Genießen Sie unser 2-stöckiges Zuhause, 5 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Zimmer mit einem Futon, das mit Kentucky Bourbon und Horse Racing ausgestattet ist. Unser Haus liegt auf 2. 5 Hektar und stützt sich auf Benson Creek. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Ebenen. Wir haben einen eingezäunten Bereich, der ideal für Haustiere oder kleine Kinder ist. Ideal gelegen für Bourbon Tours, Weinberge, Brauereien, Reisen nach Keeneland oder Churchill Downs, UK / UL / KSU oder Besuche in der Hauptstadt.

Die oberste Ebene verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (1. BR verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, 2. BR hat 1 Queensize-Bett und 3. BR hat ein Full-Size-Bett und ein Futon) und 1 Bad, das Haupt-Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche und Esszimmer Bereich zusammen mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und WC, die untere Ebene hat 2 weitere Schlafzimmer (4. BR hat 1 Queen-Bett und 5. BR hat 1 Doppelbett) ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Ausziehsofa und einem Vollbad.

Great accommodations and communication.

The house was nice, roomy, and clean. We needed to communicate with the owners after arriving, and they quickly got back to us. I would highly recommend this place (especially) to groups planning on hitting the bourbon trail.

Superb Hub for Visiting Distilleries

Heather was a great host! Awesome communications and detailed everything so there were no surprises.The house was very clean, cool bourbon inspired decor, plenty of parking, space inside and outside, sleeping space and eating room. Well stocked kitchen with all of the esentials. We had 5 couples from a bourbon club that came down to do a barrel pick at Whiskey Thief. It was an amazing weekend and the house played a big part in that!

Beautiful Home and Property

What a great home just outside of town. Peace and quiet for days...We thoroughly enjoyed the large family of whitetails that came by in the evening. Plenty of room for our large group to have their own space and great rooms for gathering. We enjoyed our stay with we trucked along the Bourbon Trail. Thanks for having us!

Perfect country home

This house was perfect, just as advertised, very roomy and well appointed. A big house in the country only 15 min from town. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings and it was perfect for a cookout. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful and spacious home

The home was even better than what was described in the listing. Clean, spacious, and a thoughtful list with activities to do in the area. The backyard had a ton of space with plenty of room for outdoor activities.

Great bourbon weekend

The location was perfect. We had 10 men in town for a bourbon weekend. The house was close enough for us to travel to Louisville and Bardstown. Right outside of Frankfort. Plenty of space and amenities to take care of us all.

5 Guys Bourbon Tasting

5 big ol' boys from Mississippi trekked to this area to pick a barrel of Four Roses. We went to Three Boys Farm Distillery first--excellent! Then on to Four Roses! Then capped off at Bourbon 30 in Georgetown--an adventure! Our hosts were very flexible and we communicated well. This property had 5 bedrooms where the snorers could space out! Excellent place to stay!

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Experience

Everyone was extremely happy with everything at this B&B. It was clean, organized, and beautiful. The owner/ manager kept in contact with us and helped us through any questions we had very quickly. We came home late and left early every night and morning as we were showing and classifying horses at the National Show. After being exhausted daily it was sure nice to have such a wondeful place to rest and relax before another full day of showing began. Thank you so much! I would stay here again any day of the week!!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and very welcoming as it was decorated for Christmas. I found it unusual that the refrigerator was full of food as if the family was just there and the comforters on the bed didn't seem fresh. I think the house can use hooks in the bathrooms to hang up wet towels and mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was very well equipped with many conveniences.

Birthday Bourbon Trail celebration

Our family enjoyed our stay, so nice to have space for all the family to sleep in own rooms- a few extra blankets would have been helpful as the air conditioner works really well but we found some throw blankets! Great to make breakfasts before heading out to bourbon trail for the days! All in all it’s a good location, not to far from all the major distilleries and downtown Frankfort or Midway! One full bath in basement where two of bedrooms are which took us a few minutes to locate but house is very nice & spacious

Large Beautful Home

Nice home, tastefully decorated. Lots of room for many guests. Really liked the fenced in backyard for our dog. It would be nice to have a bedroom on the first level for people with mobility limits. There was no closet in one of the bedrooms and only one of the 4 other bedrooms had a bar and hangers to hang clothes. There were no king beds and only one queen. Two of the beds were so high you need a step stool to get on them. The TV remotes in the bedrooms were hard to figure out. There were no local channels. We adjusted and enjoyed a very beautiful home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our visit to Buffalo Trace Distillary. We were in Frankfort for a large gathering of friends.

Veterans Group Stay

A group of 12 Military Veterans came from all over the country. We toured the distilleries and spent time together. This property gave us all the private space each couple wanted as well as large common areas for us to hangout in. The cleanliness of the property was amazing and the amenities were great! Quiet property close to Frankfort and Lexington. Would definitely recommend this property for your large group stay.
