Der örtliche Radweg schlängelt sich durch die Nachbarschaft und verbindet sich mit dem Wood River Valley System für 65 km gepflastertes Radfahren, Inlineskaten und Spazierengehen. Ketchum, drei Meilen entfernt, und Sun Valley, zwei Meilen entfernt, bieten großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für viele Interessen.

Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen werden von Elkhorn in Sun Valley bereitgestellt und sind zeitweise geschlossen. Keine Pools vom Labor Day bis zum Memorial Day. Whirlpools und Saunen sind saisonal aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Sie bleiben nach dem Labor Day bis nach Thanksgiving und im Frühling, wenn der Berg zum Skifahren im April bis zum Memorial Day geschlossen ist, geschlossen. Golf und Tennis sind vom 1. November bis 1. Mai geschlossen, dies ist wetterabhängig und kann nach Ermessen des Vereins mit / ohne Grund oder Kündigung verlängert oder verkürzt werden.

Parkhinweise: Auf der "oberen" Ebene P2 gibt es einen Parkplatz zum Parken. Es ist mit # 9 gekennzeichnet. Es wird kein Parkausweis benötigt. Bitte parken Sie nur auf dem mit # 9 gekennzeichneten Platz. Fahrzeuge dürfen auf ausgewiesenen Parkflächen abgestellt werden. Beachten Sie die Parkverbotsschilder und reservierten / behindertengerechten Parkplätze. Das Abstellen von Anhängern ist nicht gestattet, da nur eine begrenzte Anzahl von Parkplätzen zur Verfügung steht und die Parkplätze sehr klein sind. Möglicherweise stehen Parkplätze am Elkhorn Village Pool oder am River Run-Parkplatz in der 3rd Ave zur Verfügung. in Ketchum, aber es wird nicht überwacht und die Gäste parken auf eigene Gefahr.

Vollkaskoversicherung: Die Gesamtkosten Ihrer Reservierung für diese Unterkunft beinhalten eine Gebühr für die Vollkaskoversicherung pro Nacht ("Management"), zuzüglich Steuern, falls zutreffend ("Vollkaskoversicherung"). It was a nice condo. However it came with no instructions about the unit or facility. Worst of all the owners likely did not share with Vacasa that the exterior was being renovated. All exterior windows were covered with an opaque construction wrap and no accessibility to deck or views. Very disappointing and the owners should be required to disclose this. Based on the 3 hrs a day the crews appear to work, I would expect completion by end of summer. This was a huge disappointment and felt entirely bait and switched. Shame on property owners.

Though the place is in a decent location, the pictures don’t match the current state of the place. It is currently under construction on the outside of the place. The windows and sliding door to the back patio is completely taped off with plastic. We couldn’t open the windows or the patio and use it. We would have not booked this place if we knew that was the case. When I called and said this is a safety concern as the only exit out of the 2nd floor is the front door, they said they didn’t have another placeTo accommodate us. Hair on the sheets. One of the bathrooms smelled like urine so bad and we found urine around the outside of the toilet. Smoke alarm didn’t work. We couldn’t get ahold of the property manager to help give us instructions for on how to get in as there are construction signs on the main entrance to the door so we thought we couldn’t enter. This place needs to let people know it is under construction and have a better cleaner.

The air conditioner in the master didn't work so it was not very comfortable to sleep. the French doors to the balcony didn't lock, a couple times when we came back from a days outing the doors were open. Just thought you might want to fix those little issues, but other than that we had s great time.

Nice 2 bdrm in Elkhorn Village but .......

The internet wifi was not working, then the next day we learned you had to unplug and replug in the router every 30 mins (what a pain in the ass). Then there is a HUGE construction project going on next door, just outside which the patio has a great view of. Loud and dusty! It's ridiculous we did not know this prior or we would not have rented this unit. The garage door is right below this unit too, every time it opens you can hear it plus there is a bright white fluorescent exterior light on all night so you cannot sleep without closing the blinds, no chance to see the stars and moon. Also, after some great mtn and road rides each day, the hot tub is closed for the season (??). Horrific lodging experience. Renter beware!

your staff while quick to respond never followed through on any concern. the smoke alarm was chirping because of a battery, this didn't bother me, but when they said someone will be out to fix it and told me to be ready to coordinate but they never called or showed up. this is all minor, but the point is no follow through. the bigger problem is that the building fire alarm and strobe went off in our unit, and i no one ever called to verify that the issue had be solved or confirmed it was a false alarm. i am also rather irritated about the fact that your customer service rep was dismissive of my issues with the not having access to the pool. i did have to confirm with the local office at the condos to find out for sure that there was no pass for the pool.to be clear for future renters, no access to pool sauna hot tub sport courts, etc. they are not included even though reviews talk about using them they were all functional but you cant use them because this place doesn't come with an amenity's card, per the owner direction.

Stay at the Elkhorn

Our stay at the Elkhorn Village condo was great. The listing was accurate and the pictures were true. We visited in Mar 2022 and the snow was starting to leave but we were able to go skiing as planned. The location of condo is 7 min from the main part of town and 10ish min from the main mountain. If you want to ski Dollar then its less than 5 min away and you may be able to use the free public buses that you will see all over town. Because it was still late winter we didn't use all the features that that are available like tennis/golf/swimming. Snow had all that covered. But the area is really clean and nice. And the local buses seem to be around all the time. As for the Condo itself it was very clean. Bathrooms and Bedrooms were very clean and up to date. We didn't really use the kitchen much so I don't know what was available but the appliances seem to be in nice condition. Only turned on the TV once and it worked. There were smaller tvs in each bedroom which worked also. The unit does have a 5G wireless router but our experiences with it were that it crashed a lot (12+ times). So they may need to buy a new router or change the settings to allow more connections. Not sure but it was not reliable. I did notice they had ethernet ports in many rooms so if you need a more stable connection you may want to go that route. Beyond that the place is great. We are thinking about going back in the summer to do other things in Ketchum like hiking/golfing/swimming and if we do we would have no hesitation to book this condo again.

We loved the building/location. Parking garage was very convenient. The unit could have been cleaner. Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans all had to be cleaned before using. The master shower was clogged the first time we used it so left me wondering whether it had been cleaned because if it had they would have known it was clogged. Internet was absolutely horrible so if that is something you need this is not the unit for you. We loved Sun Valley skiing and restaurants!

Clean and comfortable in a location we enjoy, this unit is as advertised. The property manager, Angie, is extraordinary and went out of her way to accommodate any needs. We had a delightful stay and will return again!

Love Sun Valley

The unit was great however the walls were paper thin and we could hear people talking above us. there was wind whistling through the windows in the master bedroom that kept us up most of one night. The deck door also wouldn’t lock which was unsettling.

Fabulous midweek getaway.

This Elkhorn Springs condo was gorgeous inside and out and well stocked with everything you need for a visit to Sun Valley. It was very conveniently located to Ketchum, bike trails, hiking trails, etc. I will recommend it highly to friends. Lovely place to stay.

Sun Valley 'Spring Break

Unit is nice and has upscale decor and amenities. Location is great with easy access to town, dollar and baldy mountain. Free bus stops near and takes you to almost anywhere you want to go. Resort has shopping, dinning and nice walking trails when you not skiing. The only issues were that the dryer is not functioning well and will not completely dry clothes, the blind pull string on the right balcony door is broken and access to the hot tub and steam room required a card which was not provided although is stated as part of the unit amenities in the vrbo description. The management company was initially very responsive but went dark in the middle of the week and did not repsond to emails an longer. All in all it was a peasant trip.

Ideal.

Lovely, well appointed condominium. Kitchen is ideal for a family. Very comfortable decor and immaculate. Everything is easy, parking, laundry room in the unit and THE most comfortable sleeper sofa and great window shades. Very attentive property manager.

Perfect Location!

This was a perfect comfortable location for our recent stay with two couples. The condo was well stocked, felt safe and clean, and working with the property management company to reserve the facility was breeze. The carpet in the bedrooms could use a cleaning and the living area looks right in on the spare bathroom so the guests staying in the second bedroom didn't feel like they had too much privacy when using the facility but we made it work. We did have a power outage one night that lasted well into the early hours of the morning so it was a little tricky getting back into the unit in garage and to the room in the dark but luckily they had some cute candles that we were able to use to find our way around in the unit until the power was restored. We did have trouble starting the dishwasher when we left so hopefully that was just operator error. We did leave a note to inform the cleaning crew so someone would be aware. We would stay again!

Well-appointed condo in Elkhorn Springs, Sun Valley

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely condo which is well appointed and perfect for two couples or - in our case - a family of three. Everything is extremely high quality and maintained to high standards. We love the amenities of Elkhorn: the two outdoor pools are perfect for our teenage son and the free shuttle bus stops right in front of the complex so that he can easily get around without us having to drive him everywhere. Our only suggestion is more comfortable deck furniture and a little table so that we could sit outside and enjoy the amazing mountain view. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
