Unsere Standardeinheit ist ein Paradies für Menschenbeobachter. Ein Blick auf den Pool und all seine Aktivitäten. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, 30 m² Wohnfläche, ein eigenes Bad mit Handtüchern und Pflegeprodukten, eine Küchenzeile und einen Flachbild-TV. Der separate Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Futon- und Essbereich. Gemeinsamer Außenbalkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei Personen. Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste. Das Personal vor Ort bietet einen täglichen Reinigungsservice, damit Sie sich zurücklehnen und entspannen können!

Great location, felt like home

We really loved our stay. The beds were comfy, the pool was so close as well as the front office. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time there. It felt like we were staying at someone’s home, had a very cozy feel instead of a giant resort. The beach is so close, Parlour donuts, and mini golf to name a few of our favorite places. We had a great experience and loved the area!

Well maintained and great location

We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and other places. We used the free rides to go to Publix and never needed car rental. This unit had 4 beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! The pool was nicely kept and warm enough. There is enough space for two kids on the futon couch. We could definitely return.

Long weekend

The setting is great. Very convenient to everything. I like be able to come and go with your automobile and not waiting for it to be brought to you like some larger hotels. The was room was nice and clean. We like a sitting area also instead of just bed in a room. This one was perfect. We will be returning most definitely.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and close to the beach and activities. We requested that our room be cleaned everyday but it wasn't on the second day. We asked the person at the front desk to remind housekeeping to clean everday and they cleaned wvwr day after that.

Our goal is always to provide accurate and transparent information so guests know what to expect before arrival. Our Vrbo listing includes detailed photos and a description of the unit layout, including the queen-size bed, full-size sleeper futon, and its location on the first floor near the pool. Clearwater Beach is especially popular during the Spring Break season, and while many guests enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone. We do have an overnight security guard on site to address any excessive noise concerns, and we always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can assist with any concerns. Pleasant Stay

Overall we had a nice stay at this property. The room was a little small for a family of 4- but got the job done. It was amazing that the pool was heated. Checking in though was less than ideal. When we arrived there was a sign on the lobby door that they were on a dinner break and would be back by 8:30. We had a long day of travel and arrived at 7:45 with tired and hungry kids (5 and 2) and had to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes. If this is something that is routine, it should be mentioned in the email you get when booking the room. It just mentioned the times the lobby is open, and said nothing about how there would be times during the day it wouldn't be staffed for lunch breaks. It would have been nice to know if someone wasn't going to be around for an hour so we could plan accordingly.

Hello Melissa. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and our heated pool. We do not have set times the office closes for lunch or dinner breaks as this varies day to day. As much as we would love to have set times, our staff takes their 30 minute break based around our arrivals and departures for that day. Over time we have discovered this to be the best option. Our front desk cannot always close the office at a set time due to assisting guests. We are a smaller condo/hotel and do occasionally have to close the office so our staff can take a break. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Hospitality & Location!

It was great staying at Pelican Point. Nicole n Heidi were beyond fantastic! Ice cream shop two buildings to the left. Salty‘s just to the right. Holy crêpes right across the street to the left. Jolly trolley pick up right in front of Saltys. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday. My best friend and I. It rained every day. We did not put our swimming suits on once. But we put our water socks on and ponchos on and went to the beach and found some shells. You got to do what you Gotta do to have a good time and we did. And Nicole and Heidi were a part of making our time great. We did the Calypso queen dinner cruise and the Haunted jolly trolley. We were only there for almost 4 days. Our room at pelican point had a small wooden pelican named pokey. There was a note that pokey like to travel and for us to take him wherever we wanted and take pictures with him. We are all about having fun so we loved taking pokey with us. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a fun time!

We normally stay on the north end of the beach but booked this room last minute and it was great! Short walk to mini golf, stores and the beach. There’s lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Our room was right at the pool so that was perfect for our 6 year old that wanted to swim the whole time.
