Beautifully decorated condo in high rise building directly across the road from gorgeous Miramar beaches. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable beach week, well-stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds and living space and let’s not forget to mention the excellent views from the balcony for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Beaches can get a little crowded in July, but you can definitely find a spot! We had a great week with many family memories made!! Grateful for the thoughtfulness in the design and attention to cleanliness of this property to make for a terrific stay!

Everything was nice and clean. The views were beautiful! We loved that the pool had a gradual slope at one end. We were just under the impression that we were on the beach, not across the street.

Enjoyed the views! Amenities were awesome and well thought out. Thankful for beach cart and misc toys, chairs, etc. Loved the convenience of getting food at the restaurant downstairs without having to leave the property. Room and spaces for our 3 different age groups all in the unit. Thanks and looking forward to our return!

Very very beautiful condo, very clean and newly renovated, comfy beds and linens, plenty of towels, has pretty much everything you need to cook in the unit! Easy check in and out, With beautiful gulf views, I mistakenly thought this was oceanfront/beachfront but I didn’t read the description and I just went off of the pictures, we always stay beachfront so this was a little different and harder to tote the kids and equipment to the beach which is public access and a little crowded but if you get there early you get a good spot but overall the owners have done an absolute great job at keeping this unit in pristine condition, the pools was nice and there is a restaurant and bar below as well, at checkout and check in there was plenty of carts and buggies to load up your luggage instead of searching high and low for them and the elevators were quick to get on and off of. I would def recommend this condo to anyone who is ok with not being beachfront and about 1-2 blocks away not sure on distance exactly it’s probably in the description and I just didn’t read it thoroughly I thought upon booking this was the majestic sun which is just a walk across the road when I booked which again my fault not the owners.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you enjoyed the newly renovated condo, comfy beds and linens, plentiful towels, and the well-equipped kitchen. Sorry for the confusion about beachfront—the listing does note the unit is a short walk (about 1–2 blocks) from the beach. Happy to hear the carts, quick elevators, pool, and restaurant below made things easier. We appreciate the recommendation and hope to host you again. Ariel Dunes I 1509 RealJoy Destin

Loved our stay here!

The condo was overall very clean (just a little sandy - even the sheets when we got there). The kitchen supplies met all of our needs. Our kids enjoyed the board games. There's a beautiful view of the beach from the patio and one of the bedrooms. The convenience of the beach toys and cart was nice. The walk to the beach is short. There are several restaurants nearby. We LOVED the pool - it really entertained all ages from toddlers to adults. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Friends Reunion

Our stay at this location was perfect. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadnt been it would have been perfect to hang out. The decor was more beautiful in person than in the listing. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Beds were heavenly....except the twins...was a little on the firm side. Great location for food. Beach/Gulfview from Balcony and literally steps from the beach! Just wonderful! THANK YOU!!!

I was completely impressed by everything with this property! The communication from the time we made the deposit, until we checked out was seamless. The property was well maintained, and a short walk to the beach. I do like to stay ON the beach, which this property is about a block from the beach, but the views were still great! The pictures are a bit deceiving from an angle in the photos, but still a quality place to stay. My only complaint was that there were no clothes hangers in the closet in the master bedroom when we arrived so I ordered some from Walmart and had them delivered and left them there for others to use hopefully. The other closet had hangers that were not removable so not sure what happened there. The views were amazing, and I loved having two sliding patio doors so I could sneak out on to the balcony to enjoy my mornings. We were on the 15th floor so sitting outside and hearing the waves crash was the best. I would stay at this property again. It was clean and they had beach toys there, and a wagon, and a couple of chairs. The coffee maker uses pods or regular coffee, which I did ask that question before we came and was told it was just a “regular” coffeemaker. It’s not. It is both. Good stay, very restful! 10/10

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad Ariel Dunes I 1509 impressed you — great to hear communication, cleanliness, views, and the short walk to the beach worked well. Thank you for leaving hangers; sorry the master closet arrived without removable ones — we’ll replace and add more. We’ll also update the listing to clarify the coffee maker accepts both pods and regular grounds. Happy you enjoyed the balcony, the sound of the waves, and the beach toys/wagon. Thanks again for the helpful feedback. RealJoy Destin

Exceeding expectations

This property was exactly as pictured. In fact, we were surprised at how well-stocked it was with kitchen appliances, including a slow cooker, cutting boards, and cooling rack. The unit was very clean and there were several games and activities, as well as chairs, tubes, boogie boards, and other fun items for the beach. The beach was a short and easy walk from the unit, even with four kids ranging from 3 to 10 and all the beach gear that kids "require." The pool was also very nice, and there are plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts by the elevators to make arrival and departure easy I would recommend to anyone, and I would absolutely stay again.

The location is great with amazing views out the balcony. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and beach cart to enjoy down at the beach. So many great little shops and restaurants nearby. Comfort in Quarantine

Our stay at Ariel Dunes was very impressive.. I will admit that given the current situation we were a little weary to stay in a high rise with the possibility of Covid exposure but this location handled cleanliness very well and everyone on site was very respectful of social distancing and best practices when it came to common areas (ie elevators, pools). Our rental was very well kept and had everything we needed and more. We had a total of 8 - four adults and four kids (14-11 years old) and we never felt as if we were crammed into a space too small for us. Kitchen was well stocked; full size fridge and working ice machine was a plus. The kids did state that a small fan for the bunk room would've been helpful; as a ceiling fan maybe tough given the size of the room. The balcony was a great space for meals, morning exercise and evening drinks to unwind. We were definitely impressed by the beach equipment in the bin on the balcony it was a great help! The guest book was a very unique touch and happy to say we left our words of appreciation to the owners there as well. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great condo for a family vacation!

If you can't be right on the beach, this is the next best thing. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and a lovely place for our family getaway. We had our 5 kids plus a friend for a total of 8. The pools were great, I loved the view, and it was so close to the beach! We enjoyed walking to so many local places the beach was beautiful. BIG bonuses were full sized washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great rental, we would love to stay there again.
