The communication and location were good, but the unit leaves plenty to be desired. I think there’s a bit of false advertising. The pictures were taken in .5 or fisheye that makes the rooms appear bigger than they are. VRBO lists bedroom 1 as the master bedroom and bathroom 1 shows there’s a shower. In reality bathroom 2 is in the master bedroom. Normally not a problem, but there was no shower in the master bedroom, only an outdated jetted bathtub. I’ve never seen a bedroom/bathroom mismatch like this in any VRBO properties where we’ve stayed. It was a little awkward taking a shower in the kids room. There were 6 dried out contact lenses left on the bed frame in the bunk room. 2 beds were missing a comforter/bed spread—there was only a thin blanket. Hard to determine the temperature in the unit since the thermostat is so old it doesn’t even show numbers. Master bed frame is noisy. It creeks when you move or get up. Mattress isn’t comfortable. Very limited storage in the bunk room for clothing. We definitely felt it was overpriced once we saw the unit.
