Kürzlich renoviertes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Sackgasse für Ihren Cape Cod Urlaub. Das komfortable Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Gewölbedecke mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem DVD-Player, Kabel und WLAN. Komplettes Badezimmer in Einheit. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, während das andere Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten hat und ein drittes Ausziehbett zur Verfügung steht. TV und Kabel in allen Schlafzimmern. Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann auch einen Erwachsenen schlafen. Der Hinterhof verfügt über Grill, Terrasse mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Stühlen zum Entspannen oder einen Grill im Freien. Nehmen Sie in der geschlossenen Außendusche eine private Warm- / Kaltdusche in der Sonne oder waschen Sie den Sand von allen Füßen. Unternehmen Sie eine schöne Radtour oder nutzen Sie das nahe gelegene Kajakfahren. In der Nähe von Sea Street Beach und auch West Dennis Beach und eine kurze Fahrt nach Mayflower Beach. Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for my family of three! It is conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, and (most importantly) places to get ice cream :) Outdoor shower made it easy to wash off post-beach day. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect Getaway

This house was a perfect solution to a vacation away from home! Close to the beaches and restaurants, very updated and clean, and no issues at all! Tom was easy to access and provided plenty of information. Highly recommend if you'd like to stay away from a hotel and close to the water!

Perfect location for exploring all of the Cape!

My mom is an avid gardener, and she’s always wanted to attend the Cape Cod Hydrangea festival. This cottage was the perfect jumping off point to explore all of the Cape, from Falmouth to Chatham and I’ll points in between. We even took a drive up to Provincetown! This little cottage provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Overall was a nice little cottage for our stay in cape cod. It was our first time visiting the area but the neighborhood seemed very safe. Was equipped with the very basics. Indoor fireplace does not work, but we were able to use the outdoor fire pit. Would stay again!

The house is adorable!

The house was perfect for our vacation. We had never been to Dennis Port so we were a little nervous. We loved it! It’s close to everything, beaches, Chatham, great restaurants, etc. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet neighborhood, kitchen is well stocked. Only thing it didn’t have but could use is a lobster pot but this wasn’t a big deal. A friendly neighbor lent us theirs. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tom

Wonderful house

We just completed a wonderful week long vacation at this beautiful home. Due to COVID 19, our wedding at a local hotel was canceled. Since we still wanted to get married, we had a small ceremony at a friend's house in Dennis and stayed at this house for our honeymoon. It had everything we needed. Very easy walk or bike to the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants, sandwich shops, grocery stores, and ice cream shops close by. The property was very clean, the owner, Tom, was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. The cottage is as cute as it is in the pictures. We highly recommend it.

Great location, adorable house

We are from the West Coast and wanted a Cape Cod sampler week. This was a great location. Very close to the beach, and not more than an hour away from anything on the Cape. The house is even cuter than the picture shows because they added two lovely hydrangea bushes. The indoor eating area was sufficient for five, but we ended up being more comfortable on the back patio most of the time. I did envision us walking to the beach, but when practicality set in with beach chairs, towels, and three kids, it didn’t end up making sense after all. It is nearly a mile to the beach and the street doesn’t have a sidewalk. The house feels so light and breezy. The skylights and the white furniture give it such a fresh Cape Cod feel. Since we came in on a plane, we didn’t bring a bunch of toys and extra stuff for the kids. That was the one thing I wish there had been at the house. We ended up buying some beach toys, puzzles, and coloring books for the kids to use while we were there. But if you are driving in, I would just say bring your own entertainment for your kids for the times that you are sitting at the house. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and we didn’t have any problems. Thank you for a great stay!

Cozy, relaxing cottage that we only can recommend for your stay in Cape Cod

We really loved this cozy cottage! It was the perfect place to escape the speed of the cities and work! Very calm and quiet environment with many small details and a perfect starting point for trips in the area of Cape Cod as well as to Boston. The fact that the house is fully wooden, that the terrace and garden can be used for breakfast and dinner and that the only noices you hear are animals (birds) make this a small paradise. Feelgood factor = 100%!!

Great Vacation Cottage

This is my family’s 2nd year staying at this cottage! Centrally located to all different types of restaurants, beaches, and places to get ice cream. We frequented Sea Street Beach which is only about a 3 minute drive. We also went to Mayflower Beach which is about a 20 minute drive. Tom was easy to communicate with. Another great vacation in the books!

Wonderful week @ Dennis Cottage

Tom & Chris’s cottage was a perfect space for our Cape getaway. We loved the location, ease of accessing Dennis beaches-ocean and bay side. The cottage was exactly as pictured- very clean and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the back yard and deck space. Would absolutely stay again!

Cutest, cleanest, comfiest, and well-curated!

This cottage and Tom exceeded our expectations by far! Tom reached out by phone a few days before our trip to give us the low-down on the house and to answer any questions. The house had that historic Cape house vibe, but is fully updated with modern conveniences and décor. Very clean, neat, and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare food and clean up. The beds are suuuper comfy. We slept well! The couches are also so comfortable and the layout makes hanging out and relaxing at the house very enjoyable! The location is close to everything and within 15-20 minutes of everything else you'd want to visit in this part of the Cape. What you get for the very reasonable rental price (for the Cape) makes this place one we'll definitely be coming back to!

Cozy cottage

The cottage was nicely decorated with a beach theme and had a comfortable living room with nice tv and plenty of channels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with modern amenities. The bedrooms had plenty of space, and our bed was comfortable. The location was easy to access. We enjoyed our week in this cozy cottage!
