Cottage #5 our old time pine cottage free slip in our 6 stall boat dock

Looking for something off the beaten path? Sitting lakeside on Bull Shoals Lake is our small resort with six cottages, seasonal in-ground pool with a view of the lake and a free slip in our six stall boat dock included in your cottage rental. All cottages have new queen beds, fresh new linens, new towels, Wi-Fi, new flat screen TV's with satellite and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen also. So pack the kids, dog, food and boat and come and unplug, unwind or windup. Come as guest and leave as family!
The space
We live with Nature which means wildlife and insects. Please be sure and bring insect repellents if you plan on going outside. We will also have boating rules on property as the lake is managed by the army core of engineers and they are strict with their policies..
Other things to note
Please keep in mind you are in the great outdoors. Along with the beauty come creepy crawly things like chiggers, ticks, snakes, wasps and flies. Bringing some bug spray along helps as well as keeping doors closed at all times. You may see some deer, turkey's, armadillos, since we are in the woods a bear or coyote and other predictors may be near so use caution.
The Dock!
Included in your rental is a slip in our 6 stall dock. The stalls measure 10x20. There is electric to plug in your toys, a ladder to help you back up if you choose to jump in. Please note the following.
The army core of engineers controls our lake level. At time you can drive the 250 yards from the resort and park and walk right onto the dock. If the levels are high you will need to hike down the trail. Both ways are walkable but are steep and a rocky incline. So use caution. At times of high water an alternative boat launch will be needed. There is no sandy beach it is a rocky area. You will find boating and fishing rules in each cottage and agree to follow all rules.
We have 2 game cameras on the dock!!! There is NO lifeguard at either the dock or pool you agree to use at your own risk. Owners are not liable or stolen or damaged properly.
