Wir haben uns vor kurzem unseren Lebenstraum erfüllt, ein Strandgrundstück am Atlantik zu besitzen und hoffen, es mit Ihnen zu teilen. Wir befinden uns am Garden City Beach in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Es liegt eingebettet zwischen zwei Angelstegen am sogenannten Grand Strand - mehr als 100 km ununterbrochenes Strandland in South Carolina. Sie werden den 180-Grad-Blick auf das Meer von Ihrem privaten Deck, dem Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer aus zu schätzen wissen. Trinken Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee, während Sie den Sonnenaufgang beobachten, und genießen Sie abends ein Getränk, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang beobachten - all dies, ohne die Privatsphäre Ihrer eigenen Mietwohnung zu verlassen.

Wenn Sie sich nach draußen wagen, sind Sie nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und haben einen eigenen Eingang zum Strand. Genießen Sie tägliche Spaziergänge, um Muscheln zu sammeln, mit hoffnungsvollen Fischern zu plaudern oder einfach die Wärme des Ozeans von South Carolina zu genießen, der im Sommer zwischen 80 und 83 Grad Fahrenheit liegt.

Diese Wohnung im vierten Stock mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern verfügt über einen Aufzug, eine Außendusche und einen privaten Pool. Dieses klimatisierte Gerät verfügt über WLAN, Kabel für die drei Fernseher (2 Smart-TVs) und einen Blue Ray-Player für Ihr Sehvergnügen.

Eine neu renovierte Küche umfasst neue Geräte, eine Eismaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, Marmorplatten und Fliesenböden. Genießen Sie offene Gespräche von der Bar aus, während Sie kochen, oder essen Sie mit der Familie im angrenzenden Ess- / Wohnbereich.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein Sofa, einen Smart-TV und einen Blue Ray-Player. Eine Schiebetür öffnet sich zum Oceanfront Deck.

Sie können die Meereswellen von der Hauptschlafzimmersuite hören, die sich zum Hauptdeck öffnet. Das private Hauptbad verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen Doppelwaschtisch und eine begehbare geflieste Regendusche.

Das Gästezimmer verfügt derzeit über zwei Einzelbetten, die bei Bedarf für einen König einfach zusammengeschoben werden können. Ein großes, nautisch gestaltetes Gästebadezimmer befindet sich gegenüber dem Flur und umfasst eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Great stay

We liked the location of the unit--right on the beach and away from the boardwalk. It was well stocked with all of the beach items, linens, and kitchen items we needed. Pool is a little small and off to the side, but worked fine since our kids were the only ones in it.

Home away from home

A wonderful condo with every type of furnishing you could ever need. Spacious and very comfortable furniture, beach supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony has a wonderful view, the location is fabulous and communication with the owner is always timely. I would definitely stay again.

Girls Getaway

It’s an annual trip to the beach and we’ve found the perfect place to stay!!! The accommodations are just like the pictures of the property. The owner has gone above and beyond by providing a fully equipped kitchen, items needed for the beach, games and books for entertainment and a phone call when we arrived to make sure all was well. I think we have found the place to visit year after year!!!

Thank you for your response. The responsibility for bed linens was written in the condo rental description. I also reminded each renter at least 3 weeks before their arrival to bring bed linens so they would have a closer reminder. Additionally, I gave everyone the number of a linen service if they wanted to arrange their own contract versus us charging everyone $150 for that extra service when some preferred to bring their own. The dryer does work albeit not optimally until the condo association cleans all the vents. Since we are on the fourth floor that requires a lift truck. It is supposed to be done in a few weeks. I am a very attentive owner/host and try to communicate any changes or problems as I learn of them as I did with you. I’m sorry if you were inconvenienced in any way.

Great Condo to Enjoy A Beautiful Beach

We loved staying at this condo - parking was easy. The condo has an outdoor shower and elevator for ease. If we weren't at the beach - which is only a few steps away - we were on the wonderful balcony enjoying the sunrise with coffee in our PJ's, midday snacks, evening cocktails. The bathrooms were large and well-equipped. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen, linens, etc. The host made everything very easy. We hope to be back again next year.

Simply wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo! Our boys (7 and 9) loved their room and the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could ever need. It was also so convenient and much appreciated to have laundry in the condo, and it was so nice to have access to sand toys and family games so that we could pack a bit less for our trip. I enjoyed the balcony so much, reading and drinking coffee and people-watching. The neighbors we met were so nice, and the location is PERFECT. We miss it already!!

Good location and well stocked condo;

We had a great time at this condo. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and beach closet are well stocked with all of the essentials and more. Close to shopping essentials and restaurants and more. The beaches are pretty busy since it is close to other larger condo buildings, and we had to get out early to stake our beach claim for the day (usually by 7:00am.) We enjoyed fireworks displays evey night on the porch or beach. We went parasailing very close by and also went on an off shore fishing charter which was also close by. The pier has some great ice cream and is close enough to walk to (1 mile walk.) The parking lot has some very tight spots but it was never hard to get a spot. The elevator and luggage cart made it easy to get everything up and down when loading and unloading. There is a great wash off station when you come up from the beach. The pool and pool area is extremely small, but is nice for a quick dip. Overall it is a great, well- kept condo!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay and found the condo clean and well- equipped. I am surprised the beach in front of the condo was so busy since we are in between two beach accesses so usually non residents don’t travel the extra distance on the hot sand. We have personally never had a problem finding ample space to sit on the beach no matter the time of day. Perhaps it was because your stay was so close to the Fourth of July. For clarification, we have only 18 units in our complex and our neighboring complex to the north has approximately 9 units and our southern neighbors number 20 or so. There are larger complexes up and down the beach from us but NOT in our immediate area and those visitors generally stay under their blue umbrellas. The pool is private to our complex and small by design as the ocean is literally at our doorstep. It is meant to be a cooling off space if you don’t prefer the ocean. Also, the condo was built in the late 1980’s so parking spaces weren’t meant to accommodate the modern oversized cars and trucks. We have a Honda SUV which fits perfectly. We’d be happy to host you again next year if you choose to return to our beach. Robert and Kathryn Grace

When the beach was packed on both sides of Garden City, this condo had lots of area to enjoy corn hole or bocci ball..the amount of fireworks displayed were astounding, and didn't even have to leave the condo!! we just relaxed and enjoyed from our balcony!! No need to bring beach equipment because you are just steps away (we didn't even use our chairs or umbrella). We walked nightly to the pier for live music, cold drinks and dancing! Oh and lots of fishing right in front of the condo!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including flour, sugar and variety of tea bags (which we appreciated as tea drinkers). We enjoyed making homemade pizza dough and apple turnovers! We also spent the day exploring Myrtyle Beach with a helicopter ride, mini golf galore and shopping!! We also enjoyed a couple of dinner shows (Luau and Pirates show; a must)! The location of the condo is awesome as it has no traffic and easy access to Hwy 17in either direction with Walmart less than a mile away! The Conche Cafe just .20 miles from condo was great to take a break from cooking and not to mention good eats!! Best of all you can walk there!! I loved that we could walk for drinks, snacks, ice cream, or dinner right along the beach! We had an Outstanding, relaxing and memorable time!! We will be back!!

Our Second Time Here and We Enjoyed It Once Again!

Grace is a wonderful host who makes sure you have all the information needed for a pleasant stay. The condo is spacious, has all the amenities a family could want. The furniture is comfortable, the bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. If we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the huge balcony...watching the sunrise, eating lunch, dinner or having evening cocktails. The condo is located at a great spot on Garden City Beach - a close walk to the Conch Cafe and a small convenience store. It's about a mile walk to the GC Pier area where guests will find entertainment, restaurants and small shops. There is plenty of easy parking for those who have a vehicle. There is an elevator as well as stairs since this is on the fourth floor. The condo neighbors are friendly and quiet, so it is a relaxing, peaceful stay. We hope to go there again next year to make it a third time. (This place made my mom and sister happy...and they are picky people!)

We grew up in Waterbury, Vermont and have spent the last 50+ years making annual trips to the ocean with our family. We always dreamed of owning oceanfront property of our own and when we retired, we finally realized that dream. We aim to help other families make special memories at the seashore just as we continue to do.

Our immaculate condo is located directly on the ocean with fabulous views from the fourth floor oceanfront deck. Morning, noon or night there is always something to see from your perch above the sea yet you are just steps from the water. The living quarters are well appointed with all the comforts of home at your fingertips.

This condo complex has just 18 units compared to the march larager buildings on the beachfront. Some owners and/or their family members have lived here for several years so they are super friendly, helpful and watchful of the property. It is located ten miles south of the more crowded Myrtle Beach so you can enjoy the oceanfront in a more relaxed,family atmosphere while still being close enough to the region's attractions. Myrtle Beach airport is just eight miles away so you are just an Uber ride to our condo if you don't want to rent a car. Several restaurants and grocery stores deliver if you choose to eat in.
