Dieses wunderschöne, vielseitig eingerichtete Townhome befindet sich in der hinteren, ruhigen Ecke des The Commons am Seashell Drive, nur wenige Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Die Mischung aus Dekor und Lage unterscheidet sich von den anderen. Das farbenfrohe Wohnzimmer ist das soziale Herz dieses zweistöckigen Hauses. Es verfügt über einen 100-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Overheadprojektor, Google Home und komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten in Form eines Sofas, das als ausziehbares Bett dient ein Futon und zwei Akzentstühle sowie ein Schreibtisch und eine halbe Badewanne. Die offene Küche bietet Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und glatte Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Es verfügt über eine Zweistufen-Arbeitsplatte für einen Barbereich mit Platz für 3 Personen. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr und Utensilien für Ihre kulinarischen Bedürfnisse. Versammeln Sie die Gruppe um den Esstisch mit Platz für acht, um eine Gourmet-Mahlzeit oder einen Spieleabend zu genießen. Das Haus bietet drei unterschiedlich eingerichtete Schlafzimmer (alle im Obergeschoss) und für insgesamt 10 Personen. Great family And pet beach house

I loved this place. It was very modern and had a beach feel. We loved the virtual reality game and all the amenities. It was Close to the beach but not walking distance. We loved that our furry children could come too. The pool was awesome. We had a hammock there were grills outside. Great place highly recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Commons has been our go-to property over the past several years. We have stayed in 6-8 different condos. This visit we stayed in Unit 201. It was exactly as photos and description depicted except for important factor. Our issue with the condo is that there is a sticker on the kitchen window that says "Arlo. Video Monitoring in Progress. You may not see Arlo but Arlo sees you. Netgear". We were stunned - never has happened to us before. Called Life in Paradise twice and each time was told they would get back to us with more information about this. Never heard back. This made our stay very uncomfortable. Never knowing where or when we were being video taped and not knowing whose monitor we were appearing on. Unless I missed it - this information was not on the description of the property online when we chose this unit. Perhaps this does not bother other people but if you are sensitive to being monitored by hidden cameras, I felt this info needed to be published.

Thank you for staying with us. We did speak to all of our employees, the lady you spoke to did attempt to return your call. There was no answer, phone service at The Commons is not always the greatest, we do apologize for not trying harder. There aren't any cameras inside 201 or any of our properties. Again we do apologize any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Not worth it

The place was not as pictured in the photos. Just didn't get a clean feeling upon entering, from the rug, to the broken cupboard door, and the roaches in the kitchen. Cable was not good at all-did have Netflix though. I communicated my concerns with the number I had been left (property manager, I assume), but didn't hear a response except for the one concerning the TV. A young man did address it and help, but then we had trouble with the whole stay.

Just a few issues.

The condo over all was really nice, clean and spacious. The issues we found did not in any way affect our stay or keep us from wanting to come back again. There were a few broken cabinets and the google home set up and the gaming computer never worked. We also never could sign into the wifi. With that being said, we did not come to the beach to stay inside playing on the wifi and play video games so these issues didn't bother us in the least. Other than that, this place was great, especially the outdoor area and the pool. The way it is set up you get a real community feel at the Commons and a safe place to relax and play when you aren't at the beach.

Spacious condo

I reported to the management on Monday that the cabinet under the sink was torn loose from the frame and the toilet in the downstairs bathroom was slow to flush and very low water so we were afraid to use it. They said they would send maintenance and they did not come to fix it so we did not use the downstairs bathroom. Ants appeared in the upstairs bathroom on the last night.

Clean and comfortable

The property was very clean and a lot of options for kids to do inside. Our stay was very comfortable. We had 2 families which made us 10 in total. We all fit comfortably. Loved that it had washer/dryer and everything worked perfectly. I had a couple of questions for some simple things and only 1 time did it take a while for someone to respond to me. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Great location. Great space.

Super cute end unit condo in The Commons. Close to parking. Steps away to the community pool and bbq area. Unit had tvs in bedrooms and main room with cable. Comfortable furniture & beds. Kitchen stocked with basic essentials for cooking. Don’t forget to bring your coffee, sugar, spices and bug spray. Mosquitoes come out at night. Easy communication with property manager. Nice towels for bathing.

Not as pictured!

This condo was filthy. It was extremely frustrating as we were told there would be extra COVID cleaning done. Sand on windowsill, floor completely filthy. We rolled up the rug because it was completely stained. The amount of dirt on the ceiling fans was disgusting. The sink in master bathroom would not drain, light bulbs burnt out in master bathroom and washroom - these items were fixed after our arrival/feedback to property management company. The technology did not work and this was a selling point for us to rent as we had teenagers. There is no movie screen, a small flat tv in living room (tv in master bedroom larger than this). Two roaches were seen over the weekend. The condo also had other things in disrepair - tiles missing from 2nd bathroom shower, door handles broken off closet doors, ecs. We received a small refund from the property manager, however wish we could have received our money back.

Nice property but needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really wanted to give this property a 5 star review and had such high expectations going into our trip from previous reviews. First off I had to actually call the Management Company to get access to the unit because it was after check in time and we were waiting for a text saying we could go inside the unit and they never contacted us. I also felt like the unit wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Lots of crumbs left on the stairs, the rug in the living room was filthy looking. It really needs to be removed and cleaned. The bunk beds upstairs had used water bottles from previous tenants shoved between the mattress and wall. A light was burnt out in the master bath above the sink. The towel rack in the master fell off constantly so you couldn’t even hang a towel on it. The volume on the TV in the master wouldn’t work with the provided remote so we had to download an app on our phone to get it to work or else we wouldn’t have been able to hear the TV our whole trip. Little things like this that were overlooked that really just bothered us. I will say though we did get stuck in Port A during Hurricane Hanna and the Management Company did say they would work with us if we decided to leave before the storm made landfall. I did find the kitchen very well stocked which was nice. This place would be so nice if a little TLC was out into it and a good deep cleaning I think.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was very clean & we would stay here again. We had difficulty operating the electronics in the house. When we arrived there were no batteries in any remotes but the vacation agency owner came over right away & fixed that. The projector tv had been removed & a regular flat screen installed in place. We could never figure out how to work the computers or virtual gaming glasses. Also if you want to play the Play Station or XBox bring your own games, there were none there. Location was perfect though. No grass on the property if you plan on bringing your dog, be prepared for rocks. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable. I’d suggest bringing extra blankets for the pullout sofas if you plan on using them, there were none there.

Awesome option for a family stay.

This property did not disappoint and was not misleading. Lots of options, stocked well for the first run which is appreciated. Enough towels and linens which you don’t always get. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. The community was nice, pool is a great addition and parking is super easy and close to the unit. Very convenient to everything including stores and beach. (We are Cali people so you know we are not easy to impress hahah). We will be back again, thank you!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: property was more than what we expected. absolutely adored the atmosphere and all the extras that came with it. i did not want to leave. it was very convenient and didn't have any issues.
