This property was perfect for us. Nice amount of space for our golf trip and check was easy. Plenty of beds for all of us and a nice large lounge area for after our golf rounds.

Parents Getaway

Charlie’s place is gorgeous! Super comfy beds and everything you could need. We stayed there with a few friends for a parents getaway weekend. There are so many great things to do in the area. We had a blast and this place was awesome! Everything about it was comfortable and easy.

Short getaway to the mountains

Upon arrival, the check in process was easy and Charlie was very helpful. My friends and I stayed for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday at Mountain Creek, which was very close by. There is a lot of space for a game night, group dinner, and plenty of room for sleeping. The layout of the space was nice. The only complaint I had was being accused of breaking a sink, a lamp, and carpet odor after the fact, when my friends and I did a final walk through and cleaned the space prior to departure.

Great place to get away and enjoy a winter wonderland!

Overall great place to get away with friends and family for the weekend! The location was the best part of our experience. Right down the road from town and Mt Creek for winter activities! Also had an in unit washer and dryer, full kitchen with appliances, and great living room area with large TV and Disney+/Netflix to watch after a fun day of hitting the slopes! Highly recommend!

Excellent weekend getaway!

We highly recommend staying at this VRBO. We decided to book this VRBO for my sons 15th birthday. There were five of us in total and this unit gave us ample space. The unit definitely can accommodate larger groups. The owner was easy to communicate with throughout our stay and allowed us to do an early check-in. The unit is modern, clean, and in a great location for skiing. We had to cancel one day of snowboarding and decided to go to the Mineral Springs Resort outdoor/indoor pool. The resort manager explained they no longer sell day passes for people that aren’t staying at the resort, however, we decided to rent their most inexpensive hotel room for the day which allowed us to use their amenities. It was well worth it and less than what they used to charge per person for a daily pass. We will definitely return to stay at this VRBO unit in the future and we thank the host for creating such a comfortable and beautiful experience for us.

Absolutely Amazing / Best New Years Ever

Where to begin. Communication Wes Flawless since day one. We reserved months ago planning on this family trip. Family came up from Guatemala to spend New Year’s in New Jersey and go skiing. The property couldn’t be any more perfect. The layout, the location, everything that was included, and how close to Mountain Creek that we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We loved the set up, the cleanliness, every piece of furniture and how well thought out the layout is. Location is key. We were able to hang out at minerals hotel and they allowed us to use some of their amenities. Mountain Creek is literally four minute drive away. We went skiing and we’re wiped out by the end of the day. It was convenient to drive just four minutes back to the property and relax. These are different times we are living. Spending New Year’s with family we hadn’t seen for years was the best thing we could’ve done. There is no TV in the main living room, and that was perfect, because it allowed everyone to talk, play games, and enjoy each other’s company every day. There is a large TV conveniently in the lower level where we could all enjoy a movie together. There are plenty of beds, utensils, glasses, and the cabin sits on the side of the complex away from everyone else. It is very quiet and enjoyable. Highly highly highly recommended. Great place, highly recommend!

This was a great house in a quiet area. We were able to have a fun time with the friends we had. It was enough room for everyone. The only ding we gave our final review was that the hot water was not on which may have been a system fault and not the property owners. I would recommend if you have a group of 10 or less you can definitely get use out of the area the home and the area

Great find for a chill friends reunion

Got the girls together for a mini reunion/bachelorette party. Communicating with Charlie was a breeze. Directions were clear and the condo is adorable, with plenty of room for 10 people. Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything you need…

Perfect for a weekend getaway (or longer) This property offers all the comforts of home in an area full of activities. You really can tell that the owners care that their guests have a positive experience as they are responsive to inquiries and provide immediate attention to any questions you may have. Surprisingly spacious, tucked away and private, quiet and convenient to Minerals, Crystal Springs, golf, and more…. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay….

Great Summer Golf Stay

As a small group of old friends getting together for a laid back early summer golf weekend, the stay was perfect. Nestled in a mountain condo retreat setting, the house itself was ideal for us, was “nice and clean” for this particular neat freak, and had all the necc amenities, though could use some “decorating TLC” as my wife would say. But overall just short of an overall 5 if the patio decks could be kept a little cleaner. Attentive hosts that helped with need special instructions and tips around town. Recommended when in the area.

Perfect for a Friends Trip

The house was perfect for a group of friends. There are a ton of great sleeping options, the kitchen makes everything easy and the TV has great channel and streaming options. There was a leak from the first floor bathroom to the second floor- so watch out for that... and we were asked to turn the music down. Overall, amazing stay and I would rent the house again.

Fabulous Place

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA
This bright and open living space features a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, and coffee table, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The fireplace allows you to set the room to your ideal temperature, while the bench-style dining seating invites everyone to gather for meals, card games, or board games in the evening.

KITCHEN
Located just off the dining area, the kitchen is both stylish and fully equipped. Blue cabinetry, gold hardware, and salt-and-pepper countertops give the space a modern feel. Appliances include a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during your stay.

MOVIE ROOM
Downstairs, enjoy a dedicated movie room designed for comfort and entertainment. Relax in front of the 65-inch flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and cable television. A popcorn machine completes the home-theater experience for cozy nights in.

BEDROOMS
The cabin offers three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with two full-size twin beds, all with ample storage space. The common area also includes two queen-size Murphy beds, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to ten guests.

BATHROOMS
There are two full family bathrooms, one located upstairs and one downstairs, making the space ideal for groups and families.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Guests can enjoy two private covered decks with peaceful woodland and mountain views, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

IMPORTANT
This unit does not include complimentary spa passes. Access to Minerals Resort amenities such as the pool, gym, and basketball court requires the purchase of a day pass per person.
