Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Kleidung, Ihr Boot und Ihre Angelausrüstung mit. Wir haben alles was Sie brauchen.

Das Anwesen hat eine fantastische Aussicht und wurde gerade aktualisiert. Der Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe und steht für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse zur Verfügung. Der Hof ermöglicht den direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Boot und zum Angeln direkt am 183 Fuß langen Uferdamm.

Perfect stay

Everything is as advertised.Located in a nice water front community off the river. Easy access to inlet and offshore for fishing and boating.Stayed at a lot of places and this is the cleanest I have visited. Brig was a fantastic host with great communication.Brought our 24 ft boat and was able to dock it there along with trailer parking.Definitely will book a future trip!

Very nice and clean property. The owners have done an excellent job updating this property. The attention to detail is impressive. In addition to the very well done interior of the home, the outside is well done and maintained as well. The Adirondack chairs and the gas fire pit are a nice area to relax and have a drink.

Hidden Gem! Super Clean & Quiet!

If you are looking at staying in the Palm City or Stuart area, give this place a hard look. Newly remodeled on the inside and well landscaped on the outside, this place has it all. It has plenty of space for a two bedroom, comes stocked with everything imaginable and has a great fire pit in the backyard. It is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood on a canal which provides nice water and boat views. The owner's were excellent with just the right amount of attention paid to our needs, and you can tell that they take pride in their property. You cannot go wrong with this choice.

Super Clean !!

We had a nice stay at this spotlessly clean home. It was nice to be able to dock the boat. Because we had quite a few family plans while we were in Florida, we did not spend a lot of time at the home, which would be very nice for someone who didn’t have many other places to be. The home has everything you might need. I was actually quite impressed with that. There is a lot of attention to detail here.

I hope all is well. We received your feedback yesterday, April 8, 2024 reviewing your stay with us. We did not receive a review from you and your guest so I thought I would say a kind word and rate your stay as a five (5). We thought you and your guest took care of the property and deserved a note. We noticed you did not have any reviews so we thought it would be good to start your review trend off on the right foot. My wife and I manage this home with no other assistance. My wife spends hours cleaning and makes sure the home is in clean upscale condition. It takes her three days between guests to get the house ready with one day to do the laundry. Everyone understands that a rating of one (1) is a penalty that is hard to overcome and in fact has devastating results to your reputation, as a renter and home rental provider. One of the reasons we are so particular about who rents our home is because it is so special to us. This is the reason we personally take care of it. We are devastated that your rating was so low and harsh. We have very good relationships with all our past customers and many are now friends. You can see their comments on VBRO and ----------- and all have raving revues accept yours. We are so sorry you feel different. You may remember, I provided my personal cell phone and asked that you call with any concerns and I would handle them. I also informed you that I live right down the street and would come and fix any needs. We heard nothing nor suspected nothing until I provided you with a rating of Five (5). You stated in your review that the boats blocked your view. My home is designed for boaters and states so in the add. In fact, there are pictures of the boats out back and I explained in the add, that there are rented slips outback and you will not be bothered by the slip renters. If you would have called, as I offer all my guest, I would have done something to avoid your disappointment. You also stated that the home is poorly furnished. The master bedroom has a $6,000.00 therapeutic bed and Tommy Bahama furniture. The second bedroom has brand new mattresses and Tommy Bahama type full wood furniture. Both bedrooms have brand new high end remote fans. Both bedrooms have solid wood redone closets. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with new stools, floors, lighting and fitted with good quality towels and linens. All the flooring in the home are new and professional installed. I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property, and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining this home. The cleanliness was top-notch—every corner of the property was spotless, and it truly felt like stepping into a brand-new space. Good Experience

Overall a great stay in Palm City. Only issue was with wi fi access when we first arrived. Owner got that taken care of as soon as possible. Only improvement I could suggest would be for some more comfortable seating. Furniture was clean and attractive but not especially comfortable. Brig is a very nice person to deal with.

My wife and I live in the area and are here to help you with any needs for activities. We have both retired and run a small business We have boats on site you can charter and Brig has his 100 Ton License. We can take to beaches only accessed by water or to the sandbar. Just ask.

We rented in the neighborhood five years ago as you are doing now. One month here, we knew this is where we would retire. We live here full time and decided to start this paradise rental for others to enjoy and keep us busy. The difference about this stay for you is we are here to help with anything you need and also provide charters a day events on the water. We have small and large boats for charter. You will be amazed how clean our home is and what a view.

You can bring your own boat. The slip and trailer storage costs will be discussed and then added in to the rate. Your boat will be right out your back door. We have a private park with covered picnic areas, basketball, fishing, boat ramp private, tennis court. You minutes from major and private beaches.
