I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was by far the cleanest one ever. They took a lot of care to ensure it felt like a resort experience. Great location, just off of Monroe Drive. I had plenty of towels, which always seems to be a challenge with the vacation properties. Very comfortable.

Outstanding stay in a cozy property on a quiet street! We were in town for a family wedding and rented this cute bungalow for us, my mom, our son, and his wife. It was in an excellent neighborhood; clean, safe, and quiet. The house was well stocked with more than I’ve found in other rentals (and we travel a lot!). Comfortable furniture and the upkeep on the house was immaculate. We had one small glitch getting in the coded door but the property owner was incredibly easy to contact and record the door for us over the phone, which was not only incredibly handy but also a show of their dedication to amazing service. Highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Atlanta area!!

This was our first trip to Atlanta, but not our first VRBO. I cannot say enough good things about this host and her home. Our host stayed on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean, with so many thoughtful touches - extra bath towels and toiletries, kitchen essentials and pantry staples, extra electrical plugs in the bedrooms (great for charging phones and devices), lots of lighting, extra throw pillows, plenty of bath essentials, and clear directions for everything. There is also a nice patio out back (we didn’t get to use it due to rain). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood (it doesn’t feel like the city at all) but is close to restaurants and shops. For reference, it took us about 15-20 minutes to get to both the Zoo and the Aquarium. Many thanks to our host for her gracious hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Kathie was a wonderful host and communicator. She provided the check in and check out details ahead of time and promptly responded to my messages. The home was well appointed, and we really appreciated the family-friendly offerings, particularly the pack & play, high chair, baby gates, books, and toys. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to Piedmont Park and a short drive away from downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!

This home is located in a wonderful, safe, friendly neighborhood, that is very close to everything - grocery stores, resteraunts, botanical garden, and more. The owner went above and beyond in all aspects - the home is welcoming, well decorated, with luxuries- thick towels, comfy throw blankets, fantastically thick, snuggly comforters, rosemary scented toiletries, and other unexpected niceties, however the home is still felt casual, comfortable and sturdy. The kids felt right at home and we appreciated the extra toys and toiletries just for them. Cant say enough good things! Would definately stay here again and again! Good location for all ages.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atlanta home! Kathy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, which made everything even easier. The house itself was cozy, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — especially in the kitchen. All the appliances and little extras were much appreciated and made it feel like home. The location was fantastic: convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Overall it is clear the owner has done this for a long time and the place had everything we needed. If you are a small family with young kids this is a great childproofed (for the most part - stair gates!) and stocked option. As someone who doesn’t use VRBO very often I would suggest reading the details VERY carefully and knowing there are a lot of rules for this house. Six people max - NO visitors allowed. That is the first time I’ve had that be the case so took me by surprise sadly. We mostly chose due to proximity to a dear friend’s place. Hope this helps!

We learned shortly before their arrival that more than six guests would be spending the night during the course of the stay and that their children were not included in the guest count. We were able to accommodate everyone by offering our unit next door, much to the guest’s relief. With regard the comment regarding visitors, we do allow visitors with our permission.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOST AND PROPERTY - We loved staying in this charming midcentury bungalow. It is well-located in a beautiful tucked-away neighborhood, great for walking and proximity to city. The house was tastefully decorated, clean (without added scents), comfortable, and well equipped, including quallity applicances. We appreciated Kathie’s attention to detail in this property, e.g. bathroom rugs that feel nice, birdhouses, bird feeders with ample seed, and excellent consideration to accomodate guest with limited mobility. We really enjoyed the view of the gorgeous patio and all the visiting “wildlife”/ birds. We hope to return when the weather is more conducive to hanging out outside and enjoying the firepit and the farm table. We were grateful for the parking on the property the lighting, and street parking. Kathie’s communications were very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Perfect Location

This was our 2nd time at the property and it was just as clean and organized as last time. Communication was amazing, we were there during some predicted storms and Kathie made sure we had the information we would need should the worst of the weather come through - thankfully it didn't. The house was clean and has everything you could need. It is well located to get to pretty much anything you might want to in Atlanta, but is tucked away and peaceful that you wouldn't believe that it is so close to so much. It is definitely the top of our return list for our trips to Atlanta.

Was an ideal landing pad for a family with young kids. Fabulous fenced patio. Host communicated clearly. Access is simple. Quiet in town street. Everything is well-maintained and tidy, even light switches and baby gates are labeled. These hosts know what they’re doing!

Top Notch Stay

This is a fantastic listing. I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is nice and quite yet close to most anything you would like to do. The space is very clean. It is well equipped. Host is quick to communicate. Pictures are accurate. 100% would suggest staying here.

Accessible stay for senior family member

The host added a raised toilet seat and grab bar to the first floor bathroom, along with providing a walker for our stay. We were able to get around with the wheelchair as well, with only minor adjustments to the furniture arrangement downstairs. This made a challenging travel situation so much more comfortable for us.

Atlanta retreat

This amazing home was just what I was looking for! The location was ideal for our time in Atlanta and very centrally located. The home was as fresh and clean as it appears in the photographs. Everything we needed was available and even snacks and beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived. Kathie is a thoughtful and communicative host. She provided us with a comprehensive restaurant, area and convenience reference guide which was very helpful. A must stay if you are looking for that charming get-away in the mid-town area!
