Glad you were able to enjoy your stay! Your stay was the first time there was an issue with the air conditioning. Fortunately, it turned out to be an easy fix, just had to flip the circuit breaker. As soon as we knew of the issue, we called the AC repairman. He told us not to worry, that there had been a few brown outs in the area which will, sometimes, flip the circuit breaker. Just in case, I have set up my Honeywell AC app to send me an email if the temperature in the house goes above 75 degrees for more than an hour. This way, I can monitor it without guests having to let us know if the temperature starts to rise. Thankfully, there have been no issues recently. Our current guest has the house set at a chilly 73 degrees. Thank you for the suggestion to make the fees for more than 4 guests more obvious, we will investigate updating the website. In the meantime, for future guests who may be reading this, as with most hotels and rentals, there is a place to enter the number of adults and number of children who will be staying at the property. If you enter the correct number of guests, you will get the correct price. In other words, please don't enter 4 guests if there will actually be 9 guests staying at the property. Thank you, Susan
