- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- There are no elevators at this resort. A lower level can be requested but not promised.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: $30 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN

Resort Fee includes WiFi, fitness center, fitness classes, recreational facilities (18 hole mini golf, tennis and sport court), garden gas grills, pools and spa tub, fire pit, creekside park, 24 hour business center, computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

When Checking In: A photo ID and a credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit are required. Deposit is for incidentals only and will be refunded at check out, provided there are no charges you incurred during your stay.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.
