Diese schöne Maisonette befindet sich direkt am Strand des Golfs! Öffne die Hintertüren und genieße Sonne, Surfen und Sand!

Diese Auflistung ist für EINE Seite, aber ich besitze beide. Wenn Sie also mehr Platz benötigen, können Sie Ihren Spaß möglicherweise verdoppeln! Fragen Sie einfach nach und ich kann prüfen, ob beide Seiten verfügbar sind (10BRs! Schlaf bis zu 32). In der Hauptebene befinden sich Verbindungstüren.

Jede Seite hat 5 Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind (1) King, (2) King, (3) King, (4) King, (5) 2 Triple Bunks (Single über Double). Es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Bonus- und Wohnzimmer für noch mehr Schlafplatz, falls es Ihre große Familie oder Versammlung braucht.

Jede Seite hat zwei, ja zwei, Hauptschlafzimmer, eines im Erdgeschoss und das andere und das dritte, jeweils mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne mit separater Dusche.

Der Sundancer verfügt über mehrere Fernseher, DVD-Player, Kabel-TV, Internet, ein Telefon mit kostenlosen Inlandsgesprächen, zwei Kühlschränke in der großen, gut ausgestatteten Küche und Verdecke vieler Schlafzimmer.

Ein privater Pool, der nur von den beiden Seiten des Doppelhauses geteilt wird, bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf am Strand und lädt zum Entspannen am Pool ein, während die Brandung auf dem weißen Sand bricht.

Wirklich große Gruppe? Ich besitze 4 Maisonetten nebeneinander. Kann fast jede Gruppengröße bewältigen!

Bitte nicht rauchen, aber essen Sie viel Shrimps, sonnen Sie sich in der warmen Sonne und haben Sie eine tolle Zeit!

The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, it was great to have two refrigerators, the pool was clean and had plenty of chairs, easy access to the beach and the view from the decks were amazing, we had two things that needed to be fixed and they took care of it immediately, we will definitely stay there again. 👍👍👍. Thanks Gwen! Glad Sundancer was PERFECT for you all. Bummed to lose a star for some reason even though it was "perfect"... so I reached out. You said it was because it did not have a stand alone ice maker like the last home of mine you stayed in. Of course it, and most places, don't list that as an amenity.... Always happy to take requests, but... losing a star for something we don't offer... is super disappointing as it docks us for something we don't list as an amenity! 😔 Just my $.02 but I would suggest searching for the amenities you want, and not penalizing owners and homes for wish list items that they specifically don't offer in a place since it hurts the listing and is, IMHO, a bit unfair, especially when the home was 'perfect for our families.' 😉 Let's get you back, and find one that does have an ice maker next time! Thanks again! 🙏

Great location for restaurants and excellent location right on the beach. The ocean view from our house was exactly what we wanted to see every time we looked out a window.

Location of the house is perfect! The pool between the gulf and the house allows you to see pool from deck(s) as well as the Gulf. Several days with dolphins close to shore! The furniture in living and dining room (particularly couch and dining room chairs) could use some updates but also understandable with this being a beach house. The furniture isn't terrible by any means! We enjoy it or stay so much!

This was a family vacation. Manager was prompt for fixing the light situation in the bathrooms but we never did get the slider on the top floor fixed. Three floors to get to the master with belongings would be tough for an elderly person. The pool and the pool furniture were very nice. But some of the interior could use some attention.

I understand there was a breaker type issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The sliders sometimes get to the point where we need professionals. The twists and turns of storms and these homes on "stilts" really messes with them. Its been fixed, along with a stool that we found in the living room. Everything else seemed shipshape, but would love to hear more if you have suggestions! Also glad to hear you'll be returning to us next year! Reach out if you need anything at all! Rick
