Als eines der ursprünglichen Häuser am Meer werden Sie das wahre Gefühl des alten Cambria genießen. Dieses geräumige, einstöckige Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder und befindet sich an der am weitesten entfernten Steilküste von Cambria. So haben Sie einen ungehinderten Blick über die gesamte Küstenlinie. Beobachten Sie die Wale, Delfine und andere Meereslebewesen, während Sie auf dem geräumigen Deck ein Glas Wein trinken. Der Wohn- und Essbereich bietet zudem einen uneingeschränkten Meerblick, sodass Sie an den kühleren Wintertagen am Kamin entspannen und das sich ständig ändernde Meer beobachten können. Beach House Centrally Located to California Landmarks

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the beach house with its otters and seabirds visiting the cove daily. Shamer Park/Beach and Fiscallini Preserve were each just a walk down the street in opposite directions, and we spotted deer in the neighborhood. The house was comfortable and very clean (except for excessive cobwebs in garage) but could have used some updated furnishings (buzzing bath light bars, ancient lamps, rusted patio chairs, etc.) and replacements for scratched kitchen pans/utensils, worn towels, and a very low-placed showerhead with weak spray in the Master Bath, as well as some home repairs (warped front door/knob, warped front deck/gate, Master Bath window that whistled in the winds, etc.). The house lacked the little niceties of other rentals, such as microwave containers, extra dinnerware (bowls), laundry basket, etc., and instructions for the telescopes. Most of all, the house could use an updated heating system beyond the gas fireplace in the living room. The ancient system worked fine in the bedrooms, but it was too weak to heat the rest of the house. It took awhile for hot water at the sinks (counterintuitive to the "conserve water" signs), but the hot water was plentiful. The laundry center was very appreciated. The property was just a few minutes from Highways 1 & 46, and located only 30 min. or less away from Paso Robles, Morro Bay, San Simeon, elephant seals, etc. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Titus Point house in Cambria to all.

Superb views that can't be surpassed (unless there's sea fog)

Plenty of pelicans and a few dolphins, but not many sea otters.The staff at Breen were very helpful, right from start to finish.There were a few things that needed updating or repairing in the property to bring it up to standard (carpet was a bit old and threadbare in places, some of the garden furniture was broken, and a general spruce up of the decoration.General amenities were good, plenty of linen/towels, cookware, places to sit down inside when the weather was not too good. Very good WiFi and internet access. There were reminders in several places not to waste water, but it took a long time for the hot water to run through, thus wasting precious water.But we still loved the place and would return.

Perfect Cambria Coastal Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location. Cannot be improved upon with waves crashing out the backdoor. There's great walking steps from your door - Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Ranch but you won't want to leave the house. Two good sized bedrooms both with en suite baths. The kitchen, which is good sized, could be a little better equipped but has most of what you'd need. Excellent property and excellent stay.

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

Stunning Views

Yes, the views are stunning, along with the sound of the surf. We stayed five nights, and the views never got old! We saw an otter family playing and eating in the coves, many pelicans diving for their meals, and other fishing birds. Located very close to Fiscalini Ranch which I highly recommend. What I can’t recommend is staying there after a rain: it was February and we had to leave all the windows that we could open for fresh air due to the heavy mold/mildew smell. It took about 3 days to dissipate. Having said that, we feel a stay in the spring summer or early non-rainy fall would be PERFECT. Our blood pressure and heart rates went down! The new deck is great, the grill is new, and the kitchen is more than adequate. Overall, I’d give this place a 4.7

The view is spectacular!

The home is very comfortable. Listening to the ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. Every morning we enjoyed watching the pelicans, cormorants, otters or seals flying/swimming by. The kitchen is well equipped though we preferred trying the local restaurants since we were on vacation. Hope to come back!

Beautiful View, Needy House

Reviewer Comments: Our week at the Titus Pt house over July 4th was relaxing & enjoyable with the superb ocean view, but the odor in the master bathroom along with noise of raccoons chewing on the pipes under the patio took away some the joy of the house. Breen Vacation Rentals knew of the problems several weeks before we arrived, but they did nothing during our seven days to remedy the smell or noise of this situation. Furthermore, the bathroom windows will not open to provide air circulation. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and the rest of the house was comfortable. One of the blinds over the north window in the family/dining room will not work. It is tied up with a cord allowing the sun to shine in our eyes during dinner. The old, yellow shag carpet is stained in spots, but is somewhat adequate. The house has great potential, with little cost to the owner, to continue to provide the comfort and beautiful sunsets for renters during future years. But with the nightly rental increase, some repairs and maintenance are needed to maintain this special vacation rental.

View of a lifetime, you won't want to leave!

This property has an amazing location. It is all about the stunning views. We loved it and will definitely be planning another trip. It was our 30th Anniversary and we were staying with friends. We ended up not eating out and just cooking at the location in the large kitchen to enjoy as much time there as possible. They also have a grill, just bring your own charcoal. In the morning we saw seals & whales, in the evening the sea otters. I do recommend bringing binoculars. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor is antique but fine, has character. They could probably update the patio furniture for sure, the chairs had broken straps and seemed worn out. Other than that, we were all very happy with our stay! So glad we went!

Location, location, location!

This is the second year my son and I have stayed at Titus Point and we love it! As noted by other reviewers the house is a throwback to the 70s and could use some updating but the location can’t be beat! It is private with small park on one side and literally stands at ocean’s edge. Also convenient to downtown Cambria and Fiscalini Preserve. One of my all time favorite restaurants is just round the corner on Moonstone drive- the Sea Chest. I even have a coveted ‘ Porch award first in line’ coaster I got last year. The location is also central to wine country. We always make a visit to Harmony Cellars (and close-by glass blowing shop) and have done the ‘Sideways’ stops in Buellton Solvang area. It is a stunning area which really speaks for itself!
