Great place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone. Property was as listed, was clean, and check in process was simple. It was quiet and the location is great for visiting the park or enjoying West Yellowstone

Great location. Spacious for a family of 5. Kitchen well stocked. Amenities with game room and pool were great for kids to unwind. My only complaint is that we paid 70 for WiFI upon check in. It did not work 3-4 days of our 7 day stay. I asked for a refund but was told by the front desk that was a 3rd party payer. While waiting in line, I heard the hotel offering the WiFi free to all guests checking in. I have not received any back.

Rent from different property managers!

This is a timeshare property, and there are several VRBO listings, by different owners, for units in the building. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing/owners! They were rude, miscommunicated details about the property, snapped at us over basic questions, and were horrible. Thank goodness VRBO was supportive and backed us up. They helped us out after the owners misrepresented the listing. The cover page says two twin beds in the second bedroom. Buried in the contract, the owners apparently have the option of baiting and switching you to a queen bed. Their response to us was, “tough luck! You should’ve known!” Any hotel lets you confirms sleeping arrangements prior to booking. Who rips you off and then pulls a bait/switch? These owners. They said, buy an air mattress. VRBO backed us up and helped us out with that, but it took over an hour. And the facility charges exorbitant daily internet fees. We had trouble logging on, and the front desk said, “why are you paying for internet? hosts usually give guests the internet code because the owners have already paid.” Not these people. The unit runs out of water after a 20 minute shower, and the water pressure is dismal. I suggest staying somewhere else. Or at least with different owners.

Perfect location

The property is located about half a mile from the entrance to Yellowstone park. It is an RCI gold crown property and was quite spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out was straightforward. The property owner made sure we had everything we needed prior to check in. Would certainly recommend this.

Great location

The 2-bedroom 2-bath unit was larger in person than in the pictures. Very comfortable. Jim & Donna had great communication. I was worried it would be too hot without AC but it was comfortable especially at night. There is only an indoor pool, it would be nice if there was an outdoor pool. The community grills didn’t work well. Overall the condo is stocked well. I loved having in-unit washer and dryer. Can’t beat the proximity to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. The town of West Yellowstone had nice restaurants and shops.

Close to Yellowstone

We went to visit Yellowstone and the location of the room was absolutely perfect. After a long day of exploring-and the long day of driving through the park, it was so nice to be 5 minutes away from the West Entrance. We did hit an unprecedented heat wave and having no a/c in the room was miserable for a couple of days, but it cooled back down to normal temps and it was fine. However the resort did put someone else into our room, they corrected it on the spot without contacting VRBO.

West Yellowstone!

We had a great time. Being walking distance to West Yellowstone this property was easy to get around and enjoy the city and national park! We went on a holiday weekend so there was a good crowd at times to get in the park. Be prepared to be patient and kind. Once in the park I’d suggest getting away from the crowds and down a trail to really enjoy some nature!

Nice resort.

Nice resort. Really nice location for visiting Yellowstone. Not a private VRBO unit, more like a condo hotel. No air conditioning, so you need to leave the windows open at night. Then you need to listen to the air conditioning units for common spaces kicking on and off all night long, just below your room. The units turned off and on every 10-15 minutes.

This property was perfectly located right outside of the Yellowstone West entrance. The communication with the property manager was prompt, accurate, and detailed. They answered all questions we had about the property and location. They were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!

Great proximity to west entrance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The west entrance to Yellowstone is only minutes away and we all enjoyed the shops in downtown west Yellowstone. We did all of our cooking at the condo and there were plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans. We ordered a grocery pick up order in Bozeman before driving down to west Yellowstone. There is a small grocery store in the town that was helpful for extras throughout the week. We didn’t realize that there was no AC in the condo but this proved to not be an issue since the nights were in the 40s and we could have the windows open. The other thing we didn’t realize was that there is wifi available but for a fee. Additionally, the website says that check out us 11am but it is 10am. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this resort.

Yellowstone turned Teton vacation

We had a nice stay at World Mart, West Yellowstone. It was super convenient to West gate, Yellowstone NO. The place was clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfy! Supplies, particularly coffee/ sugar could be more generous. However, there are two supermarkets close by and we got our supplies there. As Yellowstone was closed, we had to detour thru Idaho to get to Tetons- a RT of six hours. I communicated with Donna, the host, several times thru VRBO and she was super nice. Perfect Location

Our condo was in the perfect location to enjoy Yellowstone National Park and within walking distance of most town shops and restaurants. The property was taking all of the proper safety precautions due to COVID. We were disappointed the indoor pool wasn't open, but understand completely. We would stay again!
