Amazing rental

VERY BEAUTIFUL HOME!! It felt welcoming as soon as you open the door, the decor was very nice. Will be staying here again when I come back for work!! The rental staff was excellent and so easy to work with, definitely my favorite VRBO experience!!

Very clean and well stocked

This was a great place for us. Our son is stationed at King’s Bay. Was close enough for him to stay with us and still work. Very clean place which I’m really picky about that. Well stocked with everything for cooking. Loved there was a crockpot. Only wished there was more bath towels. Otherwise great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent getaway!

This was hands down one if the best rental experiences I've ever had. From the day I reserved the trip to the end of our stay, the rental group was in contact with us - checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The duplex was new and clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for parking (including our 21 foot boat) and the boat ramp was within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Country

The house was perfect, just as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay. It’s an easy walk to the state park and fabulous walking along the river in the park. We also enjoyed downtown St Mary’s. I didn’t feel real good about the management. We drove five hours from St. Petersburg not knowing if we would really have a place to stay, but they did send the door code right at 4:00 PM as promised. I also thought the fees were higher than usual.

As we discussed, we encourage our guests to call us anytime with questions or concerns either before or during their stay. We are so sorry that not getting the door code days before your arrival caused you to have any doubt about our management or services. However, there are many occasions when our cleaners are still in the rental up until 4p getting it ready with supplies & ensuring everything is in place for our guests' stay. Our phone number - which folks can either call or text - is provided in all our communication and of course on our website. We try to be as accessible as possible and probably over-communicate to our arriving guests with information about the area you'll be staying, the accommodations, and arrival instructions. Beautiful Home

Our family rented out both sides of this beautiful duplex. There is a door connecting the 2 sides that can be opened up for maximum space or closed for privacy. This worked beautifully out for our two families. The home was immaculate and generously stocked with all the necessities! The king beds were cozy and the towels were so fluffy and soft. Some of us walked down to the rocks and boat ramp to catch crabs and watch the boats come back with their daily catch. And the sunrises were beautiful as seen through the large front windows.

Great Place / Beware of Double Booking Fees!

We had a great stay & experience. Only to find out weeks later that I was charged 2 separate booking fees. One through the management company & one through VRBO. Probably an oversight on my end, but want to forewarn anyone as this was a costly mistake & unnecessary / redundant charges.
