Rustic villa / private pool, ideal for families. Fast track to Lisbon/Fatima

This small farm was built with the aim of providing more family life and this is how it has been maintained. It has modern and practical conditions because that was our concept. It has 3 bedrooms with direct access to the pool, one of them suite with dressing room and bathroom with bathtub, one of child / young with two single beds and another double. There is also a social toilet with shower for more practical situations. A Dining Room continues to the Living Room and a fairly large fireplace that keeps all the space warm and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has a small island that will allow you a PA in the middle of the countryside. There is also a traditional barbecue, if you wish to opt for grills.
Shopping areas are a short drive away.
VISIT
Inside, mountainous massifs and traditional villages. Next to the sea, fishing villages and cosmopolitan beaches with water sports to set the pace of the day. Everywhere, the millenarian heritage proudly displays the history of the region.

Some of the monuments are of particular importance to Humanity, so much that they have been included by UNESCO in the list of world heritage. This is the case of the Monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha, the Convent of Christ in Tomar and the University of Coimbra.
Get to know the historic city of Santarém, medieval castle of Almourol (Romanesque to Romanesque, Gothic and Revival styles, Almourol Castle was rebuilt following a line of Templar military architecture similar to that of Castelo de Tomar).
The central area of ​​Portugal has numerous attractions such as Tomar, the wonderful landscapes of the Castle of Bode Dam with various river activities, Abrantes, Constância and many others.

This was a perfect retreat for a restful holiday with a toddler. Telma was a wonderful hostess. We were greated with a gift of bread, local cheese, wine and a selection of pastries all of which were delicious. Telma took us through the house explaining everything so we were confident about how things worked and what to do in case of emergency. There were basic supplies of tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, spices etc. Lots of crockery and cutlery.The house was perfect for our family. The oldies had a bedroom and separate bathroom while the young family were able to uae the other two bedrooms and the larger bathroom. The pool was wonerful in the 34degree heat. Good reliable wifi.Thank you Telma for taking such good care of us.

Peaceful week in Central Portugal

Our group of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. While it was a tad tricky to find, Telma helped us through that and warmly greeted us at her charming property. After a quick tour and a few tips she left us with a fresh loaf of bread, some cheese, bottle of her local favorite wine and some pastries. The property was seemingly in the middle of nowhere with views over the local fields but in reality was only a few minutes from the autoroute making it a great base for exploring the area. The garden caught the afternoon sun and was wonderful to come back and relax in after a busy day of sightseeing. If I were to "complain" about anything it would be the beds but they were as advertised. There was one queen size bed and two full size beds. The full size beds were a bit of a squeeze for two people so one couple ended up sleeping in separate beds....but this was a small issue in the long run. The kitchen was well equipped so that we could cook when we wanted but there were also plenty of suggestions available for local restaurants if needed. Telma and her mother seem to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers.

Nice and pleasant vacation

Our family of 5, 4 adults and 1 teenager, had a very nice stay in the house. Good communication with Telma, before arrival, especially direction to the house were useful. She were at the house to welcome us, even though we arrived after 2300. Good introduction to the house and a welcome-package of wine, beer, bread, cheese, cookies, coffee and water. Useful safety information about the automatic gate. We used it later, when the automatic gate didn't worked. The kitchen is well equipped and we used it a lot. There are no aircondition (it says on the homepage, that the house is with aircon), only fans in two of the bedrooms. We managed whiteout, tough is was 28-36 degrees celsius in the daytime. Most of the drawers were full of the owners clothes and sheets, a bit surprising. So we didn't have enough space for our own clothing. we had to use our suitcases. We recommend the place. The house is big, well equipped, clean, nice pool and pool-area, good communication with the host and close to nature and city.

Erholsamer Urlaub im schönen Ferienhaus

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen!

Super Ferienhaus

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen! Wir hatten dieses Haus im Juli 2019 gebucht und unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus und das Grundstück wurden uns sehr sauber übergeben. Der Pool ist top, sehr groß und wenig gechlort. Bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir für den ersten Abend Verpflegung in Form von Wein und portugiesischen Spezialitäten. Die Kommunikation mit Vanda Pinto klappte per Mail sehr gut und wir bekamen von ihr noch viele Infos bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Lissabon und Porto sowie zu den Atlantikstränden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Haus jerderzeit wieder mieten. Une pépite

Excellent séjour chez Telma qui est adorable et qui se débrouille très bien en français, ce qui est un plus. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous fait découvrir les spécialités Portugaises, c’est très appréciable. La maison est splendide, propre, spacieuse et tout le nécessaire est présent. L’autoroute à proximité de la maison nous permet de visiter les alentours facilement et, une fois à la maison, nous ne l’entendons pas du tout. Location que nous recommandons fortement pour passer d’agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Merveilleux souvenirs du Portugal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Telma. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et quelques présents de bienvenue. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout le nécessaire indispensable tant à la cuisine que dans les salles de bain. Les chambres ont une très bonne literie, sont très lumineuses et donnent sur la piscine. Il y a aussi un grand verger avec des prunes, poires, coins, et mûres. L'environnement est calme et reposant. Les magasins d'alimentation ou de sport sont situés à Cartaxo (7 minutes) ou à Santarem (12 minutes). Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux lieux touristiques comme Lisbonne (35 minutes), Obidos ou Fatima (45 minutes), Nazaré ou Coimbra (1 heure). Vous pouvez réserver cette maison les yeux fermés, vous serez enchantés !

Maison parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances emplacement idéal

Maison propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Endroit calme, nous avons pu prendre tous les repas sur la terrasse (quand nous étions présents). Au calme, même si l'autoroute n'est pas loin ce n'est pas génant. Maison fraiche même en pleine chaleur (43 en extérieur). piscine très agréable et espaces verts bien entretenus. La propriétaire est très disponible et discrète. elle a su nous donner de bonnes adresses pour manger (et aussi végétarien) et pour se ballader sur des marchés. Il faut la voiture pour se déplacer mais il y a la ville de Cartaxo à 6 min environ et santarem à 15 min. On est à environ 1h de Sintra, Cascais, Nazaré, Lisbone et 45 min de Fatima. Les parcs sont à proximité (grottes, moulins, randos). Idéalement situé et nous gardons de bons souvenirs. Merci encore à la propriétaire pour ses conseils et le confort de la maison.

Trés agréable séjour

Maison idéale pour un séjour reposant en famille. Tout en étant isolé vous êtes à proximité des commerces. 40 minutes de Lisbonne et d'autres sites. Les photos de la maison reflettent parfaitement la réalité. Vanda saura vous accueillir avec gentillesse et bienvellance. En résumé 2 semaines de vacances reposantes et pleins de beaux souvenirs. Fijn verblijf

Aangename locatie, relatief rustig, maar jammer van de hondenkennel op een honderdtal meters. Goede bedden en airco aanwezig! Warm water met zonnepanelen was niet toereikend voor ons gezin, maar werd snel opgelost door de verhuurders. Aangenaam huis met voldoende plaats en gedeeltelijk toegankelijk wat we van veel andere accomodaties niet konden zeggen die ook beweerden toegankelijk te zijn. Grote koelkast, wat een pluspunt is met dit warme weer. Prachtig goed uitgeruste keuken! Winkels op goede rij afstand met de auto. Fijne, vriendelijke mensen. Alles was aanwezig om er een fijne vakantie van te maken.

Zona de acidentes

De uma forma geral agradável. No entanto, a informação no site não referia que era necessária caução,que nos armários e roupeiros estariam artigos pessoais, que no frigorifico tinha alimentos congelados, nem que o pavimento em redor da piscina não era antiderrapante ( o que causou três quedas felizmente sem consequências graves). Também não fomos avisados de que existia um sistema de vigilância com câmaras instaladas no interior da moradia, facto que só descobrimos ocasionalmente mais tarde. Se esta informação estivesse disponível no anúncio teria escolhido outro destino concerteza.

Boa tarde, Agradeço o seu comentário pois permite sempre uma melhoria dos serviços que prestamos. Permita-me responder pois considero de extrema importância fazê-lo ponto por ponto. No anúncio está definido de forma clara, em local próprio e visivel para os hóspedes a questão da caução, menciona inclusivamente o montante, forma de pagamento e momento de o fazer. As câmaras que refere ter descoberto por acaso não são câmaras, trata-se do sistema de alarme contratado á Prosegur e que garante a segurança dos hóspedes. Para que funcione terão que ser os hóspedes a ligá-lo, aliás como lhe foi demonstrado aquando do check-in. Poderá contactar a empresa para devido esclarecimento. Quando chegou foi feita uma visita guiada com a explicação detalhada de tudo, mostrado o frigorifico que tinha duas das três gavetas do congelador vazias, e lhe perguntaram se era suficiente, ao que respondeu sim. Pareceu de acordo pois tinha alugado apenas uma semana. Foi-lhe mostrada em detalhe toda a casa, toda ela á sua disposição, um roupeiro totalmente vazio em cada quarto com cabides á disposição e várias gavetas vazias, também lhe foi indicado as gavetas que estavam ocupadas com artigos pessoais. As camas, atoalhados e mantas de sofás, estavam devidamente higiénizados, esterilizados e adequados em quantidade á sua estadia. Por último e não menos importante respondo á questão do pavimento, lamento profundamente as quedas. Deveria ter salientado que o pavimento junto ao alpendre, e que está depois da pedra antiderrapante á volta da piscina e depois da relva, seria escorregadio se molhado. Uma semana de puro descanso e serenidade

Escolhemos esta vila pela possibilidade de estar no campo, sem grandes enchentes de pessoas, com piscina para os miúdos e estando próximo de vila ou cidade. Pelo site, a casa pareceu-nos ampla e arejada, o facto de os 3 quartos darem para a piscina é uma óptima vantagem, a cozinha equipada e com uma janela grande, tudo nos pareceu fluido, moderno. Na semana que acabámos de lá passar constatámos que tudo o que tinhamos como expectativa se concretizou, desde o rigor no check-in, ao cuidado em partilhar os preparativos em termos de roupas e limpeza, a disponibilidade para utilizarmos os produtos da horta, os mimos deixados e, sem dúvida, a imensa amabilidade da Vanda, nossa interlocutora. Ao longo da semana foi de uma disponibilidade imensa e deixou-nos com o sentimento de estarmos em casa. Recomendamos vivamente e desejamos voltar!

A estadia correspondeu aos objetivos que tínhamos, proporcionando todas as condições de higiene, segurança, habitabilidade e descanso. Nós gostámos bastante e os 2 pautados também, que se fartaram de passear pela propriedade. Recomendo vivamente e será certamente para voltar. A propriedade correspondeu totalmente ao que procurávamos e estava de acordo com o publicitado. Foi uma semana de sol à beira da piscina, caminhadas e passeios de bicicleta matinais, local muito sossegado e rodeados de natureza. Com a beleza do pôr do sol a acompanhar nossos jantares 🤩

Great House

Me and my family (a total of 5 adults) stayed here for 7 days in the end of october when visiting some friends in the area. The place matched the description and we were particularly pleased with the fire place in the living room, that we used a lot of in the evenings, it's was a bit cold inside the house, but that's to expect in october. The place was clean and we had free access to wifi in all rooms. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. I can higly recomend this place.

Maison de campagne individuelle avec joli jardin, belle vue et superbe espace piscine !!! Point de départ idéal pour les excursions dans la région de Lisbonne (+/- 45 min.). Einfamilienhaus auf dem Land mit hübschem Garten, schöner Aussicht und tollem Poolbereich !!! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lissabon und Umgebung (+/- 45 Min.).

Charmante demeure en pleine campagne

L'accueil a été agréable. La maison vous appartient pour le séjour avec tout le confort nécessaire.Elle est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La piscine est superbe. Vous pouvez vous reposer et visiter à la fois le centre (comptez entre une heure et une heure et demie pour accéder aux sites) et Lisbonne (50 minutes pour accéder au centre ville). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très agréable maison en pleine campagne

Maison très confortable avec tout le confort pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Idéale pour visiter Lisbonne et la région de Santarem. Très bon accueil de Vanda , la propriétaire. A recommander une belle découverte.
