Beautiful, family friendly beach with chair and umbrella set up for an additional fee. The rental was as described and a great place for us to enjoy the beach for a few days. We noticed a few spots where the condo and the building could use some added TLC.

This condo unit was very comfortable for my wife and myself. The property condition was very good, even though it is dated in places. The amenities in the condo were excellent. We especially liked the washer and dryer that allowed us to wash/clean towels more often than had we stayed in a hotel. The condo property has excellent amenities with a large outdoor pool, a smaller indoor pool and also a hot tub. The walk to the beach is short and we took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental at the beach. Dining and shopping were not too far away and since we went right after Labor Day, traffic was not bad. Lastly, parking in the garage can be a bit of a tight fit but really is a nice feature during the hotter days.

I sent messages to the host but since it was through property management there was a delay in communication. I have sent messages to the management about some concerns we had while we stayed there. I am hoping those are corrected before the next guest arrives. The property was great, the pool is awesome! The cafe is less to be desired. It would nice if it was open more. And if it was advertised!

Suggestions

Wonderful location. Could have had screen door that worked; need to clean carpet in living room, and since every TV is different, some basic TV instructions would have been very helpful.

Good stay

The property was perfect for a beach vacation. We did have an issue with the emergency broadcast message played over the intercom to every room 3 separate times (2/3 were at midnight and 5:30am on the same night). This definitely affected our stay negatively due to interrupting up our sleep as well as the kids sleep, which caused up to lose a day at the beach.

Hi Will, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We're pleased to know that the property was well-suited for your beach vacation. However, we sincerely apologize for the disturbances caused by the emergency broadcast message. We understand how disrupting this can be, especially for a family trying to enjoy some relaxation. Your comments will be brought to the attention of the property management at Eden to help prevent future occurrences. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a more restful stay in the future. ~Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Last minute trip

Picked this property a month before vacation due to proximity to us and wanting a more laid back, quieter weekend. The perdido beach area has grown alot but it still seems like a hidden gem. Beach wasn't crowded nor were area restaurants. The condo was just as shown in the pictures. Lower level made trips to the beach easier with small kids and all their stuff. Kids and adults loved the pool with the waterfall. Family dinner was easily prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed the stay.

The perfect place to stay

We have stayed at several Perdido Key properties over the years but this was by FAR our families new favorite. Eden East 101 was clean, quiet, and had gorgeous views off the balcony. The pool is gorgeous and clean. Everything was clean, even the poolside bathroom. The only thing that could have been improved would be to have an extra set of towels, because we really go through towels at the beach with all the showering off at the room before going places. But it was fine with the full sized washer dryer. The lady working at the little store by the pool was a gem. We sprung for the beach service (aka, the dude that sets up a chair and umbrella for you) and I don't think I can ever go back to schlepping my own chair. A Loved it, and would definitely stay here again.

Eden is beautiful

The property was so gorgeous, you will not regret staying here. The East side has beautiful fountains and flowers; You still have a lovely view from the first floor. The tile floors did look a little worn; the showers are very narrow, maybe a curved shower rod would help; the beds were comfortable; The tennis / pickle ball court is right outside the room and is in great shape with good lighting at night; The staff was friendly and helpful; the gym was good; the pool is amazing also. The room is equipped with a good ice maker -nugget ice. We enjoyed our stay; sunrise views are good from the beach but the sun does not set over the ocean

Easy access to beach

We had a great time! Perfect for the 3 of us - including our 6 year old. The property was easily accessible, clean and very convenient in terms of beach and pool access. Great views from balcony. The only recommendation would be to have the ice maker checked - while it works fabulously and is super convenient it’s a bit noisy. I would recommend - family friendly and not far from great eats in Orange Beach!

My family and I love Eden!

Eden is a great property! It’s very nice, clean, beautiful pool, clean beach and easily accessible. We will definitely return! The only suggestions would be to replace the light bulbs in the outside walkway of East level one and outside the front condo door of E101 and also provide sheets for the couch pull out bed abb mg do extra blankets for the beds.

Great condo, beautiful location, needs some upgrades

We had a great vacation, and overall, the property was lovely. We did run into some issues: 1. We did not have a fitted sheet on the master bed our first night, and all of the extra linens in the closet and at Eden were the wrong size. We had to wait until the following day for a king size fitted sheet so that we could sleep on the bed. 2. The master mattress is not good quality and is noisy. 3. Both beds have very thin comforters. 3. The shower curtain liner in the master bathroom is too lightweight and papery and blows around and touches you in the shower. 4. There is no colander in the kitchen supplies. 5. Ice maker is awesome but extremely loud. 6. There are big garbage bags in the master closet that need to be removed. It looks like there is tile in them. 7. The master toilet seat was not attached to the toilet when we arrived and had to be worked on while we were there. We would go back to Eden and consider this property, but we will look more closely for a more comfortable bed, etc.
