Magnolia Pines ist ein wunderschönes industrielles Bauernhaus in der Wohnanlage der Holly Lake Ranch. Es hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um 6 bis 16 in bequemen Betten zu schlafen. Unser Haupthaus ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad, das Platz für 6 Personen (200 $ / Nacht) bietet. Das Schlafhaus ist eine separate Garage, die 3 Schlafzimmer / 1 ist. 5 Bäder für 10 Personen (ein Zuschlag von $ 125 / Nacht wird nach der Buchung berechnet). Für Ihren Komfort können Sie das Haupthaus oder beide Gebäude mieten. Da das Schlafhaus keine Küche hat, vermieten wir es nicht alleine. Wir bieten Rabatte für längere Aufenthalte an, fragen Sie einfach!

Sie können sich kuscheln und das ganze Wochenende drinnen bleiben oder in die Kiefernwälder von Osttexas wagen und die zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten der Gemeinschaft genießen, die die Holly Lake Ranch zu bieten hat. Unser Haus ist günstig gelegen, nur einen Block von Paddelbooten, Angeln, Schwimmbad, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Spielplatz, Wanderweg, Frisbee-Golf, Putt-Putt-Golf und einem kleinen Sandstrand zum Spielen im See entfernt. Der 18-Loch-Golfplatz, ein Restaurant, Sand-Volleyball, Hufeisen, Basketball, ein zweites Schwimmbad, ein Spielhallenraum und ein größerer See sind innerhalb von 5 Fahrminuten innerhalb der Ranch erreichbar. Wir haben Ausrüstung, die Sie bei uns zu Hause benutzen können, und was Sie nicht haben, können Sie kostenlos von der Ranch auschecken. Alle Annehmlichkeiten außer Ihrem Paddelboot und dem 18-Loch-Golf sind in Ihrem Aufenthalt enthalten.

Unser Haupthaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit komplettem Bad und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit 2 Königinnen und ein Vollbad. Das Bunkhouse verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit TV, ein Queensize-Schlafzimmer und ein komplettes Bad im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss des Bunkhouse befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafraum mit sechs Einzelbetten und ein halbes Bad. Alle Leinen und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Neben komfortablen Möbeln bietet unser Haus zwei Essbereiche im Freien, eine Feuerstelle mit Stühlen, eine überdachte Veranda und einen eingezäunten Garten mit hohen Bäumen und Platz zum Treten oder Werfen! Es gibt WLAN und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können.

Our family loves the spacious kitchen/living area. The hammock, swing, ping pong table, etc...help to keep my grandchildren of all ages busy and happy. The screened-in porch is also nice to visit and relax in. And the house is decorated so cute!

Perfection

We enjoyed our time at Magnolia Pines so much! The house has everything you need and makes you feel right at home. My kids enjoyed the swing in the front yard and the proximity to the pool. The beds were very comfy and the bunk house was awesome! We enjoyed fishing and hiking the nearby trails. We will definitely be back!

A Great Time Was Had By All!

The house was so nice and comfortable - also great beds! The pool, clubhouse, and miniature golf were conveniently close. - We had our own family air hockey tournament! - Our hosts kept up good communication, so check-in and everything was easy. - We'll definitely consider staying at Magnolia Pines with the whole family again!

Quiet get away

We had a family vacation with a variety of ages. We had two young ones who stayed in the bunk room and LOVED the bunk room and playing with all the toys included as well as playing with board games in the main house. We enjoyed the amenities the property had. We swam, fished, hiked and visted the activity center. It was a nice quiet get away.

Excellent!

Magnolia Pines is the cutest place ever! Not only is it wonderfully clean, but there are plenty of places to sleep for a large group. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the beautiful trees and drink a cup of coffee in the mornings. The whole place is beautiful and a great place to gather with friends or family. There are lots of games and things to do inside the property but the amenities provided within walking distance are really amazing. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The living/kitchen area was perfect for our family get-together, and the porches and patio were a nice addition as well. Beds were comfortable, but stairs to two bedrooms were difficult for some family members to navigate. It would have been good to know in advance about security gate protocol.

Needs Work/Updated Description

While the house was spacious and the bag patio was a big hit it needs some maintence asap. The biggest thing was that the bunkhouse was upstairs which had we known we would have booked elsewhere due to the small children. We had three out of the four kids fall down the stairs and one of them has mobility issues and he fell three times due to how absolutely steep and tall each stair was. Even the adults were unsteady. There was no working child gate to close off the bunk beds from the stairs. The wood on the stairs is splitting from the minuscule nails that are holding it together. There was also no way to use the grill or black stone as they were incredibly rusted and dirty but there was also nothing to clean them with. We also had to request to have dish soap delivered to be able to wash the dishes. The hot water heater on the bunkhouse is tiny and sucked nor is it up to code on the way it is installed outside the house. Lastly there is some kind of black/dark mold growing out of the shiplap on the ceilings in the main living room and of course the biggest thing of all. There was not a single smoke detector working in the house. Two were chirping when we got there and the rest (all of the ones in the main house) were uninstalled completely. Beautiful community and nice access to some of the amenities, would book with a different property tho.

Family get-away

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our accomodations. Cooking, board games and puzzles at home...tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton, playground, rustic putt-putt, and the nice, big pool each day. Favorites were the great bunk rooms with toys & books and the big webbed swing in the front yard! Nice, big countertop for puzzling from both sides. We saw deer every early evening! A great stay!!!

A spring break to be remembered

What a great place to enjoy spring break with our family! Beautiful house, great screened in porch, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the many places to sit in front and back porch. Lots of fun things to do just at the house. (Although there weren't any ping pong balls for the ping pong table) grill was great! Right sink in master bathroom drained slow. Would definitely consider staying there again!

The magnolia house was perfect for our family christmas weekend!!! We also rented the bunkhouse so 3 familys grandparents fit perfectly on this property! The gated community was no trouble at all and honestly a plus. It was quiet and quaint and we even got a sweet surprise with a golf cart christmas parade and a visit from santa! All at the park located near the property where we also enjoyed a playground, pickleball and tennis, a fabulous walking circle ans many other amenities. Everything was beyond perfect. 100% recommend

Summary of our stay

We really enjoyed our time at Magnolia Pines. We had ample room for everyone and really enjoyed our time together and would definitely consider staying again. A few notes for the owners; just in case: * There were only 2 dish clothes which is not enough to clean dishes with 14 people and 3 home made meals per day. We purchased some and left them for the next visitors * Only two rolls of paper towel which we went through quickly since there was only two dish towels. We had to purchase more. * Ran out of toilet paper, we had to purchase more * The owners may want to have someone look at their roof. There are several water stains on the ceiling of the main house. * No hot water after the first day in the bunk house. We exchanged the propane takes and followed the directions to click the plug button, but that did not work. * The door to the garage was open when we arrived so we did not need to add the code. Overall, an amazing stay and simply mentioned the issues above as I would want to know this if I owned the home. Thanks! Heather

Eclipse Vacation

Family from Florida and Colorado met at this lovely vacation home for the chance to see the totality of the 2024 eclipse and it was well worth the trip. The host could not have been nicer or more responsive and the home was welcoming, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed then pool and there were plenty of other fun things to do at this private, secure community. If we plan another vacation in Texas, we will certainly stay here again. And the eclipse was amazing!

We loved our stay at Magnolia Pines. The house and bunkhouse were perfect for our large group. The house was close to all the amenities. Our kids had a blast playing on the toys in the driveway. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We get out here as much as possible to escape the real world and enjoy the piney woods. Our kiddos love all the fun things to do out here and we love sharing our home so others can fall in love with Holly Lake Ranch!
