Dave was absolutely wonderful to communicate with during this stay. The cabin was fantastic, spotless, very cozy and adequately equipped. The fireplace is beautiful and we loved the wraparound decks.The bed linens were very high quality and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. There were snacks, coffee and tea available as well as drinks in the fridge which was an extremely nice touch and much appreciated. If you like higher end shampoo/conditioner/soap you'll want to bring some of your own, but they do have a hair dryer, nice makeup remover cloths and towels. There is plenty of hot water for multiple showers. There is a good HVAC system and we had no issues keeping the cabin warm.We arrived late at night and there is limited lighting outside by the driveway, so if you arrive at night be sure to use your phone flashlight for safety navigating the outside steps. Dave has flashlights plugged in inside for use once you get there. Each morning you can wake up to find the cabin surrounded by deer who seem mostly unaffected by people. We saw whole groups of big bucks, does, etc of 10 each day. It was peaceful and absolutely incredible to see them so close to the cabin. Dave even mailed us something we left behind after we left. 10 stars.
