Independence Day in the middle of it all!

This quiet, well appointed stay in the center of downtown Hendersonville was simply perfect! Expect comfortable beds, a relaxing living room and a well equipped kitchen for a lovely brunch. There are a variety of dining choices nearby. The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to booking. We will return!

Step outside and proximity to the very cute Hendo Main Street. On top floor, so also quiet and private when you’re inside. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about our stay at Cora Leigh’s retreat was amazing. We’ve stayed in other lofts downtown, but this is the first time we had a reserved parking spot and that was a game changer! The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious. Plenty of room for family to come and join us for dinner. I was expecting to have some noise from the restaurant rooftop next door but we really couldn’t hear a thing; it was surprisingly quiet. Keypads functioned great and allowed for easy coming and going. Perfect view of the Christmas parade was an added bonus. We visit Hendersonville frequently and it’s safe to say we’ve found our new favorite place to stay!

Perfect girls weekend!

We came for an author signing at a local winery. CLR was the perfect downtown retreat for our girls weekend. We were impressed with how many delicious restaurants were in walking distance. Coffee shops, a bakery, excellent shopping and an old fashioned soda shop were steps from the front door. If you’re looking for a perfect spot for a girls weekend away- book this place! Looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect location

This retreat was absolutely beautiful! It is so centrally located right on main street and just a few steps away from restaurants and the coffee shop. We really had a wonderful time only a short drive to Asheville. The only thing I would caution is that there are a lot of stairs to access it so if you have a problem with stairs, this might not be the right place for you. Otherwise we absolutely loved it.

We loved the location and the accommodations are beautiful! I do recommend unloading your belongings at the front door; using street parking. It would have been helpful to know about the spiral staircase with luggage and coolers. Also loved meeting your nephew and shopping for my babies in your store! Thank you! Family Vacay Now the Kids are Older

This is a convenient and great spot for my kids, their partners, and I to get to know the area. Thank you for such a spacious and lovely loft apartment. We enjoyed the kitchen upgrades like the fridge and the granite countertops. We liked dining together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great! The good wifi was helpful since we all had to do some work during the week. We went south for hiking, north for Asheville, and had coffee at Black Bear.It was a lovely spot. We'd love to see a balcony :)

We had a very relaxing time in Hendersonville. The unit was located right on Main Street and was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The owner was easy to deal with and helped us out immediately when we had a tv issue.

Great downtown location

outstanding location right in the middle of downtown Hendersonville. Walk out your door and you are on Main Street. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there is no outdoor space and you’re not even supposed to open the windows. It kind of defeats the purpose of cool mountain air when folks like us come up from Florida.

This is a great location downtown but the spare beds weren't very comfortable and there is a noisy rooftop bar adjacent to two of the bedroom walls. The living area is nice and we enjoyed having access to shops.

We decided to purchase the building our boutique is in and continue to rent the upstairs loft as a vacation rental. We have lived in the Hendersonville area for over 40 years and love its small town charm with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and attractions.

This historic 1926 Building was fully renovated and has the old charm with the benefit of new construction to include hard wood floors, granite counter tops, new cabinets, high end decor supplied by Decor8 Fine Furnishings and much much more.

This property has been part of the City of Hendersonville's "Historic Lofts Tour" and is a qualified historic property on Main Street.The property sits directly on main street giving access to an enormous amount of local culture and shops that will help you to fall in love with this wonderful little town.
