There was 4 adults 2 vehicles and 1 parking permit. My car got towed and had to pay 277.00 called the # and they said they couldn’t do nothing. I have stayed here in other rooms and they provide 2 permits. I was very disappointed with this issue. So keep this in mind if you are renting here and have 2 cars.

Place was really clean.. had everything you could think of. Very comfortable. Only downfall.was AC in master bedroom was a bit war. Loved the balcony and access to docks for fishing. Definitely would stay here again.

Bad fishing place

Property was ok but the lighted fishing g pier is overrated. Can’t fish in the early am because either gate is locked and or lights are not on nor a way to turn them on.

Great location

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed fishing off the pier. We were provided with a wifi password and the WiFi would never connect to any of our devices so we couldn’t use WiFi at the unit. The master bedroom was very warm we had to set up fans to make the air circulate from the rest of the unit into the master bedroom. The a/c vents would not did function very well in that room for some reason and it was like this during the whole duration of the stay.

I read reviews before I stay somewhere. This property makes me question if negative reviews are deleted from this site. The positives of this property were that the condo was cute, clean and conveniently located. The view of the bay from the balcony was nice. The condo was equipt with everything you need to cook. Here are the negatives. The property is on the first floor. Parking is on the ground level. We could not sit outside the first two days because of the dead fish smell in the dumpster just below. The condo bedrooms have virtually zero air flow. The AC worked in the living room but not the bedrooms. This is obviously a known issue because there were box fans in the closet. Only one of the three box fans worked. I contacted the agency and they sent someone out. The management stated the AC was fixed. It indeed was not. The master shower is pretty dingy. The halls leading to the condo are dirty, smelly and almost sketchy looking. In reading the reviews of previous guests, I found it odd that there was not one complaint about the AC not flowing in the bedroom. This makes me wonder if negative reviews are deleted. I don't expect perfection in a place. But as expensive as it is to stay here, I would expect an AC that works properly in the summer time. We left a day early.

Great condo with fishing dock!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The door code is a little long and the couch is certainly in need of replacement but nothing work docking they rating for. The a/c was great, fishing dock was great, and the covered parking was super nice. This condo has a great bay view, nice balcony, and a washer/dryer which is super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo! The view was great and the condo was clean! The only two dislikes we had were that no beach towels were provided and while you provided pots/pans, plates and cooking utensils, tou did not provide silverware. So we had to make a run to the store for beach towels and plasticware. Nonetheless, we would definitely book here again next time we are in South Padre!

Our stay was amazing. As soon as we walked I to our room , WE knew we had made a great decision. Very clean and welcoming! We brought our fishing rods and did some night fishing. Even through we could see lots of trout, we were unable to reel one in due to not having live shrimp.(next time). The kitchen was fully equipped that was made a delish breakfast before departing Sunday. Oh and we were able to get a late check out for a reasonable amount. We plan to book again very soon if it’s available. Thank you and everyone stay safe!
