Gorgeous home

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. The house was immaculate. Great for our family of older teens as there was plenty of space for alone and family time. As mentioned in the listing, a car is needed. Nothing is walkable so something to consider depending on what you're looking for. Very pretty area and reasonable driving distance to many Cape Cod spots.

Beauty and Solitude with Style

This beautiful house is on a bluff, on dead end, in the Manomet section of Plymouth. It is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It is a quick jaunt to the beaches, shopping, and downtown. We love it!

Our family of five could not have found a better home away from home for our Fall Break! The views of both sunrises & moonrises (including the Hunter's or Harvest Moon, at owners Nancy's & Tom's suggestion) were truly unbelievable. Waves crash beneath you, while you relax & enjoy the views & birds & very well-appointed home. Nancy & Tom make you feel truly at home & welcome as their guest vs just a renter, and that is special. We invited friends & family for dinner & fire pit s'mores while enjoying the moonlit water, to rave reviews as well. Good suggestions for local eats & activities, as well as a great road & trail to run & hike with kids. Grateful for this special, warm, inviting home & hosts.

This home was satisfactory for our family of five adults. We stayed 3 nights. There is no central air conditioning, only window units. When you arrive, you will find several pages of instructions. This was a little intimidating at first, I begin to worry about all the rules. We have been renting homes for over 25 years, never stayed in a rental with so many do's and don'ts. For example there is a stern warning about being charged extra if you don't wash all the linens and towels before checking out, must not leave more than 2 loads to be washed or you will be fined! (Yes, we paid a cleaning fee). We had an early flight out of Boston, I had to get up at 5:30 to be sure the laundry was done before leaving! This is a lovely home with older appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I would NOT recommend for elderly because of the fact that all the bedrooms are upstairs and also because the master bath tub is rather high, my husband slipped and fell getting out. I would be reluctant to bring children, too many house rules. The owner was quick to respond and kept in touch by text messaging. My overall impression is that this rental is treasured by the owners, not a business investment like most rentals. It is located in a small town, few shopping options. I would suggest they invest in extra set of sheets and extra towels, this would ease the housekeepers job and the renters peace of mind! Also a laundry basket would be helpful. Restaurant recommendation-42 Degrees- Best Baked Lobster EVER!!

great time at Nancy's and Tom's property

We, a family from germany with 2 adults and 2 kids (14 & 17 yrs), stayed in the beautiful house of Nancy & Tom for 1 week in May. We had a great time in general, and in specific we enjoyed very much to stay in this excellent property. The house is fully equipped with all needs for daily life, and offers a bunch of activitiies which can be done, inside & outside. We can fully recomment this proporty, and for sure we consider to come back at a certain time.

We loved this house! Even staying in October, it was wonderful to have a beautiful view and the sunrise each morning was amazing! The house is only 20 minutes from the historic sites in Plymouth, and about 1.25 hours to the Boston airport.

Beautiful views and home!

We rented this home for a central location to explore various areas including the Cape, Newport, RI, Boston, etc. and it was fantastic! The beds were comfortable and I wish I knew where the pillows on the master bed came from as they were perfect! The views throughout the home were amazing and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Don’t miss this at anytime of the year!

This was my 2nd visit to this incredibly comfortable home. Both would be considered off season I suppose.April and November. The latter was a last minute decision and so fortunate to find a weekend open. Recovering from a broken leg I needed to see the ocean and this was the perfect view I needed. I Ubered on my own knowing that I could carry all I needed in one small bag. This home is well appointed, immaculate and the view is stunning. I stayed alone and was very comfortable. All food ordered in this time with plenty of choices.Don’t miss a chance to enjoy this property with family ,friends or just some books. Check in and out with ease and the view will stun you. 5 star property!

Perfect Thanksgiving family getaway

Beautiful home with spectacular view of Cape Cod bay! Perfect location for our family of four for a quiet Thanksgiving getaway. Centrally located between Plymouth and Sandwich provided easy route to explore. A few day trips, but majority of time spent in the house relaxing as a family. Wonderful Accommodation's

The home was very comfortable with nice touches from fresh flowers to firewood for the backyard stone firepit. The house was clean throughout with a view of the water from almost anywhere on the property. The location allowed us to tour the cape and catch the ferry from Woods Hole with little effort. This rental is a great value and I would have no problem recommending it to my family and friends.

Great week in Boaron and Cape Cod

Used this property as home bass for a week of site seeing. It is centrally located and worked out very well for day trips to Boatonf, MV, Provincetown and other spots in the area. House is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that the house had everything available to us (cooking supplies, hair dryers, shampoo, toiletries, beach chairs, etc).
