Nice apartment, but no longer brand new.
We stayed for a month. We would stay closer to the ocean next time. Kitchen is lacking - silverware, knives, pots and pans are not good quality. We bought several kitchen items to use during our stay, and left them. Batteries in most of the controls were dead - we bought batteries.

Sun, Sand & Sea in Cabo
Polina’s condo was great, location is close to town, not close enough for us to walk so we chose to Uber. Uber works GREAT in Cabo and it is cheap!! $45 mx each way to town $2 us. The condo was great for the price and Polina took super care of us, we had an issue with the coffee maker the first morning and she had it replaced that day with a really nice coffee maker. For GREAT local food check out El Pollo de Oro Calle José Ma. Morelos y Pavón 320, Downtown or for incredible seafood Mariscos Paseo de Centenario Calle Cabo San Lucas 1910, Col. Ildefonso Green - very close but hard to find but totally worth the effort. Both of these have fantastic food and cheap!!

My trip
The place is great. It is a quaint neat little apartment on the 3rd floor. I had originally thought the property was located as part the Pueblo Bonita Sunset timeshare property, but the property is just as you turn onto Via de Lerry. You do not have access to the Pueblo Bonita resort. The apartment has a full kitchen. Great wi-fi. The TV is equipped with Netflix, so you can watch your shows. To stay at this location. IT IS BEST TO RENT A CAR. - ACTUALLY A MUST. Paulina has a book of adventures and MUST SEE locations for you to visit and see.
The property is located at the base of the highest mountain in Cabo where you can hike up it. The hike is great exercise and a beautiful spot to see the sunrise and sunset of Cabo. You can view both the sea of Cortez side and the Pacific Ocean side all in one view. The hike will kick your butt too.
This was one of the best trips I have had to Cabo, because I visited more places and did more things in my previous visits to Cabo put together. I also thought driving through Mexico was a hazard, but this trip opened us up to the beauty of the Baja Sur country and we got to see the San Jose Baha Sur side is Cabo.
If you rent a car m. I suggest spending a day or two in La Paz and el Cerritos - the beaches are beautiful. Playa Blandra. Hands down I will put these beaches against any in the world. ONG. Talk about going to heaven. And to stop and eat. Some of the best food and drinks ever. This adventure made the trip go from simply a trip to Cabo to I can’t wait to get back to Cabo to explore Baja Sur, Mexico countryside.
And returning back to Paulina’s place made it all the better, because it was quiet clean and it felt like returning home every night, because we were not bogged down by noise of Cabo nightlife around us.
If there was one drawback about the property was the pool is SMALL. No decking with no chairs or tables to relax around the pool. We never used the pool once. We saw one couple use it. That was the only drawback. But that drawback got us out to see the beaches in Cabo, which made the trip spectacular. I give the trip itself 5 star. The property 4.8, because of lack of pool. The host a 5.0 for great travel ideas and taking care of us. We got to visit a lot of Cabo from greeting street tacos at the taqueria to fine dining.
Side note. This apartment has the coldest AC units EVER. If you want cold air, this is the unit

Great Value/Location
The VRBO was a great value for what we paid. The staged pictures of the "inside" was exactly what was shown online. So no surprises.
The listing indicated that it was a new property and it wasn't. The unit shows a picture of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort. This is not where we stayed and we were not even able to access the gated community by foot. You must be a resident of that community to enter.
The location was still great because you did have aerial views of city day/night. Plus being that close to the city you could hear nature, rooster, birds, etc... Additionally you had a reference point of the resort when ordering cabs and Ubers.
The hostess was great with the check in/check out. She made it real simple and even allowed us to check in early. Which was great considering we were checking out of resort at 11am and didn't have to wait around until 3pm.
I wouldn't change anything. Maybe add additional linen and towels based on the length of the stay and maybe a treat bowl for the kitchen with complimentary snacks (again based on length of stay). Our stay was two weeks.
