Das beste Anwesen in Exuma hat gerade eine 900 m² große Kutschenwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer hinzugefügt.

Dieses neu renovierte Gebäude befindet sich auf dem bestehenden Jimmy Hill Exuma Beach Grundstück und liegt am besten Strand von Exuma. Es profitiert von einer großartigen Lage und den besten Annehmlichkeiten auf der Insel.

Die Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer liegt direkt am Strand und verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und ein Ausziehsofa für maximal 4 Personen. Das Gerät enthält 1 Bad und eine Gästetoilette, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Wäscherei und eine Eismaschine. Unsere Gäste haben uneingeschränkten Zugang zum wunderschönen, halbprivaten weißen Sandstrand und zum besten Pool und Pooldeck der Insel, um einfach den Tag zu verbringen.

Wunderbar

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung war genau richtig mit allem, was man benötigt. Man hatte seine Ruhe und einen wunderschönen Strand vor der Haustür. Die Klimaanlage war super, die Betten sehr gemütlich und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Tom war immer zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gab. Bisher der schönste Aufenthalt auf Exuma. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

We were amazed at this slice of paradise! It was our third trip back to Exuma in the past year. We have rented a large home, room at a resort hotel and now the carriage house. It had everything we needed for the week. It’s hard to find a place that is perfect for two people with a full kitchen and the most amazing grounds including an infinity pool and hot tub on the most beautiful sandy beach in Exuma. Communication with the owners was very quick. We will be back!

We loved the Jimmy Hill apartments! It was close to the airport and central to the island so we could go either way and make it downtown or to Cocoplum in under 15-20 minutes. Lots of restaurants were within about a 5-15 minute drive! It was nice and clean, and we loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in each night after we explored the island all day! My only thing I’d want for next time, would be a full length mirror for us ladies to get ready in! Easy fix! We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here!Cynthia

We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. We have stayed in the large condos in the past, but didn’t need the room this visit as it was just the two of us. Beautiful place but not necessarily beachfront

The property is labeled “beach front”. Our apartment was not but behind the beachfront apartments above the garage, so we felt this was misleading. Well manicured and beautifully landscaped property. The apartment was clean with super soft towels and had all we needed. Look in the cabinets before you shop because they have all of the essentials. Modern recent renovations and decorated simple and stylish. It was a very nice place to stay with infinity pool and jacuzzi, family friendly with very friendly staff. Just wished we were on the beach as advertised.

Paradise

We got home yesterday after spending a week. The condo was fantastic! Updated, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We were very happy with the location.. easy to access both sides of the island. The infinity pool and hot tub were beautiful! Norm and his wife were so accommodating and helpful! We would totally recommend this place and hope to come back to this beautiful island again with our family and stay at your larger unit ! It was a great week filled with many memories!

Great stay, clean place. No issues, the only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have a folder with some suggested grocery stores, restaurants, shops, WiFi passwords just the normal lay of the land and stay. Other than that I would stay again.

Wow! Such a great property. It has the most gorgeous view and beach. Very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautifully furnished and landscaped, set back from main road, quite with easy access. Patio and infinity pool area is beautiful as it overlooks a beautiful beach. In fact the water is beautiful everywhere in Exuma. Thanks to Tina with groceries and to Norm whom we met outside. It was a great experience and we couldn’t have been happier! This is a great place to stay. There are multiple units on site and everyone is so friendly. The pool is great, the view is amazing out from the pool and patio. The location is convenient to hit up great exuma beaches both to the north and south. We will look to return to exuma again

Perfect spot for my husband and I

The carriage house was the perfect spot for my husband and myself, as well as a couple of friends who joined us for a few days. They slept on the pullout couch and said that it was the most comfortable pull out. They’ve ever slept on. The main room was plenty spacious, full of bright light, and inviting. Everything in the kitchen worked. There are one and a half baths. And the bedroom with the two queen beds is large and room as well. The carriage house is behind a line of three buildings which has much larger units, 3 to 4 bedrooms each. But the carriage house has a walkway directly out to the communal patio And gorgeous pool with an infinity edge. Plenty of seating. The ocean is always a bit choppy on that side of the island. We enjoyed it swimming a couple of days, but also loved exploring the island and stopping at all of the other beaches, such as Coco Plum, Jolly hall, pretty Molly, tropic of cancer, to name a few. We did a mix of cooking in for ourselves and also going out for lunch and dinner. Everything went great and normal, the property manager, is always around for you to ask him any questions. We highly suggest renting beach chairs while you’re there. That way you can go to any beach you want and will always have a cute little backpack chair and an umbrella to take with you and set up.

All the other reviews are spot on. The apartment is fabulous, it looks just like the pictures, which can be deceiving, not here…The beach and pool area are even prettier. Tom is quick to answer any questions, Norm is always around if you have trouble or just want to have a chat, and there seems to always be a few cold beers on arrival. Location is great, nice and quiet but easy drive to points north or south. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! PS: If you run into other owners or repeat visitors during your trip, you’ll hear the same superlatives. All were super friendly, lovely to chat with (shout out to ‘Los 😁) and had tons of insider advice about the island. Don’t think, book it (but save a week for me!)

Great time on Great Exuma

My wife and I stayed here for our 35th anniversary. This property is centrally located in the island. Great beach, which we walked a couple different mornings and never saw anyone else. The pool area is nice and quiet. Unit we stayed in was exactly as described. Overall this is a great property and well worth the money.

Perfect Place!

This lovely property had a larger resort look and feel as you approach.The facities were very well kept, perfectly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed being so close after the exit road from the airport, as well as centralized on the island. The pool area above the beach is an awesome plus! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Exuma.

Amazing stay in the Exumas

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time in the Exumas. The property is perfect to explore all the island as it is located exactly in the middle of it. There are all the amenities for a perfect stay, like a fully equipped kitchen. The pool are was amazing during sunset, we always used to close our days with a couple of kaliks there!!
