oncoming traffic coming over a hill while getting up the driveway.

Relaxing

This is the perfect place to stay for some rest and relaxation. Our group stayed for 4 days. We had a blast. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the area. It was so peaceful to sit and watch the creek. The house was clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable the house had everything we needed. The host really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. And we appreciated it so much. I can not say enough good things about this place. It’s exactly what we all needed. Thank you and we can’t wait to go back!

Great Spot for LLWS Stay

Location worked well for the Little League World Series, only 20 minute drive. Beds were comfortable and met our needs. Kitchen was spacious and provided all of necessary accessories. Loved the dining room table great for playing games. The screened in porch was tranquil and had a fire around the fire-pit which had plenty of seating. Yes, the entrance is steep but in no way negates staying at this property. If you can drive, you can handle this with no problem.

Just what we needed

This cabin was just what we needed. After 3+ months of being in lock down due to Covid this home had everything we needed. The inside was very clean and wonderfully organized and decorated. The sun porch was great to relax or eat a meal. It was hard to get my kids out of the water. After the first day everyone was asking if we can come back again! Definitely will be looking at this property in the future and recommending to others.

It was our second time there about a year apart. The place was even more spectacular than last year. Everything both inside and out is set up to make you feel welcome. All the outdoor furniture, grills, fire pit chairs etc. are neatly arranged for your comfort. The inside is unique and cozy in every room. Dana obviously has put a lot of thought and effort into the interior design and decorations. The kitchen has everything you need and there's books, games and plenty of information on local things to do. The place just exudes a warm and relaxing ambiance. Already thinking about a return trip. One without hunting and so much fishing. Plan on taking my wife and spending more time relaxing and enjoying the Muddy Feet Retreat. Thank you Dana for another great stay.

Totally dangerous entrance/exit

I was completely disappointed with this rental. The entrance/exit is totally dangerous. the exit puts you right on the highway with traffic coming right at you. I had to gun it to pull out. I would not recommend this to anyone. the actual drive was just two huge ruts where you were suppose to drive. the cabin was ok but the drive ruined it. I refused to stay but only one nite. Beware! It definitely was not worth what they stole from me!!!

Great place to get away for a week!

The house was very clean with a great view of the creek! (We saw 2 deer walking across the creek!) There are ample comfortable places to relax at this house and variety of things to do. At the house we sat around the campfire (the supply of fire wood is a very nice touch!), relaxed in the hammock and on the outdoor furniture, sat on the screened in porch, played cornhole, and played in the creek. There was also a supply of board games but we didn't have time to enjoy them. We made a couple of day trips to World's End State Park to do some hiking and fishing. The house was well stocked with everything you need to make a variety of meals (including grills) and we also went out to eat at Pier 87 and got philly cheesesteaks at Big Mike's in Forksville, both of which I highly recommend. The creek was too low for fishing and probably too late in the year to catch any stocked trout but I anticipated that. Cell service (Verizon) was spotty at the house but we were still able to make phone calls. Great place to get away with the family for week!

Honest review

Leaves were inside the porch. Bugs were still in the upstairs globes to the ceiling lights (was this way last year too!), no emergency soap in the bathrooms this year, no condiments in the refrigerator this year, no treats (cinnamon buns) this year, hammocks and chairs not put away for the season, no gas in the gas bottle for the stove inside the cabin (ambiance) and no spare gas bottle. The driveway needs attention. The bottom of the CRV drags on the driveway because of the high crown in the center of the road. There is no TV in the cabin at all which is a real negative. On a bad weather day when we can't hunt, a TV would be appreciated, especially for news.

Very relaxing

The house's location was perfect. Close enough to stores but also close to hiking trails and nature. My daughter could have the spent the entire day catching minnows and crayfish in the creek. Just a very pleasant weekend for my family!
