Pros:The location was great- set in a quaint, safe neighborhood with tree-lined streets. The house itself was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our group of eight. While we didn't spend much time inside, it's well-equipped with activities for those we prefer to stay in. Cons: There are quite a few unusual house rules, such as a strict no- perfume policy in the bedrooms. The rules are posted in multiple spots throughout the house, which felt a bit excessive. Additionally, the thermostat upstairs doesn't regulate temperature well compared to downstairs. When we arrived, the house was freezing on the main level but uncomfortably warm upstairs. We were also charged 22 for what appeared to be a very minor mark on two towels. I've included photos, as I don't believe the charge was warranted. Overall, the experience reminded me of visiting a grandma who puts plastic covers on the furniture- she wants guests, but maybe not the wear and tear that comes with hosting them.

Exceptional

First of all communicating with the owner felt like I was communicating with my best friend Jayce was lovely in every way possible. She gave me great suggestions on places to eat and see while in Nashville. The home location is great. The home is VERY clean and comfortable and with so many amenities. My family travels a lot and we have only recently decided to begin staying in VRBO over hotels. This VRBO will not disappoint, Jayce and Mac make sure there is nothing you need while staying in their lovely home. We will be back in Nashville as my husband has some family there and our plan is to stay in the same house.What an enjoyable visit we had. I can’t say enough good things.

Family Gathering in Nashville

We absolutely loved Beechwood Bungalow and its proximity to 12 South, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities - also a quick drive/uber into Broadway. House was immaculate with front porch and backyard and plenty of room inside for gathering. Hosts went above and beyond and took great care to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing property, great location

This property was beautiful as good as or even better that what was in the pictures! The backyard was so relaxing and a great place to hang out. It is in a great location just a 10-15 minute walk to great shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The Beechwood Bungalow was perfect for our trip. Very safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to Hillsboro Village and 12 South. We called a Ride Share for anywhere else we wanted to go!! The bungalow is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need. Jaycee and Mac are quick to respond with information. Book ur stay, you will not be disappointed!!

Family Reunion

This house is lovely and the location was perfect for our family reunion. My cousin lives in Green Hills so only took 10-20 minutes to drive between the 2 houses, depending upon the traffic. We had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 7 people to feel comfortable in their own parts of the house. The kitchen was nicely stocked but we hardly cooked. We mainly ate out with family. The ceiling fans were much appreciated since it was rather toasty during our stay! We all enjoyed the backyard area in the mornings as well as the front porch swing and chairs. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. Nashville is a lovely city with diverse sites to visit. The house is located near Belmont Mansion, Belle Meade and Cheekwood. We enjoyed them all. Will definitely visit again when we return for our next visit to Nashville. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. It was perfect. Martha

The property was above expectations with all we needed and more. The location was perfect for walking or driving short distances for our needs. Restaurants were amazing. Amazing, beautiful & comfortable home

We were a group of 6 friends enjoying a fun weekend in Nashville. Beds were very comfortable, LOVED having plenty of bathrooms and how the bathrooms were set up. 2 bathrooms upstairs with 2 bedrooms & one bathroom downstairs with 2 bedrooms, and the toilets are all separate from the sink area - so 3 showers made it easy for 6 women to get ready. House has a great outdoor space and living room kitchen. Love the location, too - it was an easy walk to the lovely 12 South area. Hosts were super helpful - had great suggestions for everything and we enjoyed it all- Frothy Monkey, Pucketts, Grand Ole Opry, Country Music HOF, etc - the list goes on and on. Would definitely stay here again - it was a beautiful comfortable home.

Excellent Location and Wonderful Hosts

This lovely home was perfect for our Easter stay in Nashville. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go, and it was often less than that. Further, the hosts were very committed to us having a good trip. From pointing out things to do in advance to being easily reachable while we were in town, you won't regret choosing this beautiful home with caring owners in a quiet neighborhood.

Christmas trip

This is one of those 'Don't judge a book by its cover' homes. Not that the outside appearance was bad, it's just that the inside looks and feels like a brand new home. I would even say it has been completely remodeled. It is located in a great neighborhood and very close to the 12 South area for shopping and eating. We loved our stay and will be back again.

The perfect place to reunite with old friends

From a special offer before we arrived to letting us keep our bags at the house because we had later flights, our stay hosted by Jaycee was everything as described and so much more. The house was made for groups! We had breakfast around the outdoor table and long chats around the fireplace outside. Getting ready was a breeze with plenty of restrooms and if you forgot something, no need to worry because it really does seem like the hosts have thought of everything you might need. We walked to coffee, eats, and shops multiple times and catching an Uber or Lyft was never as issue. After crazy days out and about, it was lovely to come back to a quiet neighborhood. We bothered Jaycee for recommendations (although they had many many options already collected for you to review in the house) and Jaycee got back to us very quickly. The house was the perfect place for our group of friends to reunite, reconnect and enjoy on another's company. We would definitely stay here again and we would absolutely recommend to friends!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Beechwood Bungalow. It is a perfect location for all things Nashville. The quiet neighborhood setting was a welcome contrast to everything else that Nashville has to offer. The home was just the right size for 6 adults. And the hosts are great! We didn't choose Nashville as much as it chose us... Our musically-gifted son was admitted to Belmont University and, while an undergrad, we purchased the property as an alternative to the dorms. Californians at the time, we were unaware of Beechwood Bungalow's idyllic location other than its proximity to campus.

With the explosive popularity of Nashville as a travel destination and the discovery that our property was encircled by Music City's top attractions, it became apparent that the house would be ideally suited as a short term rental.
