Oberer Saranac See mit Zugang zum Strand und Dock

Unser ganzjĂ€hriges Zuhause ist ein malerisches, modernes Versteck am Bergsee, das einst Teil des historischen Saranac Inn-Anwesens war. Der Upper Saranac Lake liegt direkt gegenĂŒber unserer ruhigen Sackgasse. Dock, Strand, staatliche Bootsanlegestelle und der historische Saranac Inn Golf Club sind alle nur 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Anwesen bietet endlose Möglichkeiten fĂŒr Familienspaß und Entspannung.
Wir bieten Seeblick, Zugang zum Strand und eine Anlegestelle fĂŒr ein Boot bis zu 18 Fuß (einschließlich Motor). FĂŒr Spaß auf dem Wasser bieten wir ein Kanu und drei Kajaks mit Paddeln und Schwimmwesten aller GrĂ¶ĂŸen. Wir sorgen auch fĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern, indem wir Hochstuhl, zwei Sitzerhöhungen, drei Kinderspiele, zwei Kinderwagen, Baby- / Kleinkindwanne, Bettgitter, Schaukel, Strandspielzeug, Basketballkorb + Basketball und eine Sammlung von Brettern zur VerfĂŒgung stellen Spiele und familienorientierte DVDs.

KĂŒrzlich im Jahr 2018 renoviert, mit einer brandneuen KĂŒche, modernisierten BĂ€dern und allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten.

This is our third time staying at this house. Michelle is a wonderful host that sent us lots of information and recommendations. The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and lots of useful items one finds they need while on vacation. We spend several night sitting outside and watching the sun go down over the lake. Amazing place with an awesome host!

We loved our stay here! Michelle was amazing and ensured we were informed and comfortable at the house. She even sent recommendations for food and things to do, including things for if it rained! The house was spacious and accommodated our family well, and the outside areas were relaxing and beautiful- exactly what you would hope for during an Adirondack stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We wanted a home that would allow us to spend time with our family. It was perfect for us to hang out and make meals, play games and just hang out. It was near the VIC and it was awesome to have snow shoes and poles to use. The place was well appointed and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and very helpful.

Quiet, fully-stocked cabin on Saranac Lake

This is the second time we stayed at this cabin, and it was as great the second time as the first. The cabin has everything you could need as it is used by the owners and it is not just a rental. I felt like I was staying in a home. There are kayaks and a canoe for one's use and the lake is right across the street with a private docks for boats or jet skis. Communication with the owner is great, the place was very clean and it was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Quiet Lake vacation

Easy access to lake. Dock available if renting or bringing a boat. Kayaks, canoe, lifejackets, yard games. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet, rural area. Peaceful neighborhood to walk around. Host, Michelle, had excellent communication and offered plenty of suggestions regarding restaurants and various activities in the area.

Upper Saranac House (Red Fox)

The house and owner were great! Some highlights were the very well-supplied new kitchen and LOTS of "toys" = canoe, kayaks, yard games, games, and books galore. There is lots to do! We heard the Loon family every day and loved paddling around the bay and islands! 5-minutes away, canoe rentals are cheap for paddling the Fish Creek and Floodwood areas, some of the best paddling anywhere! The evenings were amazingly quiet and the stars were stunning. Beach Note: the beach is narrow and sloped, so just for access to swimming area. There is a grassy area with chairs above it for sitting. We swam from next to one of their shared docks which are much closer. We hope to visit again! Thanks, John

Warm, Cozy and Comfortable!

This property has it all! Want to get away from it all but still have the luxury of a short drive to town? This place is for you! Located in a gorgeous little neighborhood on Upper Saranac Lake yet a short from the town Saranac Lake and Lake placid. The home is beyond well appointed with all of kitchen items and recreational accessories you would need for a lakeside vacation. The very comfortable beds are a huge bonus as well! We booked as a last minute opportunity to hike one of the nearby plentiful trails and the weather took a turn for the rainy
4 inches to be exact. We didn’t let it dampen our plans and when we got back to Red Fox Run after a soggy day out we were all so happy for a hot shower and relaxing on the cozy couch in front of the warm fire. The homeowner Michelle was fantastic at communicating everything we needed to know about the property and surrounding areas. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again

Relaxing vacation in a great location!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and peaceful area. Upper Saranac Lake is pristine, scenic, and conveniently located in close proximity (20 to 30 minute drive) to the villages of Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake, and Lake Placid. Kayaking, canoeing, and swimming opportunities are less than a few minute walk across the street. The Saranac Inn golf course is a two minute drive away. Countless hiking options are located within an hour radius of this location. The hosts are excellent! They are extremely well organized, provide detailed information and recommendations prior to arrival, and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend a vacation at this wonderful location.

14 years since visiting ADK

It had been 14 years since we'd visited the Adirondack's and our first family vacation in four years. We were excited to share the area with our kids and Michelle's home was the perfect home base for our vacation. It was super organized, very well stocked and very quiet on a dead end street. Our kids loved the play set as well as the upstairs bedroom area. The kitchen was well stocked as we ate in most days. I have not rented many short term rentals before and this one sets the bar high. Would certainly go back again.

Could not have asked for more of a perfect get-away!

Our stay at Michelle and Joe's home was, in a word, perfect. They provided every amenity that we could possibly want and much more! From all forms of lake recreational equipment to linen to a fully appointed kitchen. While not directly on the lake the Upper Saranac is across the street from their home and only a few minutes walk to the private dock and beach. Above all the owner's desire and availability to meet every need made it a true get-away for us. Making our plans for next summer at this home. Kudos and many thanks to Michelle and Joe!
