Katie, thank you for sharing your thoughts about your vacation to Westin St. John! We're pleased to hear that you had a great time, loved the property and staff! We agree that the resort is beautiful and that we find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I am distressed to learn that your expectations with regard to your villa were not met. When you reserved the three bedroom villa, it was noted that it would be in either the Sunset Bay, Coral Vista or Bay Vista section and would be assigned at check in. When you inquired about the three bedroom villa initially, you were made aware that the specific villa pictured was not available but we were able to offer a three bedroom villa with an unconfirmed location. When we corresponded initially, it was specifically about the three bedroom villa with a swimming pool. In subsequent dialogue, we referenced three bedroom villas with varying floorplans and locations and no mention of or discussion about a pool was made. We regret that the variable nature of the floor plans/amenities for unassigned three bedroom villas was not made clear to you. Concierge Realty does reach out to guests after their stay with an email and also to requests a review through Vrbo. It is valuable to hear opinions of our guests as we are always trying to do better. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay, we regret that your expectations were not met on every level.
