Dieses kürzlich renovierte Luxus-Apartment in der 3. Etage befindet sich am historischen Washington Square, direkt am Broadway und nur wenige Minuten von der wunderschönen Uferpromenade in der Innenstadt entfernt. Der offene Grundriss schafft einen perfekten Rahmen für Sie und Ihre Gäste! Das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für 8 Personen und ist mit zentraler Klimaanlage, Heizung und Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Es grenzt an eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer großen Insel und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und ist voll ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr. Sie haben auch Zugang zu einem iPad, auf dem Sie alle Immobilieninformationen, Newport-Nachrichten und Dinge finden, die Sie in der Stadt unternehmen können. Eines der beiden Sofas kann zu einem Queensize-Bett ausgezogen werden und bietet zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für bis zu zwei Personen.

The Condo was really nicely appointed and clean- great location. We didn't pay attention to the fact that it was a 3rd floor walk up, which was difficult for our elderly mother, otherwise perfect for our family.

Incredible spot!!!

GREAT spot! Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and a pull out couch in the living room. There are some stairs to get up to the unit but my group and I didn’t find this to be an issue! The spot is so perfectly located and getting in was very easy. Great spot for a big group that isn’t necessarily doing everything together because you can get in and out without needing to coordinate keys just using the keypads. Would definitely recommend for your next visit to Newport!

Newport Marathon

We came in on Saturday and had a very easy check in. The property is located so close to the shopping and sites. There is offsite parking, which is easy to maneuver. The property was spotless. Everything was absolutely perfect. The only suggestion would be to have body wash and shampoo in each bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own. Besides that this property gets five stars. We had a wonderful weekend.

Newport Unsatisfactory

Due to the mis-representation of this property, we were not able to stay at this property for any of the stay and had to find alternate lodging at the very last minute. This property was listed as 'new and luxury' and was definitely not. It was sub par in every way. More like a college hang out than an adult and family lodging. I contacted the host and he was completely unhelpful.

The property was centrally located in downtown Newport, making most destinations easily accessible. However, there were a few drawbacks. The apartment was on the third floor, which should be emphasized in the listing. During our weekend getaway, we had four couples, all in reasonably good shape, yet even so, climbing the stairs—especially with luggage—was quite a task. Upon entering the apartment, there was an unpleasant odor, and unfortunately, we couldn’t air it out due to the absence of screens in the windows. Additionally, a few floorboards were peeling, and some of the showers had black mold on the ceilings.” Four $5200 for a total of two nights, you would expect this property to be in a bit better shape

Great location, clean property

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so that was great. The location can't be beat -- we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to. As previously stated, parking is tricky. Since it was off season we parked in a nearby church parking lot and gave a donation. Street parking was scarce, and there was construciton going on so it blocked off the street in front of the building. It was a little tough to find, but once we did we enjoyed ourselves.

Wedding Guest Stay in Rhode Island

The stay was ok. The place is close to a lot of stuff in walking distance. The coffee shop below is very good along with the restaurants around it. The downside is, it is also near a halfway house and a very loud bar that did play loud music till very late/early AM on both Friday and Saturday night. The actual place was updated, clean, and HUGE! It was nice that all of us had our own space and own bathroom. The beds were super hard and really squeaky though. Be advised there are A LOT (48 to be exact) stairs that lead straight to the top. The apartment was stuffy at times and didn’t have the greatest airflow. We felt weird opening windows since there were no screens in any of the windows. Parking was annoying but we found a lot a few blocks over that only charged $30 a night, but you had to be sure to put money in the meter by 9AM each morning. We expected the parking being an inconvenience since it is such a small city with little not public street parking. The side street is not very busy and had 5min parking that we used to drop off and pick up our bags. We used Uber and the best way to get a good pick up and drop off was to use the dry cleaners address since the door for the apartment isn’t actually on a street and more of an alley. For a quick trip for a wedding it was a good alternative option to the very expensive local hotels and Inns. We had all the conveniences of a home and lots of space which we enjoyed. Despite it all we would book it again.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay with a group of girlfriends. Very conveniently located within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There was no space to park and it was difficult find a place to put the car to unload- paid overnight parking within walking distance. Many stairs to the apartment with no elevator access. Overall it was a terrific place to stay.

Great Stay

My family stayed here during my wedding weekend. Stephen was helpful and the property was clean and nicely laid out for 2 families with 2 kids each. The only difficulties were the stairs (no elevator access), finding the apartment initially and occasionally parking. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It was clean and recently renovated. My only two issues were parking and entrance location. We had to pay for parking everyday in a near by parking lot. The listing said that the property had parking included as an amenity but that is inaccurate as it was not included. So obviously that was extra money we had to spend everyday. The entrance was in the back of the building in a tight alleyway and just overall a bad area. There is a bar around the corner that we got a bad vibe from because people always just hung out around the corner of the building. I don’t think I would stay there again due to the parking issue, that it’s a third floor unit, and it was a steep climb to even get to the apartment.

This place is fantastic. Pictures are very accurate. Very clean and plenty of room for a family or group. Location couldn’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the harbor.
