Hi Kourie. We certainly appreciate your thoughts. As far as the tubs we have not had anyone that has told us of hot water issues prior so we will be looking into the issue. The toilet did need the inside flappy thing replaced and we have taken care of that issue. The pool are a community amenity as stated in our description. We do truly value honest feedback on anything we can improve so I appreciate your honesty. I was unable to find an issue with the cold water on either tub.

Hi Elisha, The online description plainly states that the house is located in an Adult only RV Resort and plainly states that the amenities are shared. The description also plainly states there the 2 restrooms that are located on the first floor. I am sorry that you apparently missed those parts when you read the property description. An additional email was sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival pointing out the there were no persons allowed on the property under the age of 18 to which you replied (Read and Acknowledged). I'm sure that you were upset when I had to call you and ask you to get the children out of the pool. Our Adult guest come here for the simple reason that they can enjoy the pool, hot tub and poolside bar. As far as the cookware issue I will look into that as this is the first anyone has said anything about an issue with that. Enjoy all of the amenities in the resort which include Beach Entry Pool, Poolside Bar, Hot tub, Media Room, and Recreation room which includes workout equipment, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Large Screen TV with Direct TV . We are a completely Adult only resort so come enjoy the peace and serenity with your favorite beverage by the pool. Home is located on 20 acres so enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets and all the stars at night you can imagine. Resort is completely gated and all of our RV Resort Guest are very carefully screened before being a guest.

The washer and dryer are listed as being on the property but wouldnt have thought that it could be possibly be misconcieved as being in the home. I will check if there is a way that I can more clearly state that so that someone else does'nt misconcieve what it is saying.
