Gelegen in einer der atemberaubendsten Aussichten im Perthshire Tay Valley. Die ungestörte Entwicklung des Clocktower / Coach house befindet sich in Hanglage über dem historischen Kinfuans Castle aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und ist ideal gelegen, um ländliche Ruhe und schnellen Zugang zu einer von Scotlands anziehenden Städten zu bieten. Ursprünglich als Ställe und Kutschenhäuser für das Schloss angelegt, war der Torbogen des Uhrenturms einst der Eingang in den Hof. Jede Seite des Uhrenturms war die Heimat des Lakaien und Stabs des Schlosses. Das B aufgeführten Steingebäude ist das Herzstück in den Hof Entwicklung, fantasievoll umgesetzt, um eine offene Lounge mit Fenster auf der oberen flloor, die herrliche Aussicht auf die Kinnoull Hill berühmt Folly Befehle erstellen. Die Unterkunft war vollständig zu einem traditionellen Design mit hoher Qualität der Einrichtung renoviert. Im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine voll moderne Küche mit dinnig Bereich Kombination Ofen / Grill, elektrisches Glas-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Bügeleisen ausgestattet. Speisesaal mit Musikanlage. 1 Garderobe. 1 Zweibettzimmer. Obere Ebene, eine Lounge mit Ledersesseln und Ledersofa, Flachbild-TV mit kostenfreien Sat-Kanälen. 1 Doppelzimmer mit Einbaukleiderschränken mit Spiegeln. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und separater Duschkabine. Draußen im Hof ​​gibt es einen Sitzbereich, um die frische Luft und die Ruhe auf dem Land zu genießen, nur 2 Meilen nach Perth Stadtzentrum an der Kr��nungsstraße, wo Könige und Königinnen und ritt um gekrönt zu werden in der Nähe Scone Palace, Heimat der Stein des Schicksals.

A gem of a property

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. The recently refurbished bathroom was amazing, loved the air boost shower. This is a beautiful property in a lovely rural setting. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Great holiday house. Bright with huge windows. Nice furniture and a new bathroom. Helpful and friendly managers in one of the courtyard cottages with their lovely dog. Only ten minutes drive from Perth.

A beautiful and peaceful location by Kinnoul Hill

We had a wonderful week at the Clocktower and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. It’s in a beautiful setting with views of Kinnoul Hill which makes it a perfect spot to relax in and feel close to nature yet very close to the lovely city of Perth. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with Susan was excellent and we really appreciate the thought and hard work that makes the Clocktower a great place to stay.

Welcome Break!

All too short a time away on our first break since lock-down. As always we came to place that we would want to be in as it is always clean, tidy and welcoming. The facilities are first class and everything is kept up to date. To be honest, staying in the Clock Tower means we can get to anywhere we want to go in Scotland easily as the location is brilliant! We will be back as soon as we can as we can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Scotland!

Very charming house to rest for the holidays

The Clock tower is a beautiful house with large windows, where we had a very pleasant stay. It is very quiet and not far from the town Perth and its commodities. The access to the A9 is direct and two a few minutes away. The house is very comfortable and well equiped to cook, wash and dry your clothes. The upstairs room is very luminous and you can easily ventilate if the sun has warmed it during the day with its three big windows. You can also relax after a long walk in the confortable armchairs and footrest or on the sofa, enjoying a book or watching TV or You Tube. Our neighbours Winniefred and Derek were very friendly and gave us many advices on places to visit, local events or provided help if necessary.

Great Place; handy for so many great locations

This was our second stay in the Clocktower. We enjoyed it even more than last year. A superb location, with great walks in the immediate vicinity, and all of Central Scotland and most of the Southern Highlands in reach for a day trip. The Clocktower is a lovely building, and we enjoyed the friendliness of being on a courtyard shared by others (may not be to everyone's liking). We could see what everyone was up to through the big picture windows (they could see us too!). We'll be back I'm sure.

Best cottage so far

What we loved about the cottage was its proximity to Perth, which is a lovely town. We also enjoyed the horses and the friendly people at the stables. The dog had a wonderful time, too. The rooms in the cottage are very clean ánd well equipped. The only thing we missed were maybe e few more bowls in the kitchen, The cottage is very quiet. but never lonely as there are very nice and helpful neighbours, So it actually feels like being home! We would really like to come back - in fact, we don't want to go home

Best cottage so far

What we loved about the Clocktower was its proximity to Perth which is a lovely town. The Cottage is quiet, but you never feel lonely. There are lots of nice and helpful neighbours, it really feels like being home. We also loved going to the horses and everyone at the stables being friendly, The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The only thing we missed were a few more bowls in the kitchen, The dog had a wonderful time and all of us would really love to come back - in fact, we don't really want to go home ;)

Lovely rural setting close to Perth, spacious and comfortable.

This was our second stay at the clocktower, convenient for visiting family in Perth. As previously everything we could have needed was included and the property was warm, clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for 4 of us. We'll return again.

Excellent accommodation

Stayed here back in June for a family week long break and when we found out we needed to visit Perthshire for an event we didn’t hesitate to book again for the short stay we needed. Due to their being only 4 of us this time we chose the clocktower (stayed at coach house 5 last time). Standard of accommodation very high and first class service from Susan from the booking procedure to check out. Spacious and well furnished with everything you need for home from home experience. Location ideal for relaxing but also very central if you need to travel to any of the nearby Scottish cities. Great walks nearby for our dog as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for very friendly, helpful family run accommodation. We will certainly be returning again.

A Very welcome break.

We had an excellent holiday at The Clocktower, in a spacious, comfortable well fitted conversion. Looking out over the courtyard,which includes eight other properties,there is ample room for car parking. From the kitchen window there are stables and fields for horses. A very quiet, relaxing stay in a very secluded area yet close enough to roads to explore the county and beyond. We intended to visit sixteen months earlier, but were unable to, in the meantime our communications with Susan were dealt with in a very friendly, efficient and professional manner.

A comfortable house in nature

We are a family of four, including two children. We stayed at the Clock Tower in mid August 2021. We loved the house and the surrounding area. The house was very comfortable, it had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances -except a dishwasher and everything was in perfect working order. We liked how light and airy it was and how much character it has. We particularly enjoyed speaking to the residents Derek and lovely Wendy and playing with their dog Ben. This was a wonderful addition to the holiday! We went to relax and didn't feel we had to move around much to find lovely things to do. We loved walking every morning to the pond located on the grounds of the property. My daughter rode horses from the riding school, again on the grounds of the property. We also did longer walks to the nearby forest where we enjoyed fabulous views. From the house you can drive to Perth and shop for groceries. Wendy recommended we visit Pitlochery which we really enjoyed. It's a great place to stay if you want to wake up and enjoy the countryside. We woke up to the sound of cows mooing and saw horses daily. So if you love nature, peace and relaxation, this would be the place for you.

Our stay in Scotland.

Upon arrival we were impressed with the location very quit, with lovely surroundings. We were given instruction for the key. When we entered the clock tower it was clean and tidy, well equipped for all our needs. Additional cleaning and sanitising products we're made available, which reassured us during these uncertain times. We used the clock tower as our base to explore Scotland, ideal really as there is so much to see. Customer service was excellent, Susan popping over to check we were happy and if we needed anything. Very friendly making us feel very welcome. Susan had a good knowledge of the area and was able to suggest places to visit. We will be recommending this property to family and friends should they visit Scotland. We would definitely use this property again should we visit the area.

Fabulous location

We loved our stay at Kinfauns. Such a wonderful place and yet so close to Perth and the southern highlands. There was lovely walking and some fabulous mountain biking right on the doorstep. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful Accommodation

We recently spent 5 nights at this lovely courtyard development which is perfectly placed to explore Perth and the surrounding area . Our accommodation was in the Clocktower which was very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable and the lounge spacious and bright. Everything was spotless and because of the situation with Covid, additional specialised cleaning products had been left for us. The owners uncle, Derek, and his wife, Winnie, live in one of the cottages and are on hand should you need anything and are happy to advise on places to visit . We had a lovely time and hope to return for another visit soon .

The Clocktower is fantastic self catering accommodation situated in a secluded location just outside Perth. The surrounding countryside has some nice walks and it was the perfect base for us for the Scottish Six Day orienteering event.

Summer break!

As a frequent visitor to the Coach Houses and the Clock Tower in particular, we are always delighted to be there. The facilities remain excellent and there is everything there that you want want for a self-catering holiday. It is is an ideal location for anywhere of interest in Scotland except for the far north west. The visitor attractions in Perth and the surrounding area are also excellent, so there is always plenty to do as well as be able to relax in very comfortable surroundings in the Clock Tower. We would recommend the Clock Tower to anyone.

A lovely property, a lovely location

We stayed for a week in The Clocktower and had a lovely time. It is an extremely well fitted property, very comfortable, with all the desired amenities. Being right next to the horse riding school was delightful. We thoroughly recommend it. Only two comments: - the kitchen could do with some oven gloves :-) - beware the speedbumps on the road going up the hill by the property!

Delightful place to stay

A great place to stay!

We are multiple users of the Coach Houses over a number of years now and have always been totally satisfied by the excellent facilities and service provided during our stays. For anyone wanting a central self-catering location to visit Scotland, the Coach Houses are absolutely ideal. I am sure that we won't be going anywhere else for some time to come.
