Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Michigansee und Zugang zum gemeinsamen Strand. Mit 7 Schlafzimmern, 4 1/2 Bädern und offenem Wohnbereich ist viel Platz für Ihre Freunde und Familie. Die erste Ebene verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und einen Sitzbereich, der ein großartiger Treffpunkt für die Kinder in Ihrer Gruppe wäre. Es gibt auch eine Garage für 2 Autos mit einer Tesla-Ladestation.
Die zweite Ebene ist eine offene Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Gaskamin, die in einem Verandabereich abgeschirmt sind, der sich perfekt zum Entspannen eignet und um den Sonnenuntergang über dem See zu beobachten. Die Küche verfügt über schöne Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und erstklassige Geräte für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Direkt neben der Küche finden Sie die Waschküche und eine Speisekammer.
Die dritte Ebene beherbergt das große Hauptschlafzimmer und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und begehbarer Dusche. Eine Glasschiebetür führt auf einen privaten Balkon. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad vervollständigen diese Ebene.

Great property, location, and management!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was very big and laid out to handle our entire family (8 adults and 3 children). Check in was simple. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. And the location and house were truly excellent!

Best Week!

We had a fantastic week staying at Family Tides. One of the best houses we've ever rented. Beautifully decorated with simple elegance and space for many to spread out. Enjoyed the many beaches in the area as well as the winery down the road. Would highly recommend this house for large families. The yard was nice for games and the sunsets at the end of the street were amazing!

Family Vacation

Words can not express how Fabulous this home was for our multi-family vacation! There was ample space for everyone, and the screened-in porch was ideal for the 3 little ones to have for their toys and allowed for them to stay safe along with getting fresh air! We loved being in walking distance to the beach, and the golfers enjoyed the courses near by. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to hold several people under 1 roof!!

Best of Tides!

This is an amazing property! We are a multi-generational family ages ranging from 20 to 80 years old. This was the perfect house for our family of 12. We enjoyed breakfast and a couple of dinners at the house, while exploring Holland, Saugatuck, Grand Haven and South Haven. The location is perfectly located between Saugatuck and South Haven. The property was even better than described and beautifully appointed!

Family Getaway

The home and location are beautiful. The home has ample room for a large family and the closeness to the beach is ideal. One of the highlights for our kids was ability to have fires on the private beach. That became a nightly activity. We only had a few challenges. - The master bath shower has low water pressure, which was a bummer with how lovely the room is. - While the home has a rule of replacing the propane tank for BBQ grill, we unfortunately had no gas in it when we arrived so had to delay dinner first night to go get a new tank. - Parking is definitely an issue. There is limited space for vehicles, so car pooling is a necessity. We ended up using a local grocery store parking lot. Overall our family enjoyed the time together.

Thank you for your feedback about our beautiful home. We are delighted you and your family enjoyed your stay. We also appreciate the constructive criticism, which allows us to quickly improve. Specifically, we are currently replacing the shower head that had poor flow. We are checking our propane supply more diligently and plan to provide a backup tank. Finally, you were completely correct that the language of our listing did not accurately describe our parking. We have a two-car garage and a driveway which, itself, can accommodate four sedan-sized cars. Street parking is limited. Again, thank you for choosing our home for your family vacation. We have so many fond memories, here, and we hope you do, too.

Family gathering

This was an ideal vacation spot for my whole family from 12-81 years old. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and enough bathrooms for each family. The property was very clean and had ample supplies available for midweek cleanup. Location was perfect. Close to the tram and stairs to the beach area down the street and a short drive to several wonderful beaches in town. The seating area in the family room was tremendous, a place for everyone! Thank you for helping us make great memories!

A wonderful time in South Haven

We had a wonderful family vacation in South Haven. This house provided enough space for all to sleep and gather. We also learned that this house has a generator which came in handy during a lengthy power outage.

Great South Haven Spot

The cleanliness and layout of the home, as well as proximity to all of south haven would be tough to beat. Ample beach toys for kids and chairs. One Tran was still operable for beach access. The beach has been diminished by erosion but is still walkable. Usually visited downtown south haven and smaller beaches north of town. Home is close to Hawkshead for good golf and Lake Arvesta for kids ninja warrior courses on water. Newer well kept home and would stay again.
