Excellent waterfront location

We loved the location. Very convenient to everything. There was a hiccup with the ice maker however SBV was on it. They had someone replace it the day we arrived. The building could use some sprucing up but you get what you pay for and price was reasonable. The primary's mattress slept very nicely. We would stay here again.

Love everything about our Amelia Beach rental: Tastefully updated, comfy beds, spacious balcony to drink coffee and watch the dolphins and super easy check in and out policy. Miles of pristine beaches to walk and take in the beauty that surrounded us. We’ll definitely rent again.

Fabulous Beachfront Condo

Great location on the ocean, wonderful sunrise breakfast each morning and happy hour at the Surf restaurant just a short stroll from the condo. Very much enjoyed our vacation. Fernandina Beach is traditional old Florida and very welcoming. Stay Better managed the unit and were responsive and pleasant. Definitely will book through Stay Better again and for a winter retreat in Fernandina Beach.

Great location and unit

The property was centrally located to all we needed. The unit was decorated very cute and comfortable, and was well maintained and clean. It was a very easy to walk down to the beach and pool area. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again.

Consistently high quality

We’ve been here 2 years in a row and the customer service and quality of the condo is always great. Location is perfect. We personally loved M3 because it’s on the 3rd floor so it’s convenient to the stairs but you have a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean. This is our annual family vacation spot for sure. Love the discounts we get on beach chairs/umbrella rental with SBV.
