A Cut Above ist ein aktualisiertes 3-Bett / 2-Bett-Apartment, das in begehrten Key Colony Beach eingerichtet ist. Genießen Sie die tropische Umgebung am beheizten / gekühlten Wasserfallpool mit Tiki am Poolrand, der Schatten spendet. Ziehen Sie Ihr Boot nach einem Tag Angeln zum 37ft beleuchteten Dock. Sie können Ihren Fang auf dem beleuchteten Fischreinigungstisch reinigen. In der angeschlossenen Garage finden Sie viel Stauraum für Ihre gesamte Angelausrüstung. Auch der Köder-Gefrierschrank befindet sich hier. Im Kanal finden Sie ein Unterwasserfischlicht, mit dem Sie nachts alle Fische sehen können und tagsüber alle Arten sehen können. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Manatees, Rochen, Quallen und vieles mehr zu sehen! Es gibt nicht nur einen privaten Pool, sondern auch Zugang zum exklusiven Cabana Club!

Die Küche ist komplett mit Edelstahlgeräten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten und einer Frühstücksbar ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Duschwanne. Das erste Gästezimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und dann ein Doppelbett, das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Gäste-Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschwanne. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 8 Personen und die Theke verfügt über ausreichend Barhocker für 4 Personen.

Love the area

This is a great place for family vacations. We enjoyed Sombrero beach, sunsets at Sunset Park, being out on the boat and the kids enjoyed fishing from the pier. Bahia Honda is a great place to spend the day. We also drove to Key West for the day. The only problem is that we only had a week, I could have stayed much longer,

Great Key Colony Beach rental!

We’ve been coming to KVB for ten years. This house was one of the best we stayed in. It had everything we needed, mattresses were good, kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, everything was clean, and having a pool at the house was just an added bonus to the Cabana Club! We enjoyed the location and met some of the neighbors, who were super friendly. We loved walking the key in the morning and checking out the shops (as we do every year!) Being in the middle of keys, we were able to hit any of the other keys for a day trip. We also enjoyed tons of fresh seafood! We will definitely be back again!

PERFECTION!

Our family of four booked this house for our spring break based on all the positive reviews which were 100% accurate. The photos of the home are beautiful, but the house and pool area were even nicer in person. The owners went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed from beach towels to bikes. The house and pool were extremely well maintained, clean, comfortable and the homes is decorated beautifully. We loved the huge leather couch, comfy mattresses and I especially enjoyed the night light in the canal. The property manager met us there. She was very responsive before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. It was an A+ experience.

Beautiful home, great location. The owners have thought of everything you could need for the perfect vacation, from the beautiful and thoughtful welcome basket to the gloves at fish cleaning station. This home had everything we needed plus more. Beautiful tiki hut with industrial size oscillating fan was a perfect touch. My husband and I were content setting under fan enjoying the beautiful canal watching the many fish we saw. Shark, dolphins, barracuda, jellyfish, grunts, sheepshead are the fish we could identify. Grandson had a vacation of lifetime catching 27 fish. A Cut Above the Rest is an accurate name for lovely home. Would definitely recommend this home .

Fantastic Family Fall Break in Paradise

My husband and I booked this home to bring our three kids to (ages 16 and twin 12 year olds) to enjoy over fall break. We love KCB and the entire Marathon area, so we are very familiar with the location and this house did not disappoint! We were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a huge manatee in the canal right off of our dock! He was really friendly and set the tone of our entire week of adventures and relaxation. We found that while we always love the Cabana Club, it was really nice having the little pool right in our backyard for early morning or late night swims. We enjoyed seeing all of the marine life in the canal including a variety of fish, one very nosey barracuda, sting ray, a skate, and even a nurse shark (they are like puppy dogs). The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the whole house with nice bedding, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The mattresses all were incredibly comfortable too, which is sometimes hard to find in a rental, but a definite plus!! We had one issue that was quickly resolved within a couple of hours. We loved this house and the location! We even chartered a fishing excursion while there in KCB and caught all kinds of fish off the reef. Another fantastic time in Paradise! We would definitely rent this house again.

Absolutely perfect in every way. House was in a great location to so many things we did this week. The private pool and boat dock were a major plus. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a great vacation and the beds were all so comfy. Would absolutely love to come back here!

Definitely "a cut above" the rest

I lost count of the number of times someone in our group said, "This place is perfect! It has everything I could want!" The decor is tasteful and beachy without being cheesy. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked- we had every pot, pan and dish needed for a full Thanksgiving dinner. And as perfect as the inside was, the outside area is even better. The pool is the perfect size and temperature for relaxing. They thought of everything for outdoor comfort- the oscillating fan and sun shade for the tiki hit were clutch! The light under the water allowed night sightings of fish and even a shark! We would love to come back every year!

Great Property

My brothers and I travel to Key Colony every year for a lobster trip. This has been one of the nicest places we have had the pleasure to stay. The house was warm and inviting, with all the amenities you would ever need. You can access the Gulf waters or the Atlantic Ocean in just a few minutes for the ample sized dock. The pool is a perfect size for a small or medium group of people and has a chiller to keep it refreshing. The bedroom were all comfortable and large. We had an awesome time and will definitely be booking again next year.

This home is absolutely gorgeous . Kitchen is very well-stocked. The beds are absolutely amazing. They spared no expense in decorating this home. The pool is heated. Amazing Oasis

Our family consisting of 6 adults spent a week here. The place is an oasis. Clean, clean, clean! Quiet canal area. Because it is centrally located it was easy to get around. The pool was so refreshing & the Tiki hut was a favorite gathering spot also. The neighbors were very friendly and eager to share about the best places around the area. The only drawback I could remotely discuss is the lack of staple items in the kitchen such as sugar, flour & cooking oil. We have stayed in other VRBO/Home Away homes and these staples were always provided in small amounts. Also there were no twist ties or bag clips to close unused portions. Cindy is a marvel to work with...very accommodating. The "kids" say they want to return next year so we'll be booking soon to reserve our week!

"A CUT ABOVE" EVERYTHING YOU NEED PLUS MORE!

We have been renting on VRBO/HOMEAWAY for over 5 years all over the country and in bahamas. This has been one of the BEST vacation rentals we have stayed in yet. Key colony beach was great for a familiy vacation. Nice and quiet, friendly people, walking distance to Key Colony Inn and Sparkys. Walking distance to Inch Beach. Quick 5 min boat ride out to Vaca Cut and them some of the best fishing/diving you could ask for. The house had everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with supplies for cooking. The bait freezer in the garage is KEY. Tiki hut provided the perfect shaded area with ceiling fan for relaxing in the backyard while people enjoyed the private heated/cooled spa pool which was a HIT. Dock was clean and in great condition, big enough for 37" boat. Cleaning table has lights and a shaded canopy which was awesome for cleaning endless amounts of tuna after a morning at the marathon humps. I know we will for sure be staying again at "A CUT ABOVE" and Cindy and Mike were more than helpful for any needs or questions you may have.

Fabulous Home Vacation Rental

Upon our arrival, I didn't realize most of the homes in Key Colony were duplexes. This home is exception! Very clean and updated with all the modern features and creature comforts you would expect. Great 3br layout with a private master bath. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped (except for coffee filters). You will need your own paper products. Back yard has a wonderful tiki hut and a small but extremely refreshing pool large enough for 6 adults. Having a pool in the keys is a must and this pool is truly refreshing. The boat dock is excellent and well equiped with power, water and a bait station. The seawall will protect your boat and the canal is wide. You can fish off the canal for entertainment. Alas, the only thing we could not control was the weather, but aside from being blown out, this home will provide every comfort you will require while on vacation.

Spring Break Heaven!

We use VRBO to rent often and this experience from start to finish was one of, if not THE best. The home has all comforts PLUS and is well taken care of. The owner even provided a very large, organized binder with all kinds of information about the area, restaurants, rentals, etc. The neighbors were very friendly and we never felt like we were too close to them. We rented a boat and loved the location to both the ocean and the bay. Cindy was most helpful and professional and promptly met us when we arrived. We had NO issues during our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a home away from home.

AMAZING!!!

This rental had everything that you could ever need while on vacation! Very clean and the property was well maintained. I would recommend this property to all family and friends!

Great house, great value, great servIce

Great house with nice up to date furnishings. Incredible back yard area with underwater light in canal, cute little heated pool, nice dock with composit decking, concrete pool deck, and paver patio with tiki hut. Owner and manager both live nearby and arrended to any need promptly. We left a few things behind, and they were kind enough to box them up and ship them to me. Would love to stay here again.
