The large porch contains patio furniture accessible only to this unit's guests. (Note: Outdoor amenities open seasonally; the condo association may limit availability based on climate and weather conditions.) No common area amenity is guaranteed by the hosts. These amenities are generally available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Please note that this is a downtown condo building; while we've never had issues with loud or unruly neighbors, we cannot guarantee silence!

Our city vacation rental permit does limit the number of guests. We use common area security cameras and noise monitoring devices to verify guest count. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.
